Pino Pizza in Moray

This takeaway is the best in moray without a shadow of a doubt. The food is all freshly prepared in front of your eyes, and the staff are extremely friendly. Highly recommend to everyone.

Ordered a chicken donner bursa. Sauce was watery, hardly any chicken. Very poorly made. Will not be back.

Food was absolutely terrible. I usually drive to Lossiemouth pinos after trying Elgin a couple of times last year and being disappointed. I decided to try again tonight hoping they had taken customer feedback into account. It was terrible once again. Hard chips, undercooked donner meat and the wrong cheap chicken goujons which were breaded. I also felt the price was expensive for what I received. I will not be returning and will continue to go to Lossiemouth pinos where food is always fresh

Took afew pictures of my food but wont let me post it, Worst takeout ever, my Calzone was burnt black and the chips were so over cooked that they were rock solid, not ordered from there for afew months now but thought I give it another try to see if things have improved... nope even worse than last time, my own fault really, Stay away from there.... ordered again 28/10/24 god I like punishment, large calzone is do small my kid can finish it and the price has went well up, was burnt and hardly any kabab in it, they don't care they don't take pride in what they do, I'm shocked that they are still open and get customers.. defo DEFO my last time ordering from them.

Was given an additional £6 charge for delivery making the total fee come to £10 for delivery. Also ordered a 15” pizza and got given a 12” one with no refund. Would not return.

Food was fantastic! Just let down by late delivery and even when updated delivery time it was still late. Was informed it was enroute so waited 10mins to then call the place to be told driver has just left.

Ordered late saturday night after travelling. Oder a large kebab c/w all salad and chilli sauce. For a large kebab meat content was lacking more like a side order. Salad consisted only of white cabbage. Chilli sauce tasted more of bbq sauce. Also order garlic bread which consisted of four slices which would best sescribe as four slices from a garlic baguette. The calzone order was okay. The delivery lass was decent and polite. Just food was a joke will look to order else where

ordered food phoned an hour later asking where it is and they told me it was on its way phoned again half an hour later to be told it’s not on its way and isn’t even been made

Food tasted fine but it’s was luke warm, this made the chips soggy, we ask for chips and cheese, came with very little cheese, also I was missing 2 cans of juice from my order, last time i ordered it was absolutely fine (food was piping hot), but this time not good 👎

was the cancelled order on 14/3/24. ordered 2 pizzas and one kebab, was going to take up to 90 minutes as it was. message received saying food was on the way, arrived 30 minutes later (2miles max) stone cold. overpriced as well. phoned restaurant only to be told I should expect to wait an hour in future

Awful service, overpriced, and late delivery. Two pizzas and donner kebab, plus delivery nearly £50!! Waited an hour and half for it to be delivered, phoned to find out where our delivery was, told very busy and we would just have to wait. When it did turn up, it was stone cold, phoned to complain, told if we order again we should know to expect to wait over an hour. Demanded a refund, which was reluctantly given "I'll do this time" was the comment. Went next door to Natural Spice and paid considerably less for a similar order. Needless to say, won't be back anywhere near Pino's again. Would give minus stars if I could.

Worst experience ever ! 8.90 for doner and chips then charged 1 pound for sauce and salad. Asked for mayonase and was abruptly told we don't do normal mayonase ! Chips cold pinch of done meat and salad was mainly dried shredded cabbage. I have no idea how this place makes money

far too much mayonnaise, I could barely identify the pieces of meat in the kebab. I would not order this particular dish again, or, if I did, I would ask for no mayonnaise at all.

Portion size was nothing compared to what it used to be partner ordered a portion of chips £2.80 for a portion that was smaller than McDonald’s! Asked for no salad on kebab and it came absolutely covered in salad! Hardly any cheese on the chips and cheese we ordered at £4.90 that’s £2.10 dearer than just chips and it was basically just chips anyway😠 sadly lost a fairly regular customer due to price rises while decreasing portion sizes very disappointing.

Always rely on Pino for tasty food. I had an issue tonight in that I ordered a ‘large’ and was given a medium. Didn’t realise until we had left. Rang up and explained. I was offered a replacement without issue. First class friendly service.

Asked for spaghetti and got Tagliatelle in both orders! Under seasoned, for the price wasn’t the best.

Received a phone call from the place of which they were very aggressive and rude. Sadly will not be using them again and will never recommend them. A simple question was asked and aggression was received.

I have been getting the pasta's from here for years and I must admit I love the flavour and taste however they have since the cost of living crisis doubled in price which I could get over because you got chips pita and the pasta for £7.50 before which I thought was a bargain however slowly but surely the pasta has started to have less and less meat in them and now you no longer get the chips at the price of £14.30 I got 5 little nibbles of chicken and pasta in sauce and a small pita, the profit margin on this must be insane and it seems profits over quality and customer satisfaction takes priority unless this changes I won't be back.

Tiny doner kebab for the money and I guess a handful of lettuce is what passes for salad these days. Delivery costs about the same as the meal, I only live 10 minutes from the shop. Very disappointed, won't be ordering from them again.

Got part of my order wrong, and did not receive the other part of my order at all. The delivery driver was lovely, got lost but phoned to clarify and found me quickly.

Food was as expected. Problem was the extra £2.50 charge, this was undisclosed until the food was on the way. Should the company add the additional money to the original charge no big deal however when you have spent (for us) a lot of money on a treat this does in fact make a difference. Just be upfront and honest that’s not to much to ask is it?

Fresh made dough and fresh ingredients, freshly prepared and cooked while you wait. 10 times better than the pizza chain across the road dishing out frozen batch made junk.

I'm from Alaska, and all the way in Scotland I felt like he made me glad I stopped there for dinner!!! The whole time he was great!! Fast!!! Friendly!!! And personable. Very disappointed in pinos now this is the 3rd time I’ve had this and it just gets worse each time you either forget half the stuff in it or it’s cold or it’s half missing you really need to up your game not ordering from here again

Absolutely disguisted! THEY ACCEPTED MY ORDER then 20 mins later THEY CANCELLED my order. What the F!!! Reordered for them to do the same thing again! Bad service! Only found out order was cancelled through the JUST EAT app!!!! No phone call nothing! Can't get through to find out why the cancellations
