This was our second time attending here. The first visit was good with great customer service, but the second visit was poor. The service was atrocious which made us not enjoy our food. Really disappointing

If you're looking for a hotel for one night near the airport, this is the perfect place. You can reach the Moxy in 10 minutes on foot, and you can use the covered walkways for half the walk. Various car rental companies are located near the hotel.
The Moxy itself is a well-maintained, large hotel building. The interior is very modern. The rooms were very clean, air-conditioned, and the bathroom was small but perfectly adequate. The room and bathroom also have the option of indirect lighting. There's no desk in the room itself, just a shelf. However, if you're looking for a workspace, there's a large desk in the lobby with all the necessary connections to charge your laptop or tablet. The wall design is very modern, but that didn't bother us as a family. Each guest receives a welcome drink, with or without alcohol. The staff is very friendly, and breakfast offers everything your heart desires, from muesli to custard swirls, from toast to a full Scottish menu. In the evening, it's possible to eat in the lobby.
After a week in Ireland, we were all happy to have a mixer tap in the bathroom, a large sink, and EU plugs for all appliances. With the windows closed, we couldn't hear anything from the nearby airport.
We thought the price/performance ratio was great. A real recommendation!

I thought it was a brilliant idea, so joined the queue and wanted to give everything in my wallet to support this cause. - over £85
just for a coffee.
But I was refused!
The girl packing food bags said ‘they were closed to customers during handouts’
I tried to say I wanted to support them, but no. I was turned away.
Ok.
I run a Charity. (SC050679), and know good funding streams, and am an elected councillor, so I will wait till they fail, then do better.
Big Mistake.
We (family of 9) visited this Restaurant after
a funeral at Newhills Cemetery.
No menus, had to order on phone which was
Ridiculous as not all of us had phones suitable to do this. After waiting for ages, the girl
Gave us paper cups whichever was suitable
Hot or cold and we all had to go to the machine
and self serve. The coffee was disgusting!
Later the girl tells us the coffee beans were old and should have been replaced.
Very, very limited and poor menu.
We had to wait ages for 7 burgers, 1 breakfast
and one steak pie! The breakfast was very small,
Not very appetising at all. The chips came in
Paper boxes (and were frozen chips) as did the burgers! After we had
Finished our burgers the girl sorry
Said no steak pie! She then offered my husband
A burnt scotch pie on its own in a paper box which was cold. On asking him what he would like next he said a scone will be fine!! The scone was old and solid!! This was a family just coming from
a funeral to enjoy a chat and something to eat and it turned into a shambles.
I would definitely avoid this restaurant at all costs.
It is a disgrace. Very disappointed.

Order from here at around 9pm it's now half 10. We have work in the morning. Won't be ordering from here again as they have no phone number to contact them. I can guarantee that the waffles are going to turn up and be cold. Absolutely shocking
Popped in today for a takeaway lunch and opted for the carrot and coriander soup and a smoked salmon bagel. Both absolutely delicious and well presented and the bagel had some yummy nice quality crisps on the side. Staff friendly. I will definitely return!
Good coffee, nice people, excellent sandwiches, spotlessly clean including the toilet, a comfortable place, handy location close to the heart of the old town. Very happy with our choice.
