We went to this takeaway last night for doner kebab approximately 9pm, the doner meat was disgusting, feel like store there for a very long time and come with expired oil meat smell sour odor, make my stomach uncomfortable during midnight. The doner cost me £9 and no salad given, there is no sources as well if I not asked. It is the worst doner takeaway in Aberdeen. Not recommended and try to avoid.

El servicio era de primera clase y el camarero nos atendió perfectamente. En general, calificaría este lugar 10 / 10 y sin duda volveremos pronto.

My friend and I heard Lows of Berryden won best Fish & Chip Shop 2019 in & 2025! So we decided to check it out.. Our order was taken and the server was very friendly & polite. The owner moved a table so we could dine in and the wheelchair could fit. The food was so fresh, the batter was incredibly light and served with fresh lemon! After our incredible lunch we were treated to try a fried mars bar! We were not keen try it, but the owner promised us a delicious experience. It was oozing in chocolate deliciousness and gooey! We really enjoyed visiting here and will make a conscious effort to stop here in future.

Had a wonderful meal, the buffalo fries were delicious, and the staff were all extremely helpful especially Ruben who took our order

Great service from Derrota (hope the name is correct)! Food was good and effort made with my toddler to make him comfortable and happy!

We only stayed the one night but it was a comfortable and relaxed stay. We had a problem with our booking that was dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction

A wonderful experience! The ambience is pleasant and elegant, the staff extremely friendly, and the food simply outstanding – authentic flavours prepared with heart. It’s clear that this is a family-run business where guests truly matter. I would especially like to praise the young waitress Lokkaew, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and made our visit even more special with her approach. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality Thai cuisine!

Took some visiting family for lunch. They had an excellent time and the food was super. Big mention to Jane for her wonderful attention.

We had Bessie as our server and she was really good and was really attentive to our needs. The food was good and we really didn’t have long to wait to be served.will be back again

We visited today and were honestly quite disappointed. There were three staff members behind the counter — one was cleaning, one was just standing in front of the till doing absolutely nothing, and only one person was actually making coffees and serving customers. Meanwhile, there were three more people waiting in the queue. We ended up standing there for 18 minutes just to get three coffees. When we asked the girl standing by the till why she wasn’t helping, she simply said, “I’m the supervisor. She’s the one who’ll make your coffees.” Honestly, it was frustrating to see such poor management and lack of efficiency.
