Got zinger box meal and family bucket total for order £32.98 I swear everything tasted like it was dusted in curry powder

Horrible, burt, rubbery and greasy. It's harder to make the food that bad. The food had cleared been mad days before hand and reheated. Strong recommendation to change management.

Staff is appalling, never been spoke to by another with such attitude talk about from a member of staff who’s supposed to be welcoming and respectful. I had fingers clicked at me and treated like a piece of sh*t as if it was my fault that my juice wasn’t ready with my meal , which then took her 20 seconds max to fix. Overall the place has never been clean when I have ever came here , bins full food over tables and floors , juice all over the floors and not been clean , the kiosks never work and it’s not even work order through the staff , wouldn’t recommend and would love to know how this place has a clean inspection passed.

Just left your restaurant my husband went up to order and was told yous didn’t have chicken fillets atall so my husband came back out to the to ask what I wanted instead I opted for the burger so he went back and ordered the burger meals with boned chicken through the card machine paid £30odd pounds to then go to the counter to be told there wasn’t anything apart from rice chips etc so had to then get a refund .. as soon as they even walked in I noticed the girl standing talking to him while eating an ice cream while the other girl was leaning over the counter now that isn’t very professional he was also told there wasn’t any managers in so if that’s what your staff are doing (eating ice cream) while there’s no manager in then I think that is a disgrace thank god we didn’t go through just eat as even my last just eat order was a shambles to when everything asked for was wrong when I phone up spoke to a manager and he was really nice and told me to mention his name the next time I order can’t remember his name though

Drive through with voucher. Ordered my food went to window handed voucher to young man and got a f_ck sake. Hw walked off had a mone to some workers. I asked if there was a problem and got a no with a attitude, after another chat with which I think was his supervisor he turn and said f_ck sake man. At this point I told him not to bother and drove off as I didn't want to put my young son with in range of language like that. This young man needs sacking or retraining.

Stopped in for take out. Stood for a good 10 minutes waiting to order while every staff member in the place occupied themselves sorting Just Eat orders. When we finally were served, the way the staff spoke to us was disgusting. Had to ask twice for our drinks. Got order home and few items were missing. Tango orange was brown. What we did receive was cold and definitely not worth the 40 quid it cost.

Called in with the family to.eat in. Went to wash our hands before eating, no soap in any of the bathrooms, men's, ladies or family. Told the staff. One guy went in and pulled open the dispenser in the family toilet, but couldn't get any soap out. Left it. He came back to serve without washing his hands. Nobody in the kitchen had a hair net on, nobody had gloves on.

Received our food, which was presented to us cold and the order had been delivered incorrectly. On politely drawing this to the attention of the young girl who took our order, I was abruptly told, “the order was correct !” After I insisted that the order was indeed incorrect , did she reluctantly changed the order, however I now wish I had gone elsewhere as the quality of the food was rank as to was the food temperature ! All this for the privilege of £22.00 for two burger meals. I could have purchased two nice fillet steaks from the supermarket for less ….and at least they would have been freshly cooked and hot ! High time KFC employed a mobile manager to pay these restaurants a surprise visit, to crack the whip …! If the £22.00 was deducted from their salaries, I suspect the quality and presentation would improve rapidly !

Gave this place a wide berth for a year or so as it was slow and I’d had issues with orders before, cold food, meagre portions anyhow- Decided to try again tonight…. Went through drive through, ordered 5 piece boneless banquet paid 7.99. Paid cash- no receipt given- got food and drove home to find 2 and a bit pieces of chicken and 14 chips inside box with some warm chicken balls. Tried calling but- Contact number given on websites doesn’t get answered and just rings off to a funny beep- at the end, Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere

Called deliveroo and they said that the order was sent over 2hours we were told order was on it's way Was delivered and cold driver was unhappy he blamed deliveroo I tried calling KFC they hung up on me. They would not return my call even after 2.5 hours

Zero stars deserved! Ordered via deliveroo, took two hours, wrong order, missing items, no bun with burger! KFC not interested in rectifying, told to contact deliveroo! Its not deliveroo that makes the orders up!! Avoid, dont waste your money on this place.

Have ordered for delivery three times. The first time. it was about 20% wrong. The second about 40% and the last time, this evening, 90% was wrong. Never again. Looking at the other reviews everyone seems to have the same issue. Every part of the delivery was wrong apart from the fries. DO NOT GET A DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE.

Picked up a mega bucket for one on the way home from work tonight. Got home to find only 3 pieces of chicken in a large box with some chips. Ripped off well and truly. Will give KFCs a miss from now on in favour on McDs. If your buying anything here and I would advise not to - check the contents before leaving

We had a bucket, in which the chicken was tasty, and the fries pretty poor - probably the worst from any fast food place I've had. Good job we were not there for them, but I'd try ordering things without them in future. Also it seems odd that KFC don't do deserts of any form - we went across the road for McFlurry's afterwards!

Starts with no screen to review your order, the sound on the speaker is horrific and the drive thru is super tight - they are the highlights. Ordered large meal with pepsi, got medium drink as no large cups with pepsi max as 'don't do pepsi' - no mention of either of these on ordering - why!! Chips freezing and chewy, burger was cold and filling was wrong, so basically nothing was right. Went into complain and the place was filthy front of house and behind the counter. If that is what you can see customer side then behind the scenes I dread to think. Been here a few times and always vowed not to go back - KFC do you not have standards checkers for individual branches ? If you do please do a surprise visit here and prepare to be shocked how your brand name is being tarnished

Went in here with my wife, the floor was littered with rubbish and the bins were overflowing, there were 15 delivery drivers at one point and I couldn't get near the counter to get served, some didn't even have a mask on, as we were eating one of the drivers thought she would rest against the wall where we were sitting with no thought for distancing. The delivery drivers should have a separate window to pick up their orders.

Ordered two meals via drive through,they gave us the wrong order ,only realised once we got home .we stay about 5mis away ,food was cold and the drinks were flat and warm The girl that served us via drive through was to busy chatting and didn't acknowledge us ,then gave us the wrong order,no smile hello, nothing just busy chatting.Very very poor service and food.This is the second time they got our household order wrong.Last time ,they got my son's order wrong.Avoid, Avoid

We ordered the chicken fillet burger meal, boneless banquet meal and zinger burger meal here to take away. The chicken fillet was tiny and took up half the roll. It was like one piece of their chicken fillets you get in the boneless banquet meal....
