Quiet on Saturday night, busier in the afternoon and early evening.

First time trying out this lot. Ordered a 4 piece munchy box. Salt n pepper chicken, chicken balls satay chicken and Bbq spare ribs. Plenyy left over for lunch tomorrow. Surprise my nephew Stuart delivered it. Honest it was yummy. Great stuff guys.

Waited forever for two standard fish suppers. £21.60?? Wasn’t worth waiting for. Soft soggy undercooked batter, and BONES, in a fish fillet?? Overpriced rubbish, and young staff who hadn’t a clue what they were doing

Extremely disappointed with the £100 seafood platter. The quality was subpar - prawns were charred with a burnt aftertaste, seasoning was uneven (some parts overly salty, others bland). The tuna Wellington was mediocre at best, and the Scotch egg offered poor value for money. A terrible dining experience overall that failed to meet expectations for local specialties.

The customer service staff seems unprofessional, long waiting times for picking up orders, if you make deliveries and the order is not ready when you arrive at the shop you will wait a long time

Just got 2 fish suppers tonight £24.00 plenty chips but a small fish. The worst fish suppers I’ve ever had in Aberdeen total rip off.Needless to say I won’t go back there again on my next visit.

We just got drinks, very expensive so choose wisely or have a drink before you arrive at the airport

When we first walked in, I did notice that the interior showed a bit of wear and tear, with some areas that could use a little refreshing or repair. It’s nothing that ruined the experience, but updating a few details could really elevate the atmosphere to match the fantastic quality of the food and service. Speaking of which — the service was absolutely outstanding. We were warmly greeted by a lovely gentleman who showed us to our table with a big smile, instantly making us feel welcome. The menu was another highlight, offering a great variety for different tastes. I’m a big seafood lover, while my husband prefers meat, and we were both more than happy with the options. The portion sizes are very generous — so much so that for once, we skipped dessert because we were already full! To start, we shared a creamy mushroom sauce with bread, which was rich, flavorful, and perfect for setting the tone of the meal. I chose the special salmon dish, which included a generous piece of salmon, prawns, and potatoes, all topped with a delicious mushroom sauce. It was cooked perfectly — juicy, flavorful, and the salmon itself was wonderfully chunky, which is quite rare to find. My husband ordered a mixed meat platter that came with koftas, chicken, beef, and lamb alongside rice. He loved every bite, and I can say the chicken was incredibly tender and full of flavor — not dry at all, which is often a challenge with grilled meats. Before our starter, we were served a lentil soup that was simply the best I’ve ever had. I even asked for the recipe! Unfortunately, I couldn’t get it as each chef prepares it slightly differently, especially to accommodate for allergens — which I completely understand. Honestly, I would come back just for the lentil soup alone. Overall, while there are a few minor cosmetic improvements that could make the environment feel even more inviting, they don’t take away from the wonderful dining experience. The food and service both exceeded our expectations, and for that reason, I’m giving a full 5 stars. I look forward to visiting again soon!

My friend and I visited Pizza Hut Union Square Aberdeen for lunch today and were very impressed with the service provided by manager Alan! He was extremely polite and helpful and went the extra mile to ensure that we enjoyed our lunch. We’ll definitely be back !! Thank you Alan - you’re a real star!! Xx

Had fruit scone and a latte the scone was amazing and still warm when it arrived, great service will definitely be back next time I'm in Aberdeen

Ordered food at 19:15, and as of midnight no food received. Luckily I had paid with PayPal, therefore confident that I will get my money back. I tried to contact Ayisha, by phone, over a dozen times, on two different numbers, but phones went straight to voicemail each and everytime. Go elsewhere if you don't want to be disappointed.

we came to order food at 5.00 and the lady staff she turns of all light and we asked for 2six inch sandwich she said toaster Is not working we leave and go outside at that time an order came she is using the toaster at that time I dont why
