Roma Pizza in Aberdeenshire

Have ordered from here a few times while visiting the area. Last night ordered a Lasagne with another dish. The Lasagne was stone cold in the centre and not edible. Had to share the remaining meal which was OK. On complaining was told a refund was not possible although to be fair was offered an alternative - but it was too late for that. Personally I would not use in the future.

I’ve ordered from Roma I’d say about 10 times. Each time has been good. But this time I’m very disappointed. I ordered a cheese pizza, and I was handed a mexican pizza and when I asked “is the cheese pizza not available?” I was met with “Someone else ordered that pizza, you have it.” So I politely asked if I could have my money back, and he walked away as I was asking. I just accepted it. I went home and the entire pizza was raw. The cheese was hard and raw, the whole pizza was cold and the bread wasn’t bread, it was dough, it was like play-dough. Tasted awful. I will never be ordering from here Again. Could’ve cooked it better by breathing on it. Terrible, ignorant service. Cold, completely raw food. Goodbye Roma’s!

Have been a loyal customer of Roma in Banff for 5 year usually visiting twice a month. Recently they have signed up to feed me online and we thought this was great you could order online. So ordered and paid online to receive the 10% discount that it promoted (weekly text messages received) the guy then called saying he dosent accept card payments so we would pay cash when we arrived to pick up food, why sign up for an online service if you dont accept card is the first question. But because we are regulars we paid cash the guy assured us we would get the money back after various emails to feed me online for our refund no reply. So visited the shop today to ask for our refund to be told we were warned they didnt accept card payment which he did after it was paid online. He then preceeded to tell us we didnt understand how it works. We understand our bank statement ays "Roma Banff" We understand that we paid double for our take away and understand that he treats loyal customers poorly. We also understand we wont be going back and this has cost him alot of buisness for us in the future. Not good and not what we expected.

We ended up at Roma after we walked out of the establishment up the road when they ignored us for ages then took a phone order. I'm glad it worked out that way though as the pizzas in Roma are delicious - not too brown and very tasty. The service was fast and friendly, even though the guy appeared to be the only one there. He even sang while he worked, which is pretty rare in Banff.

Regularly use this takeaway as their kebabs are fantastic. All the family love the food and no one is ever disappointed. Responsibly priced and only thing that could make it better would be a home delivery service

The food available from Roma is top quality. Everything from the Chips to Kebabs to Pizza is top notch. I have sampled the food in other takeaways locally and nothing comes close to the taste of Roma's food. The staff are always very friendly and nothing's ever a problem. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my pizzas and kebabs!

I have eaten from Roma Pizza on a few occasions and find the standard pizzas very good. Unfortunately on my last visit I ordered a calzone pizza and was very disappointed when I started to eat it the pizza was barley warm inside and the cheese inside hadn't even melted. The pizza clearly hadn't been cooked for long enough.

As been very bad weather today and didnt not get to cook so thought of getting our supper from Roma ordered my favourite mouth watering dish chicken calzones 12 inch Mexican hot spicy as my other half likes spicy and my 2nd favourite chicken pakoras OMG that was the best ever chicken pakoras I ever tasted. I didn't have to wait long for my order even though the place was packed.I must say thoroughly enjoyed it and recommend anyone to try this place.well done boys.

Feeling hungry and the thought of cooking being too much we decided to order from Roma. My order was taken over the phone and I waited the obligatory 15 minutes before picking up. A young lad read my order back and it wasn't correct. He read it again and guess what....still wrong. He then became very rude and it was my fault the order was wrong. His attitude was terrible and I won't be back any time this century
