Does what it says on the tin. Room clean and comfy. Corridor had a sour smell. Staff were lovely. Had to pay an extra £10 for a twin bedded room which I thought was a bit cheeky.

We arrived here and was arrived and was greeted with a smiling face and the lady in question could not do enough to make us comfortable and is clearly a massive asset to the company and I was amazed when she said she was not the manager. I believed that the restaurant was closed and said on Google but it is not. The premier inn chain has standards and it reached them easily but did not go alot above it. The place upon arrival due to the carpark being neglected feels like it will disappoint but it didn't and considering the reasonable price it will exceed expectations easily.

Old premier inn which needs revamped. No Premier plus rooms and bathroom looks so dated. Staff at reception pleasant enough at check in. Needs brought up to date like the other premiers. Wouldn't recommend due to age. STEPS leading up to hotel covered in snow. With no grit down. This is a H & S issue. Someone could have nasty fall.

A Stay of Eternal Uncertainty Checked into this Glasgow gem, and let me tell you, *nothing* happened. The lobby? A still life painting of *indifference*. The room? Perfectly adequate but had the kind of vibe that made you question whether time was even moving. The staff were *friendly enough*, but you got the feeling they were just *waiting for something*—anything—to happen. The elevator? Took me up, took me down, but honestly, I’m not sure I ever left. I wandered the hallways, but all I found were *faint echoes of missed opportunities*. The Wi-Fi? It worked, but only when it felt like it, like it was *trapped in an existential crisis*. Every night, I’d stare out the window at the city lights, wondering if I had actually made it to *Glasgow* or if I was just a character stuck in a *loop of mundane choices*. *"You can check out anytime you like, but you can never leave"*—and I swear, that line kept echoing in my mind every time I turned off the light. Would I stay again? Well, I’m still here, aren’t I?

Being coming here for years, sad to say it needs a revamp, stayed 4 nights to see friends and do a bit of Christmas shopping in Glasgow. Room was had stained walls, basic pillows and curtain is hanging off. Jumped on chair to fix it but kept falling off as attachment is broken. As your driving up to Hotel books unkempt and dirty you can see we're people have throw rubbish out of there windows. We weren't in the hotel much so it was basically somewhere to sleep, bathroom needs painting as again stained. Overall hygiene, room was clean and functional. Stayed at Newton Mearns last time and was miles apart in how it looked as that was fresh and extremely clean. Was informed on the website that the restaurant was being refurbished, however offered menus etc on arrival at hotel, then was informed by locals that it's not open to the public but hotel guests can eat there. It was completely empty when we looked to possibly having some dinner so decided not to dine there. Staff as always are lovely but never at reception. Unless they give it a makeover don't think I'd stay here through choice again but maybe necessity.

Standard Premier Inn as in it’s well passed needing a lick of paint and a new carpet. But it’s got very good and friendly staff, plenty of free parking and it’s really quiet. No air conditioning so it’ll be hot in the summer. The food in the adjacent pub is just ok. The lady running breakfast seemed to be alone but doing a fantastic job.

Friendly staff rooms were clean, breakfast was nice. Only slight issues were noise from around 2-3 in the morning outside (not the hotels fault) and the WiFi was constantly dropping in and out making work difficult on the laptop.

Use this place regularly for work. Always a great experience. Have to say a special mention to Carol on reception who is always friendly and helps with any issues

Unfortunately the pub was closed in the evening which left us with few options. A typical Premier inn with fair rooms. Wouldn't feel comfortable in walking in the area alone to find somewhere to eat.

Good location, however if you are looking for a quiet place you’d better find another hotel. I stayed at minus 1 floor and heard every step of the person above. Asked receptionist for help, she informed the guest but nothing’s changed 🤷♀️ so resulted with a sleepless night 🤷♀️

Love this place...if you're a foodie, you must try it... They have the best recipes and are as authentic as the very 1st cake shop in the UK. Their quality is top class, and I know you won't ever be disappointed... They are always open later than all other shops, so if you need that sugar rush, you must give this place a visit...10 out of 10
