The best restaurants in Midstocket / Rosemount Aberdeen City North East Scotland

Love coming here for lunch. Great home made food and always a variety to choose from. Unlike alot of nearby veggie/vegan cafes everything is very reasonably priced! Great selection of snacks and cakes, an all round brilliant little cafe. Always very friendly and welcoming, top service.

Bonito rolls were fabulous and chicken wings were loveley. Highly recommended, with very friendly staff. A fresh hot sushi spot in the perfect location 😋

This cafe has changed its name to Bagel Society and it is really good. The food is superb, I would recommend the El Diablo bagel. The service is good. The prices are reasonable, we were £14 for two bagels. I can’t wait to come back again soon.

Delicious Christmas Tea, very gracious and professional wait staff, accommodating our every request. The room we were in was the Balmoral Suite, historically significant because Princess Alexandra stayed in this very room when the weather kept the royals from reaching Balmoral Castle. Our visit to Aberdeen has been the highlight of our retirement so far. Stunningly impressive buildings and streets. Staying at the Caledonian Mercure hotel was definitely a great choice!

I had been wanting to try this place for a long time after Bonobo shut down. I was highly disappointed. I had the tofu scramble wrap and the banana and date smoothie. Both were disgusting! Probably the worst wrap I have ever had. I rather eat a tesco houmous and falafel wrap. It was BLAND and the tiny bit of flavour it did have tasted strange. The smoothie wasn't any better. Again bland and tasted strange. Also pretty pricey for horrid food. I can't speak for the rest of the menu but I would definitely not recommend. Won't be going back unfortunately. I don't leave bad reviews but I was so disappointed that I felt I had to.

Truly one of the best meals I've had in Aberdeen. Everything was so fresh and tasty, best chimichurri sauce I've had since I was in Montevideo. We will be back.

Amazing battered fish. Fresh cooked in 7 mins. Crispy batter and succulent white fish WOW! Got a few free chips to try too. Excellent service.🥳 I am back 3 months later... and fish is as amazing as before SO SO crispy batter on my single haddock. Amazing. Buy in shop, wait to be fresh cooked.... and devour!! 🥰

Took over 40 minutes to get our food. 3 different tables that were sat after us got their food over 20 minutes before us. Even had one other tables food delivered to us by mistake. Disappointed in service, but food was exactly what I was craving.

Fine gourmet dining experience, unique in the city. Some dishes were lacking perfection for various reasons, but generally left satisfied.

Best place for birthday dinner.

Absolutely amazing meal! The food is absolutely delicious. The tiramisu was next level. Can’t wait to go back.
