Lovely little place for a meal. Was very fast service and tastes delicious. My favourite touch to the place was that the plates they were using were the same ones my parents had years ago. It definitely brought back some lovely memories of family meal times with the folk. Can't fault this place at all.

1st time visiting since its on our doorstep and must say we was not disappointed!!! Lovely and cosy very bonnie however it is small and some tables bit close together. Wee hidden gem of banff! Located in the pharmacy above the post office side. I got soup and a panini ! Soup was delicious. Panini was chicken cheese and chorizo, the chorizo was abit too thick and chewy for me would prefer thin slices. I did request no tomato on my salad (2 out of 3 panini salad no tomato) however mine arrived with tomato so i couldnt eat the salad simple mistake made. Service was very friendly and decent size plates decent speed of service and decent prize cant go wrong! Will definitely be back. Didnt have room for dessert so need to come try!

By far and away the very best Beef Stew I have ever tasted. The decor might be a bit dated, but the food was excellent. The after-dinner coffee was drunk in the lounge, which was decorated in the style of a Scottish country house.

Crispy battered Haddock n Chips Yum Yum fat tum. Future golf trips will be using Freddies in Banff rather than Wetherspoons in Fraserburgh. I usually send an e-mail review of our golf trips including best and worst Golf Courses and best and worst food to all places we visit. Unfortunately I cant find Freddies e-mail to tell them they were voted the best.

Amazing food, friendly staff and dog friendly too! The first visit by my wife and I and it definitely will not be our last.

Can’t find a more welcome place for a delicious coffee and a scone. Plenty of vegetarian options available with amazingly tasty soup choice. Bonus is that dogs are most welcome. Set in amazing scenery - what more could you ask for

Chicken Kebab was full of flavor. Best kebab in Banff, hands down.

We had the most amazing afternoon tea experience in the Bubble. We can't praise the Banff Springs highly enough. This was a mini 'hen party ' and so much thought had gone into making this so special for the bride to be. Beautifully decorated, Beth and her team looked after us so well. The quality of the food and drinks was outstanding. A lovely afternoon was had by all. Highly recommend! A big thank you to all involved!

Tried to book this place 3 times! phoned and Was told they were open, so I walked down and doors were shut And blinds closed? Is this resteraunt shut? Such a shame because the food was beautiful

Ordered doner and chips. Then I hear the microwave going on. I asked what was going on microwave I was told doner meat. When I got my order I think it was the chips that were in reheating. Needless to say I won't be back. It had to go in the bin.

Was there with the family for the weekend. When we checked in the lady behind the desk ( the owner) I later found out was very rude and so unwelcoming. We seen her on various occasions over the weekend but she wasn’t very keen to even say hello . The young guy in the bar was very good and pleasant. He even knew what we all drank without asking. A great wee guy and excellent at his job Also a mention to the older gentleman who served us our breakfast each morning. He was top class and very polite and very welcoming to us all . The owner I’m afraid should maybe spend a day with her staff and they could show her how to treat people who are paying good money to stay at her hotel. The hotel was clean and warm with nice comfortable rooms. But I’m afraid we wont be returning. As we believe it doesn’t cost anything to be polite.

The food is delicious and to die for the staff are kind
