Poor customer service and they don’t accept cash. Absolutely ridiculous, it’s legal tender. Girl at the cash machine is rude and served someone behind me whilst I was waiting to pay. Better buying them from Tesco, better staff and they take cash…

Food was atrocious all round but the worst part was the "12 inch pizza" and the "mac and cheese bites". Pizza was absolutely shredded and in pieces and looked as if half of it was missing. The "mac and cheese bites" was actually just a small pot of mac and cheese that was all over the pizza box making it pretty much inedible. Tried 1 bite so that it wasn't a complete waste and the food was freezing and absolutely disgusting. Wouldn't be surprised if I'm on the toilet all day tomorrow just from that one bite

Acabo de visitar la sucursal de Helen Street y me gustaría decir que la señora que nos sirvió era increíble. Muy amable en todo el orden para recoger. Personalidad muy feliz y burbujeante. Atención al cliente en su máxima expresión. Le dije esto jajaja

Visité anoche y nunca más. Llegué a nadie detrás de la barra ya que la comida que esperábamos no estaba disponible, por lo que el personal del bar tuvo que ir a buscarla. Hablé con otro chico que estaba frustrado por esto y terminamos sirviéndonos nuestra propia cerveza. Desde fuera, el bar se ve muy bien. El único problema es que no hay inquilinos. Vendieron Morreti y ya está. Los precios baratos no me malinterpretan, pero vamos. . . . Tenía algunos espíritus que era una novedad. Clientell era un poco dudoso. El tablero de dardos fue un buen toque y siendo el campeón de Garthamlock estaba esperando esto, pero llegó la lluvia y el propietario se olvidó de poner el techo. En general decepcionado y no estoy seguro de si volvería. El propietario era un poco espeluznante, así que no estoy seguro de si mi esposa estaría segura aquí. Mantente alejado

Fui a llevar a cabo 4 comidas. Sentí que tenía que comprobar esto ya que visitas anteriores en numerosas ocasiones he estado corto en el pedido. Mientras revisaba a la chica detrás del mostrador pregunté si todo estaba bien. Dije que estaba comprobando como pensaba que era corto una ficha ella inmediatamente dijo que no te he dado cuatro como se pidió. Bueno, qué shock cuando llegué a casa con 3 fichas. Volví en un par de horas después para quejarme y decir que esto ha sucedido numerosas veces y podrían comprobar que el pedido es correcto antes de dar al cliente. Incluso mientras estaba allí otro cliente vino a contestar para decir que eran patatas fritas cortas. Una desgracia.

I went here with my young daughter and her friend I ordered the food while they sat at a table. The table was filthy with dried in gravy and bits of food. Tried to find a clean one and the tables were all dirty. I asked for a spray and cloth to clean a table to sit at and a young guy grudgingly came out and cleaned 3 tables and left the rest. The food was nice but I dred to think about the state of the kitchen. the restaurant wasn't busy.

Rank Rotten, a cheek to take money for the garbage they sell. Batter full of grease, chips cold, this place has gone downhill rapidly

Ordered on just eat. One large fries missing, and my husband's Coca-cola, his chicken burger was ordered with no lettuce, and turned up with--LETTUCE. When I rang to complain they could only offer a refund on missing items, which is not much good when you order a burger chips and drink as a meal for 2, and only 1 of you gets a whole meal turn up. And the chips that did turn up were cold. Very poor service, and it is all blamed on the delivery driver, and they can't check. I don't think he put the lettuce in the burger!!!!!!!! The bags were still sealed when they arrived.

Pretty grim, food came with bell pepper stalks and seeds in - you know the stuff that should've been in the bin. Soup v salty and it all took about 2 hours to arrive. Staff were very polite on the phone when I was chasing this up however. If it really was crazy busy like they said I'd question the sanity of any repeat customers. I have pretty low standards when it comes to what I'll chow down on... and this place managed to cross the line.

Manager/owner so……rude to myself and other customers when we were there. Staff lovely, don’t know how they put up with his rudeness, if he treats customers like that, sure they get it worse. Will go out of my way to avoid this subway in the future

There was hardly any cheese on any of the pizzas which were cold and distinctly lacking in taste. The nachos also had hardly any cheese on them. Again, hardly any cheese on the 'cheesy' garlic bread. The wedges weren't cooked properly and were frozen/raw in the middle. £55??? Wasn't worth £15. Will never order from pizza hut again!

Not fit to serve food, terrible place won’t be back. Chicken burnt and noodles all soggy avoid this place
