Welcoming and attentive staff, excellent menu, my daughter and I popped in for coffee and decided to also have cake . I had a standard latte with a strawberry tart, whilst my daughter chose matcha latte and a gluten free tart. The coffee was delicious as were the two sweet choices. We were very impressed with the cafe, it had a lovely atmosphere, was clean, tidy and well cared for. There were produce items on sale including local honey. We purchased gluten free bread to take home and have decided its the best gluten free bread we've tried. Will definitely visit again.

I had been staying at a hotel nearby on a room basis and I decided to have breakfast here a short walk away from the hotel in central Aberdeen. There was no traditional breakfast available here at this cafe but there were filled roll with bacon or wraps filled with Katy’s egg or a variety of scones, croissants or sourdough toast with butter and jam. Not really what I was hoping for on the traditional cooked breakfast front I opted for the bacon roll and a small cappuccino which cost just over £6 pounds sitting in. The roll was generously filled and the coffee was very good. I returned at lunch time for the soup and sandwich deal at just over a fiver and had tasty leek and potato soup with a Brie and Carrot and ginger chutney in a brown hoagie roll which was good. The ambience of the cafe is lovely and the waiting service lovely with a smile.

I’ve had breakfast on my way to work, lunch and cake. Today a friend delivered afternoon tea and it blew our minds and stomachs (in a good way) Fresh food served perfectly no matter which option I’ve had. Scones are light, cakes are scrumptious, sandwiches will fill you right up and soup will warm you through on a cold day (we get plenty cold days in Aberdeen). Staff are always happy to help with a smile on their face. Recommend popping in past for take away or sitting in (once we can again) you will be impressed

Great staff, great food and great prices. We were staying overnight in Aberdeen and popped in for breakfast the next morning. Crispy bacon on a pillow soft roll with just the right amount of chew in the crust for the husband and a delicious egg mayo roll for me. When the place we’d booked for lunch with the mother in law was unexpectedly closed, we returned for lunch. 2 soups and sandwich, one filled roll and three soft drinks for £17. All made fresh on the premises and absolutely delicious. Couldn’t resist buying a cheese damper to take home to end a properly carb laden food fest. Highly recommend - if you’re in the area it’s worth a detour for a great cause and fantastic food.

Our office have recently started using the Breadmaker for our corporate lunches, and everyone has been so impressed with the quality and variety of the food! Excellent sandwiches with something to suit all tastes, and both breads and fillings are so fresh; its obvious a lot of care and effort goes into each item. The cakes and sweet treats are also great and varied, and the fruit pots are fantastic; generous portions of fresh fruit in individual pots which is perfect for meetings. Everything is packaged neatly and arrives well presented. I've not visited the shop yet but going by the standard of the lunches delivered to our offices, I will certainly be paying a visit soon. I think its great that the Breadmaker provides opportunities for individuals with learning disabilities, and they are doing a fantastic job too!

Two flat whites, a cheese toasty and a tuna sandwich. The bread for my tuna sandwich was very good indeed and the filling quite substantial. The cheese toasty had plenty of filling too but I think we were perhaps overcharged - it seemed pricey for plain white bread and some cheese. Unfortunately our receipt didn’t show what we had actually ordered so I can’t be sure. Anyway, the food was good and the coffee sizes generous. We shall return.

After being awake from 2am, catching a taxi at 3 am and flying from Malaga at 5am, we arrived in Aberdeen Airport at 8.30am. We had no chance to grab anything to eat as time was limited for a rail connection in mid-morning. We were delighted to discover Cafe 31 which is to be found adjacent to the Railway Station and its location gave us time to grab a quick breakfast. This is a nice wee cafe with all the usual breakfast and light lunch options. Prices were reasonable, and service was quick and friendly. A very enjoyable breakfast

Friendly efficient service. Croissants were delicious. Good variety of bakery. The cafe itself was cosy and there was a nice atmosphere.
