Guestrow, Aberdeen, AB10 1AS, United Kingdom, Scotland
A fair 3 star hotel in the centre of Aberdeen. Fantastic value for your money. Spacious standard rooms, with fully equipped kitchenette. Impeccably clean.
Be aware that Google Maps wants to make you drive some weird way which lets you arrive somewhere wrong in the city centre alleys - use preferably Apple Maps instead. The parking garage entry is in the Flourmill Lane right at the end (yellow sign, hotel unfortunately not mentioned).

We have been here a number of times now across many years and always had great food. Firstly Scottish Tapas, then Bao buns, now fresh pasta. We had Beef Shin Ragu and Chicken Parma, both delicious with perfect pasta. A tiny menu but well executed. Quiet today as the sun was shining and they have no outdoor seating but have always felt lucky to get a seat in the past. Lovely bar staff and nice ambiance.
Room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. Staff were attentive and friendly throughout our stay at Tor na Coille. It was such a treat to be able to just walk downstairs and receive a first class meal in the restaurant in the evening. Plenty of variety at breakfast. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
We had an amazing Sunday lunch here, by far the best I've had in Aberdeen, the food is excellent. The service is always very friendly and efficient as well.
It was cold weather and after the lunch, we wanted a coffee. So, we went to The Old Pier and two young women who worked there hated their job.
We entered inside, no greetings, no smile no welcome feeling. We ordered our coffees for takeaway and the young lady who made coffee was the same. Not even eye contact. My husband ordered extra hot late but got warm one.
