The Deli Next Door has a good location on Elgin High Street beside its sister business, Scribbles. There is a wide range of pies, sausage rolls, pastries, cakes, etc. Prices are not cheap, but the quality is first class. There is a small seated area with a few tables. The menu has bacon/sausage rolls, toasties, filled rolls, and soup, plus a range of specialist tees and coffees. Service was friendly but a bit slow. However, it is well worth a visit to this Deli/Cafe

The Cosy Neuk is becoming of its name. Warm, cozy, inviting and the food was incredible! The staff are welcoming and happy to help with any requirements. Highly recommended! Great food for an extremely good price.

Bought a sandwich from the Spar in Bishopmill which was supplied by Highland Baked Potato Shop. Paid £2.50 and it was pathetic with hardly any filling. Have also been into the shop on occasion and it has went rapidly downhill. Will not be back. See photos. I firstly ate round the edges where there was no filling... and this is what I was left with! Such a rip off!

The strangest visit we've ever had. 🤷♀️ The menu states ALL burgers come with chips and garnish. I ordered a beefburger, and got just a burger in a roll, nothing else? Apparently if you want chips and garnish you have to say!? Despite the menu saying it comes with and You'll still be charged full price though !! There were other things wrong with our order but they were forgivable and not really worth mentioning. Whats not forgivable though is that some staff attitude was very poor.

I don’t normally leave reviews however the service in here is so poor I feel it’s needed. This has to be the slowest barista/service I have experienced. I’ve been in here a few times over the year to grab a “quick” coffee before work but the workers are painfully slow. Cream runs out- no replacement cream so everything stops while that one barista gets another one. No skimmed milk in fridge so everything stops while they go and get more from the back. No tables free apart from dirty ones with used plates and cups, que all the way back to the door. One barista making drinks with 6 tickets on the counter and you’re waiting 15 minutes to get a coffee to grab and go. Every visit I have had this has been the experience I have had more or less. More training and improved service flow is needed. Every other costa I’ve been in, in the surrounding areas is brilliant. This one always is a awful experience.

Was a nice place when it opened, unpleasant now, dark, dirty and unwelcoming. Had visitors staying, everywhere was closed, so tried here. I thought it was a bit much, but didn't complain as it was for family. Went back after my visitors left and you'd think it actually cost money to apologise. Got a refund but also got a smart remark in my ear as I was leaving and went straight back to argue less politely. Food was bang average, but is really poorly run.
