Prezzo in Aberdeen City

Ordered truffle fries, got regular fries. The burger is disgustingly devoid of any flavour and the chicken is burnt. Couldn’t even eat it…

the whole order was really cold. I'm asking for refund

ordered netflix and chill it was definitely not a sharing combo- food arrived cold and some items were missing.

Half the food was missing. Chips were cold and portion size was ridiculous.

Delivery was over 45 minutes late food was cold when arrived unfortunately

My partner and I went to Prezzo for Valentine’s Day, the staff were amazing, attentive and efficient. The highlight of the night was the freshly cooked pasta, it was well worth the short wait. Thank you Nawful :)

We went here for food before going to the cinema next door. The food was great and our server with the pink hair was very helpful and friendly.

Out for a lovely meal, got treated instantly and staff were very friendly and helpful especially the tall male manager. Was busy and a good atmosphere. The food was so good I would definitely dine here again.

Was there on a quiet Monday lunchtime. Food was good. Staff member who served us was very efficient. We had a voucher to use, and there was no issues. Will be back, soon!

2 orders of chips, both soggy and under cooked. Food was cold. Garlic bread rock solid. Terrible!

First time here as we were given a voucher for Xmas, so we had a special menu, however it still had a range to choose from. Love the open kitchen, chef clearly making everything fresh. Was fairly busy and only three waiting on staff, they were super efficient and clearly hard working, maybe some more staff would be better. But it didn’t delay us. Would go again definitely and try full menu. Can’t believe I’ve never tried it before

I recently had the misfortune of dining experience here, and it was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The food portions were shockingly small, and the taste was subpar. To add insult to injury, the restaurant's "2 courses for £24" offer was misleading. The staff failed to communicate the exceptions and conditions attached to the deal, leading to confusion and an unexpected total bill of £30. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this to anyone. The combination of poor food quality, inadequate portion sizes, and deceptive marketing practices makes it a place to avoid. *Rating:* 1/5 stars

Comida increíble. Recomiendo encarecidamente la pasta de gambas o los rigatoni arrabiata. El servicio era de primera clase. Los precios son muy justos. Realmente no podría recomendar este lugar lo suficientemente alto, la comida es fantástica!

Absolutely gutted I wasted my money here. Portion size was very small for the cost of the Tuscan sausages, and my partners pizza was on par with a frozen supermarket special. Service was fine but the decor is showing its age, especially the torn and faded seating. Overall avoid.

Nice food with a few vegan options. The bread is soft and fresh and the cannellini bean dip is a nice change to hummus. The pasta is the perfect consistency.

Una de las peores pizzas que he probado, sin queso. Solo mirenlo amigos y decidan si quieren gastar dinero allí.

Absolutely gutted I wasted my money here. Portion size is very small. The pizza is extremely oily very much like cardboard. Wait staff was excellent though👌

The appearance of the premises nice clean and pleasant. Service friendly . I ordered bruschetta - I got a piece of pizza bottom dough and sliced tomatoes spread with pesto ... so it didn't resemble bruschetta. I found the flavour average - the dough was rubbery, the knife was so dull that it was impossible to cut it. the coffee was awful . hmm I was disappointed with the food but at least the staff nice and the lady behind the bar with a beautiful smile saying goodbye to guests is nice :) .

Turned up on Tuesday 9th at 7.50pm to be told the kitchen was closed for the night. Very disappointing.

Tasty salad. Dressing was nice but wasn’t a Caesar salad dressing as I had hoped. Also not a big enough portion for £18. Paid the same price as if I ate it in the restaurant but didn’t get the same portion size

Food good, service ok but what really upset me was you can't pay by cash. We weren't told this until we asked for the bill. Now don't me wrong we all paid by card but that option should have been there.

We came here Sunday afternoon. The food was delicious. The service was really good. The prices are very reasonable. We will definitely come back again.

My 2 nieces and I went for dinner here on Monday 8th April 2024 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time here! The menu was amazing with a crab and lobster pasta dish and many other delicious options and the flavours in all our meals were just beautiful! The dessert menu was the best I had ever seen and our 3 different desserts were just perfect 👌 Our server had a brilliant sense of humour and our only complaint was that when we tried to go back for lunch the next day, it didn’t open early enough for us! 😢 I’m not one for leaving reviews but I can’t wait to get back to Prezzo! My niece is hoping to book it for her 21st as well!! Prices are very reasonable too so … thank you so much everyone who works there - you are totally bossing this restaurant malarkey!! I was massively impressed 🥰

What a fabulous experience in Prezzo. The staff cannot do enough for you. Every member of the team were friendly, professional and so helpful. The food was lovely, piping hot and came very quickly. I cannot recommend this place enough xx

Was told would need to wait half an hour for a table despite the restaurant being very quiet inside. Food was fine but very unmemorable. Daughter was given a crumpled kids menu covered in the previous users doodles. Service average. Price ok with voucher.

I won't be ordering from prezzo again. Not only was the food cold and the pasta so overcooked it was mushy, but one of the starters was missing and the delivery driver called because he did not know where to deliver to. My son had to go out onto the street to look for him! I'll stick to Ask from now on!

This was the wors experience I have encountered in a long time. I have ate better frozen supermarket pizzas for £2. The proscuitto on my wife’s chicken was cremated and the whole dish was very poorly presented. The worst thing was when my wife tried to use her Blue Light discount the waitress ended arguing with her in a very inapproprite manner. She then walked out. I took the unprescedended step of making an official complaint to head office. In. short they agreed my wife was correct and apologised. Unfortunately this was too late and we will not be back.

I had Spaghetti Bolognase 🍝 which was nice.

Listen I get it’s on a deal but there’s no excuse to just deliver the food watever temperature you want , get more drivers if it’s a struggle? Because iv paid 20 odd pound for all the food cold, cheese rehardened on pizza and mozzarella dippers, chips all stuck together, as I said no excuse I would like refunded to some degree

Vegan pizza was very tasty but cold. Pasta was warm but way too spicy, like pure chilli burning your lips and throat, so couldn't finish. Would have the pizza again but maybe just sitting in, not delivery.

Excellent food and service. Karols was attentive throughout the meal, showing respect to us and other customers. Definitely the right person for the job!

Food arrived cold and waited over an hour

Delivery never turned. I had to contact restaurant 1.5 hours after ordering and they advised driver took to wrong address, I had to request a refund & re-order!! No thanks

Average! Food was just OK. Disappointed with food. Ordered Brushetta - but arrived on pizza dough so it was like a mini pizza before my pizza. Pudding was OK.

Not great! Despite it not being busy at all- service was very slow, they ran out of food, they forgot numerous items and the food was bland. And for atmosphere, there was next to none. Won’t be back

Ordered it to be delivered at 1830 and it arrived at 1914. Food had clearly been sitting for ages and NOT fresh. Disgusting.

This place serves very good food reasonable prices. The services we received from the waiter serving us however was fantastic, and he really made our evening special and relaxed. We've been to a number of Prezzo restaurants, and this one certainly matches up to the typical expected standard, but the service was the best we had ever received at any Prezzo location prior.

Best pizza I've had in a long time

Unfortunately my order spilled at the doorstep the first time and tonight on the carpet the box was in bits and the bag exactly the same. I ended up with no food and massive stain on the carpet

The food, the ambiance and the service were all below expectations.

Sadly this was a let down. From the outside it looked fairly cosy and appeared to have a good atmosphere; however, once inside the lighting and atmosphere did not live up to the potential. The food was much blander than I would expect for an Italian restaurant, though the chilli in the Prawn spaghetti was a pleasant additive. Unfortunately the overall blandness let the meal down. Even the pizza needed salt and pepper to season the plain chicken and sauce. I'll have to give this place a pass in the future and would recommend you try the other Italians in town if you like warm flavours. Sadly very disappointing.

Food was really nice. Fresh, very hot and tasted great. Staff were quick and friendly. Manager was nice. I would definitely go back here and would recommend it to others. It’s a well-run restaurant. Nice atmosphere overall, plenty of space between the tables. Oh and the desserts were amazing!!

No order delivered order went through and I was charged for it then got a phone call from Kirsty to say order should not have been filed as they were closed and I needed to cancel order to claim payment back. Would not let me cancel

What a disappointing experience. The food was extremely overpriced, I paid £20 for what was chicken, mash and uncooked broccoli. For my starter I had gnocchi and prawns and they actually forgot to put the pasta into the pasta dish so they had to take it away and remake it. The food didn't even taste like Italian food, it just tasted like mediocre pub food. None of my party enjoyed their food. Staff were nice but unprofessional, ambience was absolutely awful. We had such a poor experience that the staff gave us our starters for free as an apology. Admittedly this was a kind act (and why my review isn't 1 star) but I still cannot fathom how this restaurant has fallen so far. Simply cannot recommend, Rustico is much better for Italian food. Hell if you want cheap food that's on a similar quality to Prezzo, go to Frankie and Bennies.

I think the chef forgot to put the actual pasta sauce in at all, I've had this dish before and this time it was extremely dry and genuinely tasted as if it wad just the pasta. The roasted peppers which were detailed as part of the dish were so few and far between that they may as well be detailed as a garnish rather than a main ingredient.

Delivery person rude and pizza was cold

We had a lovely time for me and my partner’s anniversary. Our server Megan was wonderful and checked in on us often but not too often to make sure everything was fine. Our food was amazing and has been every time we have been in the past. With thanks to all the staff for making our anniversary a great evening!

Forgotten drinks and very very very expensive

Pretty disappointing. I had the Posh Pepperoni pizza - the dough was heavy and bland. There's a huge great pizza oven on display, but it must be set way too low - you can get more flavour, char and rise in a domestic oven.

Pre theatre meal yesterday evening. Food was delicious and service excellent. It was pretty busy but the staff were faultless in their service. Lovely experience. Would highly recommend.

Lovley meal, friendly atmosphere & staff

Really tasty food- very moreish calzone and even the dips were good- that garlic mayo is just about the best mayo I've ever tasted. Great chips also. BUT portion sizes are a bit on the mean side. £4.50 for a handful of chips and the Calzone was also small. To be honest I wasn't left hungry, but just be aware of the smaller portion sizes if you order when you are famished! I guess this depends on your location as well, but I would second other comments on here about food not arriving very hot. Ours was just lukewarm. So in summary great food, but would like more of it and hotter!

We booked a table for just after 7 on a Saturday evening. Place was quite full when we arrived. Staff was friendly and attentive, they came up and checked on us a few times. Service was probably a bit slow but we didn't really notice it as we were having a good time. The place itself is lovely and the food we tried was actually very good! Bruschetta was not a toasted bread but more of pizza dough with fresh tomato and pesto, not quite the bruschetta you eat in Italy but delicious nonetheless. Pizzas were thin and crunchy, with plenty of toppings and really tasty. They also brought us some extra chips to apologize for the delay while cooking our pizzas which it was appreciated. Price wise is slighty more expensive than Tony Macaroni (another one of my favourite "Italian" restaurant) but still not expensive given the quality of the ingredients used to prepare our dishes. Overall I recommend everyone to give it a try, both the food and the service is worth it!

Delicious food from Prezzo! Five stars for food for sure. Prices are good too. Most of the staff were super friendly albeit quite distracted by their own company and forgetful with requests, unfortunately the one who meets, greets and seats you is unfriendly which thankfully doesn't match the rest of the team!

The food has some taste from the cardboard it is packaged in. The parts of the food that touches the cardboard box has cardboard taste on it. I imagine the cardboard is designed to be more eco-friendly but it needs a rethink because it's not very pleasant. It also doesn't keep the food warm so I always need to reheat my food. I continue to order because very few places do gluten-free good and Prezzo does it well.

Visited Prezzo, Union Square, with my wife on a Thursday evening. We had a Red Letter Day gift card for a three course meal for two with wine. This was to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant was quite busy and had a pleasant atmosphere. We were immediately seated at a small table, I chose to ignore the tear in seat of the threadbare chair. We got a complimentary glass of prosecco and menus, however, when we declared our red letter day gift card the menus were replaced with their 'voucher' menus. These menus were very basic with a limited choice. We really felt like second class diners. We made our selection and the food arrived very quickly. And one waitress in particular was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food was really disappointing. It was as cheap and cheerful as the menu. But the sweets were actually quite good. All said, we won't go back. Of course, their full menu and full price paying customers may enjoy a better experience. Some restaurants persist in treating people that have gift cards and vouchers like second rate customers and squander the opportunity to win new regular customers. January 2022. Prezzo, Union Square, Aberdeen. It seems I'd forgotten my that I wasn't going to return to Prezzo, probably because the offer of a 3course meal for 2 with a glass of wine each for £20 was too tempting. However, the experience was again disappointing. Whilst nothing was bad, it was, at best, very ordinary. The place was tired and felt a bit unclean (a couple of those annoying tiny flies kept pestering us. Food was bland, wine was forgettable and beer was pricey (no draught). That said, service was fast, probably because there were only 13 customers in the restaurant. With quite a few other restaurant options at Union Square, I think it will many years before I return to Prezzo.

Yet again I've paid for a drink and not received it. Seems to be Just Eat policy to completely ignore them on the order. Also my fries have either been mostly eaten by the driver or the restaurant have reduced their portion size by 80%, completely disgusted by this. Utter waste of money.

We were served by a new start, lovely girl but very nervous. With that aside, really good service. The food was lovely, I had bruschetta to start, this was really amazing. Served in a flat bread style with the usual bruschetta toppings and a gorgeous basil pesto topping. To finish off i had a lasagne which was really nice, large portion with a layer of mozzarella on top. Would recommend.

Service excellent , but food was horrible, pasta was not al dente but almost uncooked. Child’s spaghetti had hot chillis in it.
