This is a well-run, well-maintained, friendly Ibis hotel. They don't do stuff that higher end places do, but what they provide, they do well. The rooms are good, everything works, bar & restaurant are comfortable. The location is only a few minutes walk from the station, so it's handy if you're traveling by train

I have just had a really nice and comfortable night's stay in your hotel. The room was very clean and warm. The staff were very helpful particularly Helen and Anatoliy. I have a disability and they both helped me enormously. The hotel manager was also very friendly and helpful 👍. My stay was on 3rd of March.

We stayed on 3rd March, a last minute unplanned visit to this Ibis hotel and we found it to be excellent. All the staff were so helpful and kind to myself and my wife, we are both disabled and the help was very welcome. Particularly Helen and Anatoliy who were brilliant. All in all a great stay.

Good location, but the rooms are small and cramped and there is a really strange smell coming from the plumbing. It's a distinctive smell that I've only ever smelled at cheaper hotels by the ocean. It's good for a cheap option, but you do get what you pay for. The staff was lovely, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Myself and my husband have spent 6 nights at the Ibis Shiprow in Aberdeen - and have really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the location was perfect for our needs. The bar area was lovely and the food has been ok too. Helen on reception has been so jolly, helpful and kind throughout all our stay. The rest of the staff have also been helpful too.

The reception we recievedfrom Alexander was 2nd to none. Very professional , courteous and friendly. Extremely helpful in to the bargain.

There are many good things I can say about this hotel. The customer service, location, room and bathroom, facilities were all really good. Unfortunately our entire trip was spoiled by a rock solid mattress adorned by a paper thin topper that left us struggling to fall asleep and sore and aching every morning. On the second night I reached out to front desk for help and they provided us with additional bedding which definitely helped but doesn't really fix the core problem of the mattress just not supporting your body whatsoever. Everything else about the hotel was honestly a step above what we usually use (travelodge) but the bed was so much worse that I don't see us returning again which is unfortunate as the hotel is in such a great location and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Very good location. Helpful staff at the reception. Internet access was provided only after inquiry. Coffee and tea available in large quantities. You can hear seagulls on the roof. Clean rooms in Poland in Warsaw have a very pleasant freshness.

It doesn't stray too far from the "Ibis" style. Unlike other Ibis hotels where I've stayed, this one had a small dining area and the menu had prices that could be more reasonable for the products they offer. Breakfast had limited options. The rooms are typical "Ibis" style. But the bed in my room had a very hard mattress with only a thin topper. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Excellent in every respect. Clearly the design has been very well thought through to minimise cleaning and maintenance whilst providing all the facilities a guest needs. Swedish style rooms very quiet and comfortable. Perfectly good breakfast and friendly staff. Will definitely stay again next time I am here for one evening.

The people who were working that night were really lovely, though we didn't get the room we were expecting. My partner booked us a room for new year's Eve, way back a couple of months ago and he specifically asked for a Harbour view room. He believed they said yes to it. The room we got was not Harbour view, it was a back room, just looking at a wall and a roof. Quite a small room, and just very basic. It was like a student Accommodation room, really. They gave us a free drink from the bar, because we didn't get the room we wanted. The food was ok, but nothing spectacular. The restaurant was cold, we were the only two people there on Hogmanay night having food. They had Christmas lanterns on the tables, but none of them had batteries in them. The place would have looked lovely all lit up. At least the staff were nice guys anyway. PS. The photos of Harbour I attached were from an upstairs window, not our room. The orange chair in room was plastic and seemed flimsy.

Staying here on business. Hotel is well situated for the office, restaurants and shops Rooms ideal and clean - no complaints or issues whatsoever. Alexander (receptionist) is the go-to guy. He was fantastic regarding everything. Requests were actioned promptly, local knowledge for best restaurants etc was invaluable. He’s a real asset to the hotel and business. Hence my return business.

Nice and warm in the winter months. A rare thing for hotel rooms heating to work. Staff are very friendly and ready to help. Shout out to Alexander for going the extra mile with service also.

I have been coming to Aberdeen for around 18yrs and within that period have stayed in many, many hotels - I have now found a hotel that I will continue to use from now on. Big shout to Alexander and Miguel for all their help.

Very Ideal location to stay in the city centre of aberdeen, Staff were great and useful including Miguel and Alex making the stay more comforting. Room is good for basic essentials and good sleep all-round. overall I have stayed in a few hotels in Aberdeen and mostly enjoyed Ibis for the convenient at getting to places in Aberdeen while providening a great service for food and drinks when I need them.

Great value for money if you want to stay overnight after a night out. Location close to train and bus station and all shopping and restaurants. Rooms are clean and have all amenities like extra pillows, hair dryer and portable heater fan. Shower are bit low in power but good hot water. Tea and coffee service available. USB charger port available. The hotel is pet friendly for additional fee. All night bar and snacks. Wheelchair friendly entrance and lovely staff.

Booked a room at 11:26pm and turned up a few hours later. Was quizzed about why I didn’t tell them I’d be late because they could have resold my room. Mildly annoying after a long drive.

Very clean and nice, good price. A little annoying it's located inside the LEZ though so couldn't take my vehicle in close and had to park far away.

The sound proofing is poor, could hear every single word from the people walking and talking in the corridor. Got woken up several times throughout the night.

This is the 3rd time that we have stayed here on our way to and from Shetland. The location is perfect to access the train station, the ferry and many local sights. The rooms are always clean. Alexander was awesome! He was very friendly and helpful even when he was busy. We will definitely return here on future trips.
