El gerente es un absoluto idiota que habla con el personal mientras los clientes están esperando un impactante servicio al cliente ! ! . No es la primera vez que sucede
Went for a 2 good to go bag my young daughter bought with her last 3 pounds they would not give me it seen me swiping it as I walked in and refused terrible service so good is going to waste and my daughter did not get what she paid for
Came in today for my usual coffee & lunch, a short, dark haired lady served me at around 12:30pm (who usually does), she's never normally been friendly with me however today she was so rude, no smile on her face what so ever, over heard her talking badly about her colleagues too, will never be back because of this, very unprofessional and horrible. I hope she will be spoken too as I have warned off many friends and colleagues from coming back! The one with the Christmas jumper and the older woman were both lovely however which is the only reason I never complained there and then.
I think this may have been called The Lanes or something but when we visited on Saturday evening it was chaos.
Bartender didn't seem to know how to use the till.
Server brought our food and said 'enjoy' - I had to ask for cutlery since I ordered the fish and chips ...
About my food, the tartar sauce and mushy peas were missing.
My husband had nachos with topping. Again, all dips were missing and he had to ask for them.
Seems the chef needs to learn the menu...
One bartender told us they only opened the day before, but if that's the case a refit didn't happen because it's tired looking.
Still, good luck to them and hopefully things will improve. We went back later in the evening for a drink, but it'll be a while before I order food again.
Otra visita a Greggs. Después de que dejaron su teléfono personal, me sirvieron. Problema masivo en estos días, los clientes vienen después de que hayan terminado en su teléfono. No era como si fueran cero clientes y el lugar estaba inmaculado - era una bomba
