Delivery driver didnt appeat to be a happy chap.

My food isnt here not delivered

Shocking. Didn’t read the order notes regarding sauces on the food. No option to add salt/sauces in menus

Delish friendly staff and food is amazing

Was told that the order was ready. But when we went to collect, it hadn’t even been started. We had to wait over 30 mins. No apology offered. Given the terrible parking issues out front it doesn’t make for a good experience. This needs to be much better. Not sure if we’ll be back.

I ordered half chicken and it was burnt to a crisp! Chips not great either, lots of black eyes in them and lukewarm.

An excellent chippy with a wide choice of food for traditional fish and chips to kebabs and pizza. Good service. Well worth a visit.

food was inedible, burger was burnt black, pizza was half cooked. used this place for 20 years, quality has got worse, improved for a short time, and now crashed and burned. Will not be using again.

Order fish supper and a sausage supper comes instead. Ordered a pizza supper also and it was put in the box upside down, wouldn’t say that’s a genius move with a pizza

When collecting I had to ask for the chicken burger to be made again as it was burnt black (the roll). The cheeseburger smash burger had no cheese and was charred around the edges ( so hard that it had to be cut to eat). Very disappointed. Very busy and quality was poor as a result

I will never order food from this establishment again. The kebab I ordered was disappointing and I’ve never had salad stuck onto the top of my kebab meat. The chips were cold.

Arrived cold, heat it up, Please be aware there are definitely bones in the fish. Got 2 and scraped the rest in the bin. So disappointed as first time using Meikle Earnock. Always use Burnbank.

Food was great but we were missing a portion of chips with the scampi and cheesy chips with the burger. Guessing it was because you were so busy and we were able to share the chips around from the other meals, otherwise no issues.

staff were stressed out their nut bless them. busy busy night for sure. faultless food though. hope the staff have a lovely Christmas day off. much deserved

Kebab said it comes with salad. It did not. I called them and they said I needed to put it in notes. I do not understand if it said it came with it then surely only time I’d need to leave a note is if I did not want the salad!!

Ordered 2 pickled onions. Not provided. Ordered kids meal. No drink or sweets either.

ordered 2 pizza's tonight, ,one a 12 inch veggie feast. Got a meat feast instead, couldn't have been more different,not ideal, but not the end of the world. will still be back 👍

Got a combo meal deal. Pizza nuggets mozzarella sticks and two cans of juice. Great price. All were cooked to perfection, will be ordering again.

Never even turned up..?? So disappointed. And have the hassle of filling out complaint forms to try and get money back. Called restaurant and said food was dispatched 5 minutes ago nearly 1hr 45mins after order was placed. Waited 20mins after there expected delivery time before even questioning delivery. Just so unprofessional and unsatisfactory to be honest. Had food before and was great, but this is so disappointing. And literally no correspondence about order??

Food was 2 hours late. Food was cold. When I phoned them (at 1.5 hrs after ordering) was told the driver was on way (ended up being another half hour). The place is a 5 minute drive away.

Blonde woman with glasses was very nice and polite, New worker woman was nice and polite 😊 Fish ready in glass cabinet but I asked for a new fresh one as when it's just made i think its the best Fish and chips in Hamilton , I was told no problem 😊 It was amazing, Before i found this Fish and chip shop I used to drive to halfway for a Fish Supper , Overall 10 out of 10 thank you 😀

I started ordering from here & normally great. Not sure if someone different made the food but pizza burnt black & cold chips. I can’t add a pic or I would , the delivery was on time but pointless delivery when it went straight in the bin !

Batter on sausage and fritters were dark brown and brick hard, kebab had no salad and meat was solid and didn't fill the nan bread. Will never use again

I've been ordering from here for a long time now but the food I received tonight was awful, The cheeseburger looked as if it had been reheated over and over again it was wrapped in tin foil which made it so soggy, The chips were cold and the kebabs have hardly any meat and swimming in sauce

Normally the food is lovely, but i got a black pudding supper. The chips and black pudding was very dry.

Food was not as good as it used to be. Paid nearly £5 for their home made onion rings only to be sent the cheap farm food frozen ones.

A bit expensive but if you want the best it's worth it

Got a takeaway,special fish supper and fritters,for mum n dad,who I have to admit are old school and VERY VERY fussy about their chippie lol..tried everyone in Hamilton and by far been their favourite...safe to say getting another supper for dinner tonight means it was beautiful..lol..thanks

Please avoid buying a kebab here portion size out of order 8 small pieces of meat which cost £6.50 and enuff salad to feed your rabbit for 30 seconds totally unbelievable. There's some cost of living in that shop deffo won't be back sorry.

Cheese burger was awful , no relish , bun was not toasted . Lettuce , a couple of bits of chopped tomato and chopped cucumber, who puts cucumber on a burger , why no onion .

Arrived cold and incomplete. The food was not of a decent quality, It took over an hour ( 20+ minutes after confirmed as out for delivery ). They did suggest they would send the missing items but I told them to just leave it.

My fist delivery I order at 17.47 it arrived approx 18.45, the delivery driver was pleasant however My Garlic bread was cold, dry and very crunchy and the Pizza was the worst pizza I have had.

Always fresh tasty food, staff are lovely and Friendly and the prices are reasonable too. That’s why I keep coming back. Highly recommend

Phoned twice told it was on its way, arrived over 30 minutes late after waiting an hour. Fritters were so thin we thought we only had one and food cold. Waste of money

First and last time ordering. No response on provided phone number - goes to a voicemail so full you can’t leave a message. Partner drove up to Meikle Earnock to find out where our order is and shutters are down, building locked 🤷‍♀️

I ordered a children’s sausage meal box and didn’t receive it and when I tried to phone up to enquire they didn’t answer the phone

Fish was terrible as it has been left lying so was a bit rubber. Not the first time this has happened from here, thought we would try again as the chips are lovely with the curry sauce. Four fish bought, one & half eaten the rest went in the dogs as they were disgusting.
