Ayisha in Aberdeen City

Ordered food at 19:15, and as of midnight no food received. Luckily I had paid with PayPal, therefore confident that I will get my money back. I tried to contact Ayisha, by phone, over a dozen times, on two different numbers, but phones went straight to voicemail each and everytime. Go elsewhere if you don't want to be disappointed.

Ordered a delivery online on 11 October 2023. Confirmation email did not come through although the money came off my account. Food was never delivered and the phone number listed is out of service. I’ve had to raise a dispute at m my bank to try and get my money back.

I am horrified at this disgrace of a takeaway. I am at a loss for words. They hung up on us mid conversation as we searched frantically for our food that was ordered two hours before the guy fed us a pack of lies instead of my munchie box. They even forgot our poppadoms. After all this, the food wasn’t even good. Wouldn’t recommend the food and most definitely not the service.

La comida estaba muy caliente. El repartidor era amable. la comida era deliciosa, no había comido ayisha desde antes del cierre y realmente lo disfruté fue fabuloso. realmente se perdió una buena comida para llevar. definitivamente comprar de nuevo. Saludos a todos en AYISHA A) más ++++

Ordenamos cada semana, la cantidad de dinero que les hemos dado y el conductor para la entrega (solo para que me llamen mentiroso después de que los llamé para decirles que se habían olvidado de los popadoms). Intenté telefonear para decirles que eran las 10. No respondí a las 35 pm, así que la siguiente noche llamé al gerente, el gerente me dijo que era una mentirosa que ni siquiera había ordenado y me colgó el teléfono. Nunca he estado tan enojado, quería marchar hacia abajo para demostrar que había ordenado que aparecía en mi teléfono, pero llegué tarde y tengo a mi hija El hecho de que no obtengan más dinero de mi parte no volverá. Las fichas son asquerosas y nunca se cocinan

Had better Indian food, wont rush back

Pre-ordered our food 2 hours ahead, for the restaurant to still change the time to allow for an extra 10 minutes! Food arrived, nothing special. Our 2 dips were missing and the lime pickle tasted as though it came from a jar at a supermarket (£1 for a tablespoon was a bit steep!). Don't think we'll be ordering from here again

Food arrived cold. Chips soggy. Nan. Soggy. The meals although both was different they both tasted the same and although we asked for mild they bith was that spicy we couldnt actually eat it and put most of it in bin. This isnt first time this has happened and for that reason we now will ne trying else where as you pay allot of money and want something you can enjoy and eat

I've ordered from here a few times before and I've had no complaints but this time it fell well below par, the korma was tasteless and had the consistency of soup.

He ordenado a esta Aisha durante años y siempre me ha encantado, todos los satuardy o al menos una vez por quincena (si no es un chino) Siempre se lo entregué, pero esta noche en esta ocasión tan rara entré y ordené la recolección, así que ordené mi habitual masala de pollo, pagué mis 18 (DEJANDO QUE MANTENGAN EL CAMBIO DE NUEVO) Me senté a esperar y noté que la cocina estaba a mi derecha. Vi como podía ver al chef (que parecía que no se había duchado en una semana o más, y que estaba toda su ropa sucia y sucia, el APRIN había todas estas manchas en él y era asquerosa, él era asqueroso), cocinando me di cuenta de que el piso no era agradable por decir lo menos (como si no hubiera sido ciclomotor en meses) y se dejó en el mostrador como lechuga, tomates , las cebollas estaban en el mostrador no parecían frescas, no en cajas como pensé que eran, LUEGO CUANDO LLEGÓ UN POCO DE POLLO EN EL SUELO y el chef lo tomó con sus manos sucias y lo puso de nuevo en el wok Estaba cocinando, no podía creer que acabara de hacer eso. El olor a indio y al sudor (be) vino del "gerente" cuando le señalé lo que había visto como si estuviera haciendo nada al respecto desde allí, dijo que estaba borracho y que no me permitirían un reembolso como estaba listo, el pensamiento de las manos del chef tocando mi comida que no estaba hecha con ingredientes frescos Le pregunté si podía tomar una foto de la cocina sacando mi teléfono, Para recortar una larga historia, recuperé mi dinero después de hablar sobre la cocina cuando entraron los clientes. NO REGRESARÉ A ELLOS Y DESEO QUE TOMAMOS SECRETAMENTE UNA FOTO DE LA COCINA, SOLO DEMOSTRAR A LOS CLIENTES QUE NO FUE LIMPIO Y QUE LA COMIDA NO FUE HIGIÉNICA DE NOCHE! ! ! Hace poco busqué en Google el lugar y descubrí que allí se cerraron y multaron solo el año pasado por falta de higiene.

Always comes quicker than stated and drivers always cheery. Chicken tikka masala is probably the best I've ever had which is why I go back time and time again.

I used to use Ayisha most weekends about 5 years ago but it had sadly gone downhill......i thought it deserved a second chance so i tried it again.....i must say i was happy to see that it was back to its old self with lovely authentic taste in my chilli massala and the rice was lovely.......the food was early and piping hot and the portion sizes are very good for the price. I will definitely be coming back again

Won't recommend to anyone as the service was not good, when phoned the restaurant didn't seem to know anything about if the order was out for delivery or not, was just told it was out for delivery.

Haven’t had an ayisha for years and wasn’t disappointed food was lovely and was 20 mins early, usually pakoras are a bit soggy but we’re crisp and fresh and so was the salad and excellent value for money loads left for breakfast

Ordered two peshwari nans received only one. Delivery was twenty minutes late and food was not great either. Ordered two different curries which didn't taste much different and had big chunky vegetables basically defrosted and put it in. Curries were tasteless. Nothing like Indian food. The pilau rice was too salty as well. Sadly I was very disappointed and expected something decent given the reviews. Personally I don't recommend the food here.

Unfortunately we were sent 2 margarita pizzas after ordering 2 pepperoni pizzas. Kids didn’t mind though. Indian meals were ok.

It took 2hrs from the time I ordered the food to it arriving. Also had to reheat all the food as it was cold.

So ordered a home delivery at 6pm, told wait time around 30 mins, some 2 hours later still waiting Phoned at 7pm told Order en route, at 7.45 told same story again, told whoever answered the phone this only to have phone put down on me, never again

Not enough chicken in main meal.

Food is always fantastic and delivery is consistently early. I often phone and they’re at the door in 15 minutes. For some reason doesn’t appear to be on the JustEat menu so only use this if I’m looking for a spicier curry, but it you phone ask for a Mrs Baird Special. It’s delicious!

Food was good, could do with more cheese on the garlic and cheese Naan but apart from that everything was really good. Not usually one for getting takeaways but this will be my go to choice when I do.

flawless food as always however the packing has changed to plastic containers instead of the foil cartons as a result I had to microwave the food as it was lukewarm when it arrived. please change back to normal containers so it can be 100% fresh out the carton as it’s the best Indian in town and have to rewards spoils the food

Absolutely disgusting!!! The sandal tasted more like a Chinese curry sauce than a sweet and sour curry and the chicken tasted frozen and dry, the poppadoms were Rick hard and to top it all off I had a very sore dodgy tummy this morning, WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN

Frequently use Ayisha as their Mrs Baird Special is amazing (not on just eat for some reason?!). However we had a South Indian garlic chilli tonight which is another favourite. arrived 14 minutes after I ordered!! food was amazing as always I can’t rave about this place enough.

Selection of sauces to choose from that they don’t actually serve! Veg pakora not chicken! Popadoms were soft so not even edible! Pizza had too much tomorrow sauce in that it was dripping off when picked up! Iv never had an issue here before but this was just ridiculous! The driver always also quite rude!

Ayisha is one of my favourite takeaway places to go to and again they delivered excellent food last night. I can not recommend Ayishas food enough. One of the best places to go for a curry! I really enjoyed my tikka masala

Food is very good but poor delivery time resulting in getting the takeaway 45minutes after when it was promised. Would rather be told I had to wait longer to get the food from the start or a courtesy call to say the time has been amended

We don’t know whats changed but this has been our best meal ever at Ayisha, and thats over 15 years, definitely the best starters and main courses we’ve had, so fresh and great level of spice. the bread and rice were awesome too. well done, keep up the excellent work xx

Food was lovely! The chicken melted in your mouth, best chicken I’ve tasted from an Indian in a long time and the onion bhaji’s were delicious. Have ordered from here twice now and would definitely go back. Very quick delivery and a great price.

The food was hot with a generous portion of chicken tikka, pakoras and onion bhaji. Plenty salad and the nan was fluffy and not greasy. The driver was courteous when he delivered. I also got a call from Ayisha to check my order was correct when I wasn't sure if I got rice with my main. I would recommend Ayesha highly.

Everytime we have had our order delivered it's been wrong so decided to go and pick it up, Checked everything was there got home only to find instead of chicken bhoona we were given lamb korma it even said chicken bhoona on the lid unbelievable that's it never again .

while looking for an Indian carry-out my wife and I said - lets try Ayisha, we were regulars back in the day and haven't really tried it for a good while, for £23 for 3 main meals and rice, starters and poppadoms, we weren't let down - really good value - and as good as I remember

Very rarely leave reviews, but this was a great meal, ordered for 3 people after recommendation from friend and we all loved the food

Veg curry bland and think most veg frozen. Veg pilau rice good as were cucumber Ratia and naan, although wrong flavour than what I ordered. All in all satisfactory and delivered 25 mins earlier than suggested.

Order was 20 minutes late making it an hour and 20 in total, when it arrived it was the wrong dish. I ordered lamb Jalfrezi and I got lamb tikka. Food was awful, the Saudi was tasty enough but the lamb was fatty, tough and over cooked. Ordered a few times from here and very disappointed. Not the cheapest of takeaways for all the meat to be put in the bin. 😡
