The best restaurants in East Kilbride Central South South Lanarkshire South West Scotland

I have to say this was one of those experiences in life where expectations got exceeded. Honestly folks best Christmas lunch I have ever had commercially, Scottish sourced meats. Scottish fish so thats a good start. The blade was cooked to unctuous rich but perfectly melt in your mouth perfection, the Turkey was moist and generous. Both accompanied by well cooked vegetables of which the 2 stars of the show where the braised carrots and the perfect Dauphinoise. Honestly so good our meal was followed with good quality deserts and a perfectly crema topped espresso. Still not finished a slate topped with hand made warn mice pies such short pastry, very good end to near perfect meal. Hats of to chefs and servers if this standard moves on as they progress we will win gold soon in the culinary events. Life long learning

I ordered some Hyderabadi Dum biryani with raita for delivery. Asked for the biryani to be extra spicy. The biryani I received barely had any taste. For my request for it to be spicy they just chopped some green chillies and laid it at the top. The raita tasted like sweet lassi. This is not my first order here, previous orders of Daal and salt and chilli chicken wings were decent. If you want proper biryani and/or food. Go to Kantipur or Kathmandu Fusion. Generally their food is way better and their biryani is next level compared to what they serve here.

We regularly use this hotel and always find it to be clean, comfortable and a perfect location for getting into Glasgow. The staff are always very friendly and helpful especially Tracey who is always very happy to help. Would recommend five stars!

Horrendous! I ordered takeaway from here for quite sometime every weekend and my family and i dined every few months in the restaurant. However, after a few times, the food wasn't the same. Furthermore, the length of time it was taking sometimes for home delivery was ridiculous- well over and hour and a half. I decided to complain. The attitude I got from the 'owner' a female was shocking despite a genuine complaint. Her care free "well I'm the owner" attitude was the reason. I have heard since through word of mouth - this is pretty much the case with many that complain. Hence, I started ordering in Szzling Wok and never looked back. Shocking service!

I Missed seeing Ron Today, he was away to Farm foods picking up some breakfast Packs. Lol 😂 I'm Only Yoking, What's the Tomato with You. Ron's food is Fresh, Well Cooked Jumbo Breakfast 🥣 with 2 Pieces of extra Haggis. Was worth Travelling From Sunny Govan to East Kilbride. See You'se at Christmas 🤶 Time, Missletoe and Wine, Going for a Breckie at Ron's, Wedding Rings still in The Pawn Its got to be Freshie, Nae Farmfoods Fae The Wessie, if I send The Troops Ron it gonna Get Messy, laugh 😂 out loud and don't be a keyboard gangster, Running with The Westmains Young Team, I was a Prankstar and a Wa-ker. Morons. Ordered a large Pizza, medium turns up. Called them, guy on phone states he made the pizza and it's defo a large, pics don't lie! Offered £7 off my next pizza 😂 This is not the first with the East Kilbride south branch. Do yourself a favour and order a pizza from another local takeaway. Probably save yourself a few as well.

Does what it says on the tin. Room clean and comfy. Corridor had a sour smell. Staff were lovely. Had to pay an extra £10 for a twin bedded room which I thought was a bit cheeky.

Used to come here all the time but stopped as some of the staff were not the best. First time back in a couple of years. The place has been refurbished and looks like a lot of new staff. All the staff were great, great service and great food. Will defo start coming back here again.

This has quickly become one of favourite local restaurants!!!! Food is devine and the service first class !!!! Never disappoints!

I have not personally been to the cafe but regularly order coffee beans from GPC for about 2 1/2 years now. Our previous go to place got too expensive with declining quality. My partner and I only buy your freshly made coffee and we are thoroughly happy with it. Cannot beat your prices either. Your new additions, the French Roast, Dark Italian, and Super Strong are a hit as well. I do think we liked the continental as well but not as much as the ones mentioned before. Especially the French Roast has a unique flavour to it. Don't know what we would do without you. :)

Went in for breakfast and I was met by a young lady named jenna so happy and cheerful so willing to help absolutely lovely person nice to see that early in the morning Thank you very much

Totally unsatisfied after spend £33 for horrible uncooked pizza,top burn and bottom raw,also the chips not properly cooked, they are like a gum,I call the restaurant for tell them I will refund but they invented just eat took the money and they can't refund, horrible,I don't order again
