The best restaurants in Cumbernauld North North Lanarkshire Glasgow and Surrounding

Did have an issue with my fish and chips, chips very dark and greasy, but was rectified fast and food was delicious.

Visited the Smiddy while in the area seeing friends that work for the same company so we could use the staff discount. Food was high quality for a pub chain and really good, steak pie and chicken honey burger were the winners on the group. Would visit again when next visiting.

Why put it on just eat and not deliver?? Shocking, I pay delivery drivers a decent tip as they are delivering a good distance, great food but really bad service!!

Christmas catch up with friends in the Boathouse Restaurant. Lovely ambience, friendly service and really good food. Will definetly return.

THIS MADE US VERY ILL VERY QUICK. DONT BOTHER ESTING HERE. Had a lasagna and fish n chips. Very disappointing. Fish was drowning in oil. It seems like the fish was already cooked and then when we ordered it was fried again making the batter soggy and oily. Peas were hard. Not sure why it’s hard for the meant to be chef to have peas cooked. Lasagna was boiling hot like it just came out of the microwave. We ordered food as soon as we could on the app. Came out very quick to say food service just opened. Would definitely not come again. Didn’t even have Pepsi cherry already at 11:50am

Lovely, friendly staff provided excellent service. Quality produce, well cooked and presented. Dogs had their own bowls of water plus plenty of attention. We didn’t have room for their home baking but took some home to sample, delicious!

Nice surroundings, friendly and attentative staff and the food was good too. Price of food and wine comparable with other restaurants. Will return for sure.

We always enjoy the curries and sides from Chillies when we get a takeaway, with good delivery service too. Tried a lot and alway great, pakora and naans are tasty too. Thanks!

Always get the chips, cheese and spicy chicken. Went tonight and they have put coriander in the chicken! Really changes the taste, please remove your coriander! Otherwise great place 👍🏼

Went for breakfast a Safurday morning. On entering the glass doors were full of hand prints obviously not cleaned from the day before. . Ordered breakfast bacon was cold. My tea pot lid was chipped. Gave this back no apology just changed over. The cake refrigerator was full of hand prints obviously not cleaned. Makes you wonder what the kitchen is like. I brought the refrigerator and the doors being dirty to the attentio of the young girl who served us asked her to pass my comments onto the appropriate person. Obviously was not taken on board as it was still dirty by the time we left. This place has gone downhill obvious from the lack of customers and the standards.
