Subway in Aberdeen City

Not the first time there's been no tubs of sauces and hot food packed in same bag as ice cream and cold drink so all good was cold

No cheese on subs and the foot long pizza was a sandwich not even cooked properly and hardly any cheese

wrong food delivered and stone cold what that did arrive

You'd think a tuna sandwich would be a safe bet, right? no what i received did not even come close. A ham and salami melt with soggy lettuce and chipotle sauce with mayo and red onion

Worst order ever I am severely allergic to salsa and I made that clear and I was given nachos covered in it.

none of the sandwiches where toasted as requested, the bread on 2 of them was stale and hard. and the sandwiches looked like they'd been tossed around the room before being wrapped. 10quid+ for a sandwich, you'd expect alittle more than that.

Avoid this place staff very cheeky, was eating my food and was told I could not sit there when there was 2 customers in and multiple tables

The gents working today was fab. Very chatty/friendly and all whilst busy!

We really enjoyed our visit here today. The members of staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. The food was very tasty and they put enough of everything into the subs which was nice to see. We will be coming back. It was also the cleanest Subway we have visited, they took good care of it. All the food was covered when not used which made it more fresh looking and probably have less dust and other things on it. Thank you

Stopped in by earlier in the week and we bought our first subway since pre lockdown. It was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh and so tasty. The staff were lovely and Mark the manager was helpful and full of information. Will defo be back. I have not read any previous reviews as I prefer to use my own mind rather than be cajoled by someone else's.

Food was great. Service was above par. Negative reviews on Google are wrong. This is one of the best Subways I’ve been to. Staff are friendly. Overall a very efficient Subway

the 6inch sandwiches get smaller every time.

The food was stone cold and delivery time kept changing, I live about 20 minute walk away from the store and im shocked at the fact my food was cold, the driver also went to the wrong house

Very late order. Cold Missing items from order... cookies and drink!? Very bad

I ordered a 12" footlong meal and did not receive a packet of crisps, cookie and my drink that I had ordered. Very disappointed when I phoned and let them know and said that they close in 30 mins so it's not their issue.

Ordered two wraps, stuff added to it not in it and one was supposed to be a vegan wrap but I think it had chicken in it. Which is very concerning definitely not what was ordered.

Serving lady did not listen to what I ordered and when I questioned it she was rude and blame me know ,maybe if she listened

Staff here are all lovely. Just be warned: Sometimes the waiting times in line can be horrendous due to schools, and lunch time rush.

Very disappointing was freezing cold when we got it I've never had a bad subway before and this just didn't taste nice very dry too and all just stuffed in like a big mess

Surprisingly alright this is place to take a quick meal but be mindful of the open hours check before deciding to visit.

Ordered via Deliveroo and called in the ensure all ingredients are vegan for a vegan salad box. Received the salad with grated cow’s cheese. Did not receive what I ordered and could not eat it. :(

Staff member just passed by my Gson. Manager saved the day.

Not open at the advertised hours, the store was supposed to be open at 10, now 10:30 and still not open. Upon asking the staff I was told that they don't have any bread available, even though they seemed to be already making sandwiches, as they were putting vegetables on 2.

Sub wasn't toasted & no red onion

Shocking. All cookies missing, crisps different than what we ordered and 1/4 juices were correct. Absolutely shocking service and it was half an hour later than originally stated.

The delivery driver who left the wrong order at my door, ran to the lift before I could question my order. No the restaurants fault, had to go to the restaurant my self to pick up my order and dropped off the order that was wrongfully left at my door. The drivers need to carefully check the order is right be before delivery. Some of the Just eat employees need to be retrained in customer service skills. Unacceptable.

Turned up late. Guy said he was "outside the building" when he was ten minutes away. Didn't get the drink I ordered or my crisps.

My order was wrong, I ordered two turkey sandwiches. one with American style cheese, tomatoes, cucumber and lite mayonnaise n got turkey, American style cheese, tomatoes, cucumber and ketchup. The other sandwich was supposed to have turkey, shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, lettuce and ketchup n got turkey, tomatoes, cucumber and mayonnaise.

The delivery driver didn’t read the delivery instructions, was a bit annoying

Ordered for collection, arrived to pick it up to be told they had given it to a delivery driver even though the receipt said "collection". Waited another 20 mins for my order to be remade for them to give me the wrong food so I waited again for 40 mins for the right food and they managed to make it with some of the extras I ordered missing. Overall not a great experience.

The subway wasn’t wrapped properly! Ingres falling out! It wasn’t cut in two and I ordered a Pepsi max not a Pepsi max cherry!

Hardly any stuff in the wrap and sandwich, the sandwich bread was hard, even toasted I never had anything like that before, my son struggled to eat it, never again.

Over an hour, got confirmation it had been delivered when it hadn't. Called subway said their driver did not have the correct bag to deliver so refused to take it. Instead of calling to let me know, left me waiting over an hour and 20 mins with no food and worse I went to get my refund and did not even refund the delivery which I did not get. Subway washed their hands of it, there is not even a box to tell them the food was not even delivered. Absolutely disgusted with this terrible service. First time trying to use the app, will be my last

While the web page said it was devilvered IT WAS NOT, no contact from the text alert, no contact form driver. Phone number for the Subway in question was wrong I am a diabetic who was counting on this being done correctly as in the past VERY DISAPOINTED

Was given the wrong order and wasn't even close to the correct order.

Didn’t deliver everything I ordered, didn’t answer the phone when I tried to contact them to get the rest of my order, didn’t toast it and still charged me for the full order. Will not be ordering from here again!

The speed of these workers is shocking, its almost like their asleep, they should also probably cleared the bin since its all the way to the top, with flys everywhere, the 2 girls who worked there previously did an amazing job get them back.

Visited today for the 1st time and was really looking forward to it however, The lady who made our sandwiches was quite abrupt when speaking to customers and then also had a bit of harsh tone when speaking to a colleague assisting her. Found this to be quite rude and if I was that member of staff I would've walked out! No lettuce available, hardly any salad and no crisps for meal deals either 😕 very disappointing.

Food that was meant to be hot was freezing cold but still tasted fine the stale and cheese sub had very little stake in it
