Domino's Pizza - East Kilbride - South in South Lanarkshire

Do not do deliveries for this domino’s shop, absolutely appalling the way they treat some of their delivery drivers. The managers expect you to clean up a full days dishes, while they stand and talk with their friends in the kitchen (after I had done 8 hours of constant deliveries already) They then continue to laugh at you when you bring up your complaint. Absolutely shockingly ran shop and there’s one manager in particular who should be sacked on the spot and be no where near a customer service job. Fix it. On a plus note, some (not all) of the chefs can’t even complete their orders correctly and the delivery driver takes the blame for it.

Bought two large pizzas and two sides, I always get the simple margarita. The pizzas were perfect! New York based but the well seasoned fries and tasty wedges were a little bit on the cold side. The delivery did come 10 mins before expected.

Such friendly staff at East Kilbride Dominos with attentive service and the Drivers always have a smile.

Quick service, polite staff, pizzas made very quickly and to a good standard, premises very clean and user friendly. An excellent app that shows you the progress of your order.

I had a disappointing experience with Domino's . Firstly, my order didn't arrive as scheduled, and I had to call them to inquire. Then, instead of delivering the order to my door, they made me go out to pick it up by beeping the horn. On top of that, the delivery took a whopping 2 hours to arrive, which was incredibly frustrating, especially since I wasn't feeling well. To make matters worse, the driver seemed too lazy to come to the door and hand over the order to me.

Fast accurate service , good food.

Waited an extra 10 mins for an order that was on the app saying ready . Staff gave my order to another guy who noticed the name was wrong . Got home to find after ordering 14 wings only 6 in the box. Then when I wanted an extra sauce the 3 people waiting about weren't able to work a till ?

Great pizza, good service, and friendly staff.

Incapable of delivering anything other than a lukewarm or freezing pizza. You are left in the order tracker limbo of "quality check" for 30 minutes knowing full well the pizza is already cold but without the ability to ask them to put another pizza on. For the money it cost's as well it's really not worth it.

Less than generous portion of mediocre fries but the pizza made up for that. Gluten free option a decent size for one too.

Prefer this domino’s to the other one. Do some pizza deals for collection I had a small pepperoni pizza was alright no complaints.

Food has been good every time we’ve ordered - few times the wrong order but we haven’t been fussy about it. This dominos doesn’t take cash, be aware! Usually have good deals on the app which can’t complain about.

Server did his best to give me money off my order

Typical Domino's. Was OK. There's certainly better, more traditional, pizza to be had in EK for a fraction of the price. Couldn't really fault much apart from some of the flavours taste very synthetic or plastic. Filling. But price is scandalous as we all know. Find a deal online

Popped down for lunch and wasn't disappointed. Lovely service and the place was spotless too! I had a wee issue with a coupon which was very quickly resolved too.

This place doesn't sell pizza, it sells disappointment. Between 25 and 34 minutes it said for delivery. Over an hour later it arrived (Just tell me that beforehand and I won't order). Had to re-heat the starters and the pizza wasn't even worth eating. Absolute let down. They get 2 stars instead of one because the staff were nice.

Fast as f##k delivery. Admittedly, I only stay a five minute walk away, but still fast. Can't resist a texas bbq even though I'm lactose intolerant and end up suffering badly within half an hour. Heaven going in, hell coming out😬

Fantastic service a complete mix up ordering a previous order on the app delivered us with 2 pizzas the same a quick call to the branch and instantly sorted this for us and sent the correct pizza along free Don't get that service at PJ'S or at the hut

It sells yummy pizza and chicken wings, juice and other nibbily fings. Plus it about 1 minute from my wee hoose. What more can a guy want.

My boy and his friends had an impromptu birthday lunch in-store, and the level of service was excellent, the pepperoni pizza, wedges and chocolate cookies was delicious, wouldn’t ask for more! Thank you very much.

Fast service whenever we order. Handled the situation well when we'd first moved in and the app didn't have our address. Ordered on the app with a neighbour's address and a quick call to the store to explain the situation and it wasn't a problem. Which is good since I doubt our neighbour would have been best pleased if our first introduction was apologising for using their address to order pizza.

Waited 15 minutes before my pizza was even made then watched as the guy making it just throw chicken bits on it. So when I got it half the pizza was a margarita Not what I asked for so will think hard before I use domino's agai.

Ordered online to collect. Arrived to collect but the staff could not find my Ordered! Lots of young kids but someone eventually found my order miss spelled under Iain instead of Ian. What a shambles but the pizza was mean.

Orderedon two occasions via Alexa and via telephone and both delivered within average time of 15mins even on a Friday night at peak time. Dominos food quality as expected and hot when it was delivered so yes I would recommend if Dominos is you’re thing

Was okay. I prefer the other one. Too much sauce and a little burnt. Long wait. I may try again when the place has settled in more.

Went from zero to hero - see review below. Eventually managed to speak with restaurant regarding poor pizzas delivered - helpful gentleman apoligised & offered re-order or monetary voucher. Reordered, again delivered promptly, including sides even though they were perfectly fine 1st time. Pizzas were great! Many thanks for saving a grumpy family on a Friday night. 1st post: Received order quickly no complaints there from new Stroud Road restaurant. Pizzas over-cooked, burnt taste, dry, no tomato sauce left to taste. Paid to customise pizza - shocking! Really, a whole onion costs less than charged - had a hint of onion, lucky if had a sliver per slice. We'll not even start about chicken on pizza! Really, really poor. Put me off ordering again, so disappointed - Dominos is a favourite take out. Definitely not now - don't think I'll use again. Lucky, can't give zero stars.
