Tried Bagel Society for the first time today and was very happy. Lovely environment and staff, and the food was amazing. The bagels were huge and tasted incredible. Can’t recommend this place enough, great addition to the Aberdeen for coffee and food

I hope this place stays for a long time! I've only been in once but I will be back! Went with the chicken avocado bagle, it was fantastic. Best I've had since eating bagles in New york 10/10. The cheesy chips and tropical smoothie were both really nice too but the bagle was outstanding. Food on the pricy side but I would say it's easily worth it

Lovely place with wonderful staff! Only docked one star as coffee (Cappuccino) was good, but not exceptional. But if you normally like your coffees a bit weaker, you can consider the 5-star fulfilled!

Fantastic coffee shop with the best iced latte anywhere 😍 The bagels were also delicious, I had the greek one with halloumi, hot honey, hummus and slaw and I definitely need to recreate this at home as it was the best I've tried. Staff were also really lovely.

Hi guys, you don’t put 🌶️ sign in a menu and it was sadly bad experience. We ordered Fly Pig and in description to this dish there wasn’t chilly mentioned. So we were surprised to find out chilly flakes that we can’t eat. It was unbearable spicy. Please, add hotness level to your menu. Also it would be better to see a full description of dish. Because we also didn’t know that the dish contains other ingredients we don’t want. It could be dangerous for people with allergies to not know what they are ordering. *Upd* Answer to owner: As you mentioned in comment, this souse is hot but I should ask the stuff. But let’s be honest, it’s not a general knowledge. Most people don’t know the name of this souse and that it’s spicy. That’s why it’s best practice to mention in a menu what hot and spicy and what is not. Also I’m not suppose to ask about every ingredient, I saw it all in menu and I was expecting just normal level of spice. You mention service stuff, it was just ok, people are tried and I’m not expecting them to smile or asking me about feedback. But of course if someone was asking me about it I would say it’s too spicy. I’m not comfortable to say something like “oh made me a new one” especially when people look tired and already annoyed. About plates - if you trying to say that’s my experience wasn’t true - that’s too bad for your business. I have no motivation imagining things. You can take feedback or not take it. That’s all.

The vegan bird is by far my favourite bagel ever

Wanted to come here for a while now to try the bagels and we visited on a Saturday early afternoon. There were plenty of seats inside to sit and we placed our order at the counter. The portions were large snd the bagels were packed full, which was great. The only downside was the oily surface of the bagels, sadly. The coffee was good! It would be amazing if the breakfast menu was all day on weekends too.

The bacon and sausage was cooked to perfection the cheese was nice and melty but the onion relish takes it to another level and crispy onions on top for the added crunch I rate the provocative bagel a solid 9 out of 10 and the Brooklyn Bagel was top notch every bite was just mind blowing I have to rate that 10 out of 10

the spicy bagel was a bit on the sweet side for me but the quality was great. Will try something different next time!

Food was fantastic, bagel was tasty and hot(and more importantly stayed that way because they wrap it in foil). Coffee was good. Overall not "cheap" but you can tell it's good quality ingredients from the taste, definitely worth it and the slight wait for it to be made. The staff were friendly and seemed to have good rapport with some regulars too. Will definitely be back with my partner!

Amazing bagel! Suggest going early as possible as they sell out some of their menu items later in the day.

The food used to be amazing but we went there today and the autumn menu is a big disappointment. The bagels are far less attractive, simple, and look and taste very basic. Their charismatic names have nothing to do with their taste. Mine got served on a small random plate. The prices went up too. It’s such a shame. Not going back again.

We used to come in for the Avo & Egg Bagel, but this time we tried the Haloumi & Hot Honey Bagel and it was absolutely brilliant! A mouthful of flavours, we'll definitely continue to come here as it's the BEST bagel place in town. Aberdeen needs more variety of food and this is the place to find it! Keep up the delicious work :)

Not as good as usual. The chicken was over cooked and the bagel wasn’t nearly as filled as it has been in previous orders. The chips were very nice though, and it was delivered quickly.

Great Bagels, the shop is quite small but there's seating outside too! Seasoning chips were a tad on the salty side but still amazing!

Delicious bagels. Cooked fresh, so we had a bit of a wait as it was busy but certainly worth it!

At first I was slightly pressed because I thought “£9 for a bagel is pretty pricey” however the hangover won and I ordered alongside some chips and cheese. Well, let me tell you, as soon as I opened the bag it was worth it. I didn’t know you could get a bagel that big and full of flavour. Every mouthful took away my hangover and I am now alive. The era of McDonald’s breakfast is officially over.

Came here for lunch during our stay in Aberdeen. Absolutely phenomenal - we were blown away by how great it was. Stuffed, inventive, delicious bagels cooked to perfection. Delicious, decorative lattes in jars. Served quickly! They really take pride in what they do, makes every cafe in London look like a joke!

Absolutely Amazing, My El Diablo bagel was very spicy but amazing with the nice, crispy, breaded chicken. Only the waiting time was around 20 minutes.

Took ages for driver to be assigned but when food was finally delivered food was amazing highly recommended just eat to long but the restaurant was amazing

Probably the best bagels we've ever eaten. Absolutely delicious and we devoured every bite despite there massive size. We are only in Aberdeen for the weekend but would consider coming back just for here. Cannot recommend enough, we will be back before we leave!

Great food, cozy atmosphere and good prices. Sounds like they are changing their menu with the change of seasons so that could be very good. Coffee is pleasant enough, but you go there for the food and the space. Only thing I would fault is because their kitchen is quite small, food can take a while if you order plenty of it. Valuable to know if you are in a rush, but the food is made with such care that it is well worth the wait if you aren't.

Can't fault this place. I go regularly now. The owner is lovely. A quiet lady who just gets on with the job. Very sweet when you get chatting to her. (Her lovely assistant is always smiling politely in the back. Making her awesome bagels). The owner values you as a customer and we feel that everytime we go in. (a quality that lacks in a lot of cafe owners in my experience) The coffee is excellent too. Small cafe but always bums on seats. Excellent place to go if you are on your own or as a couple. I hope she continues in her success and manages to expand. Value for money, quality food, homely service. Places like this deserve to succeed.

Stunning food and the best coffee I've had in Aberdeen. It's taken me years of living in Aberdeen to finally find somewhere like this. The bagels are works of art too. If you despair of ever finding a cafe/eatery in Aberdeen that matches the best that places like Edinburgh or Glasgow have to offer, then despair no more!

First of many future visits today. Tried the sweet chilli chicken bagel, I am vegetarian and they accommodated by swapping the chicken with a vegan substitute which tasted AMAZING. The chicken was so like meat that I questioned if they'd forgot to swap it 😅 (they didn't forget to swap it, it was veggie). I went in initially for a panini which are not on the menu anymore, but was very glad I stayed to try the bagel! Friendly service and nice atmosphere! Will definitely be back again soon.

Had read excellent reviews so walked through town to come here on a Sunday to find it was closed despite google maps and the sign on the door saying they were open until 4. Very disappointed!

Went here for the first time with some friends for lunch. The atmosphere and the music is really nice to sit around and talk while waiting for food, the food and coffee was worth waiting for and most importantly the staff was incredibly nice and charming, would love to come here again.

A lovely wee cafe with outdoor seating. The prices are very reasonable and it is family owned. They make sandwiches, bagels, baked potatoes, filled croissants and also salad specials.

Absolute gem! I had a lovely Feta bagel with pepperoni, cheeses and sauce with a chai latte which came to around 8 quid which I find really good! You can pay by card and cash. Seating area both inside and outside the cafe, the most sweetest and kind staff! I can't wait to return!

While having a wander around Rosemount and on the lookout for a coffee, we came across this lovely wee coffee shop. We decided to have a bite to eat for a late lunch so my my mum had a toastie and I had a panini, both delicious! Very reasonable price for these, 2 coffees and I had a delicious smoothie to go! Really friendly staff too and I love supporting small local businesses...so I'd wholeheartedly recommend if you are in the area! Will definitely be returning!

We had a lovely lunch, chocolate milkshake wasn't on the menu for our son but they made one special for us. Our Pizzanini a fantastic mix of pizza and panini, you have to try it! We'll definitely be back! ❤️
