Tony and his cousin are such kind generous hosts. The coffee blend is perfect. Cappuccino and lattes are so tasty and refreshing. The home baking is phenomenal. I'd say the scones are the best in Scotland. The lunch panini and sandwiches are so fresh and tasty. The attention to detail for service is exceptional. Plum crumble cake, pineapple cake, brownies and the savoury cakes are delicious. It's not well sign posted but its next door to Coop Funeral home and across from the Butchers.

This place is warm, cosy, friendly, and makes simple v tasty, well seasoned food. The prices are good, the service comes with a smile. It's a bit like being looked after by your your grandma who likes to spoil you. This is not fine dining. It's better than that, as it's like being part of their family.

Lovely little dinner. Friendly staff, nice food, fast service. Clean and simple food, Greta for everyone of all ages, lovely with children they have a disabled toilet which would rate 10/10.

We had been wanting to visit moka jaks for a while and finally got the chance. You wouldn't actually know it was there, because there's no signs on the main road, only a tiny little sign at the entrance gate which is barely visible as it's at a sharp angle, so you wouldn't notice it from the opposite side of the road, so you only know if you know..... There is a fairly big carpark but it was very busy as it was the weekend. We got to the door and there was a small que, when it came to our turn, there was no acknowledgement from staff and we waited for about 10 mins before we got any acknowledgement, other people were getting served before us? Service was definitely chaotic and seemed very unorganised! We finally got seated and waited about 10 mins for our food but we were given soups which we didn't order, however the rest of the food was very good. It is dog friendly and even have a dog menu but its very cramped inside especially on a busy day there is seating outside. We would like to try it again but probably avoid the weekend!

The restaurant was freezing. One of us ordered a baked potato which caused the delivery time to be very lengthy. Food was ok but not great. Atmosphere was lacking a little but perhaps because it had just opened for the day and had not really got going. Probably would not be going back but ok for a nothing special lunch

A lovely Farm shop, selling lots of little gifts along with the yummiest of food. Their Beef and Venison Pies are scrumptious, as was the Macaroni Cheese pie. There is also a Restaurant/Tea Room, serving delicious local food and all so farm fresh. For children, there is a play area and a some cute farm animals to keep them entertained. A must visit if you are in the area

Full of onion and green pepper and very little meet. All 3 were the same. Total rip off. Parking is also hard. There is simply nothing we liked about this place

A lovely traditional pub! We popped in after looking at the reviews for a number of places in the area. Friendly welcome on arrival and excellent service. The food was obviously home cooked and was very high quality. We shared 2 x pulled pork nachos for starters and then had the ribs, chicken burger, steak pie and pizza- all cooked to perfection.

My local in Dalry was closed for Lunar New Year. Jasmine house did not disappoint. Salt and chilli chicken wings, sweet and sour chicken and a special curry + complimentary mini spring rolls & prawn crackers. All the food was delicious and fresh. I will certainly be back. Don’t be fooled by the exterior which looks unassuming.

Now rebranded as The Canny Man, I believe it's under new management and they're working hard to re-establish this as a local favourite. We went on a Sunday afternoon for lunch with another couple, it wasn't busy and the staff were super welcoming. I had the lentil soup to start which was outstanding but the bread came with really unpleasant spread rather than real butter.. The wife had the chicken tempura starter which was "ok" but considering it's £7.50 it was really small. All 4 of us had the roast beef main and it was fantastic! The beef was cooked perfectly and the Yorkshire puddings were perfect, extra gravy on the side would be a welcome addition though.. The sticky toffee pudding was average and the Oreo sundae was pretty forgettable tbh.. We did enjoy our meal busy mostly because of the great roast, if they put the same effort in to the starters and desserts it would be so much better. For X4 three courses and a drink each the bill was around £130.. this is kinda average these days but I think there's better value to be had in the area. The staff were amazing and very attentive without being intrusive. We'll definitely be back.. but probably just for a main course.

Popped in today with my wife for the Katsu chilli chicken salt fries and the Fat Buck wrap. Unfortunately for them and lucky for us they ran out boxes they usually put the loaded fries in. So we got a 12 inch pizza box full of superb food for the same cost. The wrap was lush and filling, weighed about 2kg. Tasty food, good prices and we will be back. Thank u
