Good food, good price, delivered quickly and was nice and hot

Originally went to Piecebox to visit (outwith normal hours) to deliver stuff for Ukraine so decided to follow up one day when I was in the area during normal hours for coffee and cake. Coffee was excellent and the cake delicious but I think the service was a little under par (shortage of staff perhaps ?) . . . .but still OK.

Wow...terrible pizza from a very questionable place. Once I saw the restroom, I really wished I hadn't ordered pizza. Glad we didn't get sick.

Ordered 2 pizzas and lasagna both pizza hadn’t even been cut, both of them had fluff and hair on the base looks like the dough was made on a carpet that hadn’t been hoovered in 25years (have video evidence) lasagna was complete tasteless no flavour to it at all. Spent nearly £60 just for the 3 meals for them not to be even edible. I have been to zizzi plenty of times and never had a meal like it very disappointing to be let down like this and embarrassing, I suggested you guys for a dinner with my two other colleagues won’t be choosing you again with the terrible food we have received tonight.

As a customer, my husband and I went there for dinner. It was a Saturday, so perhaps that’s why the restaurant was quite busy. Just as we were about to enter, we received a warm welcome, which we really appreciated. The food was fresh, flavourful, and offered in a wide variety, catering to both traditional and modern tastes.The service was impressive-staff were polite, attentive, and quick to respond to any request, which made the overall dining experience even more enjoyable.We enjoyed a variety of dishes all under one roof. Then we moved on to the dessert section, The dessert section was a highlight, offering a tempting range of cakes that were rich in flavour and beautifuly displayed, along with different flavors of ice cream, which we thoroughly enjoyed and making it a fun and tasty way to end the meal. If you’re nearby, please don’t forget to visit at least once. So, there’s no need to go elsewhere—for all kinds of food under one roof, it’s “Mr. Basrai’s World Cuisines”.

Have been here for a meal many times over the years. Food was good. Lighting could have been better a bit dark this time

We always love heavenly dessert. We are from glasgow but i must say the hospotality and quality of products are far better in Edinburg than Glasgow and Glasgow fort i would like to add further the hospitality of AHMAD is outstanding, generous, polite and smiling which is cherry on the cake.

Charged 30p for carrier bag and 50p for service when i picked the takeaway up....sorry what service????!!! Saag panir was inedible as too spicy!

Chicken chow main was similar to any Chinese chicken chow main, not great but edible. Beef one however had no colour- lots of big mushrooms and green veg, awful taste. Had to bin the whole meal. Veg spring rolls were awful too. Wouldn't order again.
