Manager/owner so……rude to myself and other customers when we were there. Staff lovely, don’t know how they put up with his rudeness, if he treats customers like that, sure they get it worse. Will go out of my way to avoid this subway in the future

I have an issue with the manageress ,& not any of the lovely staff she has … Previously she had tried to give me a salad box without any lettuce ,with excuse of none left …. This mornings incident asked for salad box & watched while she literally threw the ingredients into the box ….I was given the wrong sauce after I stated this she then proceeded to pour the correct sauce over the box .I asked her what was she doing ? I decided to leave it as I was not eating a thrown in salad with 2 sauces .. Awful customer service ..she shld really take a lesson from her lovely colleagues who are under her wing … Will not be going back there & have put in a formal complaint to subway

I went with my work team to this sub shop, 3 members of my colleagues asked for a vegan salad box and one for a vegan meatball salad. First, I was charged £5 for what was 3 bits of lettuce, NO vegan chicken and top off 2 handfuls of Gherkins?? It was also swimming in sauce. I think I still have the photo somewhere. Not on really ruined my day. Should not offer vegan options, if we are going to be treated like this.

Just wanted a coffee however the girl was just so super friendly and smiley. Got our pumpkin spice latte and when we opened it the froth was shaped like a ghost. It's the little things that make the biggest difference. Didn't get her name but what a lovely server. I hope the company recognises good service.

Beware of the scam happening here. There is a small sign at the entrance stating that you are only allowed to "park" for a maximum of 15 minutes. It doesn't matter whether you use the amenities or not; if you overstay, they will charge you between £60 and £100. If you're driving a rental, the rental company will additionally charge you a processing fee. You can appeal the charge (exclusively via their website), but they will only respond after the deadline for the discounted fee has expired. I feel completely scammed and would advise any fellow travelers to find another petrol station. If the owners are reading this, please address this issue immediately. UPDATE: The Euro Car Park "support" team will contact you after half a month or longer (up to 28 days). Thus, you will have to pay the charge, or you'll get charged even more. They will not offer any support and only refer to the sign at the entrance.
