Molly Malones is always such a great pub to go to and the staff are lovely! Live music really adds to the atmosphere too.

An authentic Scottish pub with quality cuisine!

Great place to visit. Stumbled upon it while visiting for the weekend. The great live music definitely got me through the door! Not bad prices for drinks also. If I'm up again will definitely be coming back

Service is very good. Food used to be really good but menu only changed about twice a year, no steak on the menu for a couple of years now? Fish was lovely but not much taste now, i have been eating here once a week for the last few years, actually had to put my burger meal back as it wasn't cooked properly, it is a shame because it was a really nice place to eat but the standards have fallen, very sad.

A very busy venue for Saturday lunchtime, great service and all good served was great quality.

Was in for lunch with a friend the food was absolutely amazing and staff were very friendly. Would recommend to anyone 100% will definitely be returning soon.

I regularly go to this bar with my girlfriend, friends and family. This bar has a really nice and calm vibe to it. The bar staff are always ready to serve and are always polite to you. I've never had a problem once being there. The food served is excellent. I recommend trying the katsu chicken burger on their menu. High props to the chefs for making such delicious food.

In for an afternoon drink, the place was very quiet so service was speedy and the beer was excellent.

Lovely Irish themed bar in central Aberdeen. Great relaxed atmosphere decorated as you would expect and with a lot of TV’s showing sports coverage. Serves bar meals that are very tasty, service is quick and bar staff are very friendly in particular Maeve and Connor. I can recommend the burger and for dessert the lemon tart. Reasonably priced, you can’t go wrong, so give it a try if you are passing.

Can’t recommend this authentic Irish bar in Aberdeen city centre enough. A range of great food options - the share plate nachos are a must try! Lively atmosphere with loads of local live music. Always very supportive of local groups with friendly and helpful staff

Great spot for watching the sport after a training session. The staff welcoming as always! Food was great and plenty of screens to watch the games. Go raibh mhaith agaibh

First time I ate here the place was raucous and the food amazing. Today the place was dead empty, the food was mediocre and the service not great. They didn't even have take away containers for our left overs and seemed put out by having to find something we could wrap a half sandwich in. Disappointing!

Great pub on Union Street. We booked a table for drinks only. Very good efficient bar service. The singing duo were awful. It could of been the acoustics of the bar, so I will give them the benefit of any doubt. Had a great night, thanks

If you’re looking for a bit of craic in Aberdeen, this is absolutely the place to be. Staff are great, live music is unreal and pints are top of the range. As you can see I’m half way through a well poured pint of Inches.

The food quality and quantity were very poor. The fish and chips, as shown in the picture, barely filled the plate. The mash potato tasted like they were made from packets of mash.

Was a decent little place to grab a drink before dinner. Service was quick and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Few days ago we ate here Irish lamb stew which was delicious. Atmosphere was okay, not a lot people so perfect for lunch.

We visited this place yesterday. A real Irish pub. The staff is very hospitable. The entire service is outstanding. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The toilet is clean and tidy. Excellent selection of beers. I'm sure we'll be back again

Food was slightly overpriced for an average burger. The biggest disappointment, being in to watch the footie, was the issue with the projector. It was unwatchable and most of the televisions had the reflection of the roof lights on them. Won't be returning for sport unfortunately.

An Irish pub in Scotland seems a little off....

Not the best . Sat at a table for 2 hours and we get a reserved ticket slapped on table that the couple next to us requested to for 1 hour from now . Nothing said by staff member . Very rude not asking if we were going to be leaving .

Went in to grab some food. Had fish and chips with peas and a lager. The first time in my life I really enjoyed my haddock and loved the lunch I had.

Came for drinks and sports. The football wasn’t on the screen, but the staff was friendly and changed to Champions league match. I think I might return to this pub. Good selection of beer and cider. Haven’t tried the food.

Everything was OK on Saturday for the rugby, our reservation was ready at T17 and myself, my partner and our friend were watching the rugby. However when we were made to feel very uncomfortable and ill at ease by a guy in an Ireland shirt it was spoiled big time. He was very rude and ethnically insulted me, was very ungracious to the two ladies with me, and he and his mate basically tried to belittle us by crowding us out in the space in and around our table. Won't be back.

Our time in pub on Saturday just gone was fine regarding staff,drink, food etc. However it was somewhat spoilt by some individuals who constantly tried to encroach on our reserved table, one in particular was rude about my origin of birth, rude about my partner and friend and generally very unpleasant. We are in our 60's and felt quite threatened. Won't be back.

This is a comfortable place that shows sports and has a good atmosphere. We didn't eat as the menu was quite limited and overpriced. The drinks were also quite expensive. But the staff were friendly, helpful and professional

Not the best Greene King I’ve been to. Staff were quite abrupt as we ordered online instead of at the bar as it was the only way I could get my blue light discount to work. The portions were small compared to other Greene Kings I’ve been to, and was not worth the price. Food was tasty though

Awsome place. The steak and ale pie was great, the beer was even better.

Avoid the "Turbo Shandies" if you value your stomach. Nae a bad wee boozer though.

Very good pub, we were there on Friday evening, very well attended, no more free seats, live music (band), dance floor packed, live sport in the back, highly recommended.

Hmmm, its okay for hanging out for about an hour. But depends if you dont mind finding your own feet amidst a crowd of people...😄 Nice rotation and affordable price of drinks to choose from, Albeit not much seats.

The Chicken Katsu burger was so freaking good, and I was not expecting that. It's a good pub in the middle of town to stop after shopping and chat with friends.

Staff are super helpful and atmosphere was great. Food, very disappointing! Sausage and mash... two sausages!! Who puts two sausages on a sausage and mash for £13?! The gravy was brown water and no consistency. Very disappointed because I love sausage and mash

Maeve (I hope I got her name right!!) was such a pleasure!! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed her company today. Shes such a gem and was so attentive to us and all other customers at the bar. We only had drinks but hope to be back again soon to try the food! Thanks for the amazing service!

We didn't get food but that's not a reason to rate no stars so, truth in advertising :) This spot is so quintessential "Irish Pub", you'll not be disappointed! Clean, smoke free, fast bar with good pours (like, you actually get beer instead of all head), and multiple TVs to catch the latest sports. Music was playing at a reasonable level- you could easily still talk at normal volume to someone at your table. Really great spot to duck into!

Massive big screen TV which was great watching rugby world cup. Good selection of drinks. Wine by the glass was really good which was unexpected.

Staff at this pub go the extra mile resulting it making our go to bar. Credit to management and staff for a warm welcome and go beyond just serving drinks and food . We had table service when hand banaged with limited movement quite happy to make 2 jouneys to collect drinks but observant staff took in (hand) parden the pun to deliver great customer care and told to get seated and ensured we had table service for the evening Also big shout to sophie when i was stuggling with techonolgy whilst sipping my beer after a quick chat sophie came to my rescue few clicks she had me sorted . Now thats service over a pint . Credit to managment paul be proud of your team and there friendly can do attitude .Staff makes this pub i have so many other great examples customer service but too much to list

The atmosphere is second to none with an array of live music and sports you can't go wrong. Would highly recommend if your in Aberdeen and are looking for somewhere to go.

Didn’t stay here. Felt very unwelcome. Went in at 7:50 on a Sunday. Once we finally got somebody to speak to us at the bar we were told Food stops in 2 mins and we’ve barely anything left. Shame looked a nice pub

We had a stop in Aberdeen whilst a ship cruise and wanted to eat typical fish and chips and drink some beer in a local pub-and so we visited Molly Malones. It was a really nice stay, the food was very good an Nathan a perfect and lovely host 😌I recommend this place to visit!

Stopped off for food snd drinks as pouring rain. No complaints at all. Haggis fritters, nachos for starters. Mixed grill and chicken bacon sandwich for main. All cooked fresh and to perfection. Staff were brilliant too. Highly recommend.

Had sausage and mash. Unfortunately, the potato was not edible due to it swimming in gravy. I never ate more than a mouthful of the meal as when I tasted the mash it was so soggy with the gravy it was not edible. To be fair, the lad who brought our food knew the meal was not right because when he set it on the table I said oh my god, that’s a lot of gravy. He acknowledged this and said yes I know it’s swimming in gravy. I politely left mines while my husband ate his steak pie and then left.Fastest meal we have ever got through. Husbands steak pie was really good from what he said though. Sadly I had to go to coop and get sandwich to take back with me after we left.

The barman, Nathan, was extremely friendly and helpful. I had the beef and Guinness pie. The meat was lean, tasty and very tender. The sides were well cooked and the price was excellent. Great value for money. I'll be back.

Great bar staff, polite and courteous and well turned out, highly recommended, lovely food at very reasonable prices.

The fish and chips were reasonable for the price. I didn't receive great customer service. When I visited for supper, they were playing electric music that distracted from the atmosphere. I had visited previously for drinks and had a better experience.

As an irishman a disgrace of a place was speaking to singer requesting a song was man handled by the Irish bar manager to finish my drink an leave was not drunk have drank there many times even last night a joke no manager should treat people like that as an irishman in Aberdeen I will make sure an tell people to avoid I have worked in bars in my life I don't cause issues in any bars in Aberdeen will I be back never

Just had amazing service from Sophie and Andrew. The amazing staff made me feel so welcome and they were so quick getting my order. Will definitely be back with friends, Hopefully Sophie and Andrew are working! :)

Nice selection at the bar with plenty of screens for live sport. There's a little beer garden out back with seating for around 20.

Large area inside and ability to sit outside. Staff not that welcoming. Engaged with each other and not us as customers. Tapped the payment device to signal how to pay as continued the conversation with their colleague. With the cost involved it would have been nice to have been appreciated in the small way of a more personal interaction rather than being made to feel like an interruption

Very friendly staff. I booked for 7pm, and being a Bank Holiday Monday things were very quiet, the kitchen would have closed early, but because I made a reservation, they felt obliged to keep the kitchen open for us.

Had Sunday lunch here while sightseeing on a visit North. Place was quiet, food was very good, reasonably priced and the staff were genuinely pleased to see the punters. All-in-all a nice pub, might visit it at night sometime.

Difficult to get served, partly due to a stupid layout. And while you are waiting, you get to deal with the sticky floor. The music was far too loud to have a conversation, yet somehow didn't contribute anything to what was a bleak atmosphere.

Nice food and great staff. Try the Sticky Toffee Pudding, one, if not the best, dessert ever for me.
