Fine ice cream, small portions for the price. Keep finding when I arrive that they're shut with nothing telling you why or when they're opening again. Website is misleading as it says that they're open every night and they're closed Monday and Tuesday.

Went this week and they never had one of the flavours I normally I asked to taste an other flavour and was told sorry your not allowed to do that… weird never been refused a taster of ice cream before in an ice cream shop? What’s the reason?

After being rudely ignored at Baskin Robins, I googled searched and found this place. Was nice clean and well laid out shop. Lots of lovely flavours and the sunday I got was well worth the money. I was welcomed as soon as I entered and after I said I hadn't been before they helped me decide and explained what I could chose from. 💯 will be back

It's alright, good ice cream no fault in that. Good staff as well but the portions are very small for the price. Prices went up and you get less ice cream? Not very good. Went there earlier today and 2 people got served when I was meant to be.

Absolutely ridiculous the scoops sizes. When first opened it was lovely as the owners served in store.

It is a bit expensive, however its worth it. Loads of choice and options. A special treat sort of place

Had our usual warm waffles today and portions sizes were smaller than used to be, but still same price. You need to go back to the old way... Lots of cream, bigger scoops and lots of sauce.

Tuesday or Thursday night treat for my son after 2hrs martial arts. He love either ice cream or one of there milk shakes.

Excellent ice cream! It was creamy and had lots of flavour. Only down side was no tables, but the ice cream was so good it still deserves 5 stars. Service was also good.

Top notch ice cream, probably the best I've had in Aberdeen.

When they first opened the service was excellent. It’s expensive but they used to fill the tubs up to the top regardless and charge for 2pumps of sauce for price of 1, NOW the tubs are 3/4 full with the bare minimum sauce but still expensive! They’ve got tight with portions.....such a shame as it USED to be value for money!

Incredible! This is the single most wonderful ice cream parlour in the North East. The ice cream is amazing, the options are brilliant, the toppings available are superb. Just brilliant.

We went to Equis and we bought ice cream and a brownie and it was really nice and we stayed for a while simply talking to one of the workers and then the head of the shop kicked us out saying we couldn't stay even though there were no customers 🙄

Be wary when buying milkshakes as they clearly don't know how to put lids on properly which resulted in it all over my car. Then had to purchase a new one as my child was upset absolutely shocking. Staff @ fault 😡😡

My experience was HORRIBLE I bought an ice cream which was £3:80 I gave the lady a £10 note and I got 3:20 change and they ripped me 6:80 so make sure u cheak ur change frist before u leave!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
