Hilton Aberdeen TECA in Aberdeen City

Hotel was immaculate and beautifully presented. Rooms were amazing. Bathrooms spotless. Service was faultless and tge spa was outstanding. All staff were amazing.

We stay regularly and it is my favourite hotel in Aberdeen. The staff are absolutely super. Really professional, helpful and friendly. Rooms are great (although I do prefer the shower to the shower/bath and shower curtain option!). A great hotel and Hilton should be proud of this one.

Came and stayed here two nights as we were exhibiting in the adjacent exhibition hall. Firstly, I can’t fault the hotel itself. New, clean, excellent amenities. Superb rooms with new fixtures, and everything was clean, and well appointed and luxurious. And all the team were nothing less than polite, congenial, and professional. Breakfasts were excellent, with great selection and great service too. But two things bring the score down, one more profound than the other. Friday night, I decide to eat in at the restaurant. I order sweet potato and lentil curry and fries. I’m the only diner in an entirely empty restaurant. About 10 mins later the waiter brings me a Thai chicken curry. I figure I’ve made a mistake and not made clear which curry I want, so I check the menu to correct my mistake. Except, there is no Thai chicken curry anywhere on the menu, and the waitress/bar tender is also confused. We figure that a wrong button has been pressed. Never mind, mistakes happen. So I eat my fries and wait for the correct dish. Sadly I think the chef panicked slightly at the mistake and rushed the dish out, so the meal wasn’t hot and the sweet potato wasn’t cooked. I didn’t ask for a refund in the difference between the more expensive Thai chicken curry I was charged on the receipt, versus the slightly cheaper sweet potato curry, and none was offered. But it’s ok, it still was palatable and not really a big deal. My main big BIG issue is the parking. Bearing in mind that the Hilton site is a collaborative entity with the exhibition centre, where we’re already paying as an exhibitor, plus paying the hotel for accommodation too. Alongside the fact the hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere (7 miles from Union square in Aberdeen), do you think it’s acceptable to charge guests £15 a night parking?! Again, I’m a guest in the hotel, paying £120 a night, but you want to charge me an additional £15 a night for the luxury of parking my car in (and this is important to note) a 500+ space underground car park that had, at most, 30 cars in it, that is 7 miles out of town? Come on now Hilton. You can do better than this, surely?

I’m a Hilton Honors member and opt between this place and the Crowne Plaza when I come up to Aberdeen for business often. The room is always clean and neat and breakfasts are lovely. However I’m surprised that despite even after my multiple stays they still don’t stock the rooms with some complimentary water. I would think this is quite a basic necessity. Especially for people who would be tired after traveling etc. doesn’t seem fair to order water up to the room and then get charged £5 fee for room service just for water. I’ll opt for the Crowne Plaza in future.

New Years Eve getaway- wow what an amazing experience we had. My partner and I had booked this last minute for New Years Eve, couldn’t have been more impressed with the whole stay. From parking, to check in, the executive room was beautiful and had lovely petals on the bed and chocolates for our anniversary. We enjoyed the refreshments in the executive served by the lovely Bea, amazing service. We then went to the restaurant for food, served by Olivia who was fantastic. The whole meal was perfection, haggis Bon bons to start, steak for each of us which was faultless and cheesecake for pudding. We were then invited to come back down the bar for the bells for a complimentary glass of Prosecco which we did, shame wasn’t many people there but was nice to celebrate with hard working staff behind the bar. Next morning we enjoyed the beautiful pool and facilities - credit to the man at the pool for helping my partner buy some swimming shorts which he forgot! The morning then followed by a lovely buffet breakfast - waffle maker was fun! To top it off just after check out we got a hot stone massage in the couples room, wow just amazing. Didn’t get the ladies names but both so professional - felt so relaxed after! Our whole experience was really amazing, cannot fault anything! Will definitely be returning.

Came in with our dog to the bar, very nice peaceful area. Staff (Esti, Simona, Olivia and Sarah) were lovely, offered choices for our drinks selections and when asking questions on the Xmas and Hogmany entertainment was given all good responses. Our dog was offered water too and staff enjoyed his company. Food arrived quickly and was delicious. Overall excellent service x

Stayed the night recently after a show at P&J Live. Great location next door. Lovely food but it was the friendly staff that made our stay. I asked the staff for their names as they deserve a mention. Thanks to Olivia, Esti, Lenka and Bandhitha in the bar area. It was busy. I was particularly impressed when I saw a lady have an accident with a smashed glass. Eilidh made sure she was ok, cleared the debris away swiftly and reassured her that all was ok. It’s the staff that make the experience special. Thanks, We will definitely be back.

Excellent hotel for the P&J live arena, very friendly staff, nice food and the rooms are a good size and very comfortable. The rooms are also very quiet.

Very long wait for food to be served which spoiled things quite a bit.

Love this hotel - amazing friendly staff - always care for you and your needs. I have a disability and on my stay it’s always catered for. I’ve stayed in many Hilton hotels and this is definitely one of my favourites. Love the pool - and they’re great with the dogs, leaving them treats and bedding. Enjoyed the executive suite

It is a tremendous, and monstrous building. My only challenge is the cost for parking.
