Good kids friendly pizzeria! At the top, fast and friendly service!

Dear lord if you want to eat Italian food, do not go to this confused mess of a franchise. They do everything, and none of it well.

Not open, even though it says it is. The business updated their opening times one week ago, so it’s not that didn’t bother updating it during COVID. Why update it to the purposely wrong information? Not updating it at all would be more excusable.

Won't be in a hurray to go back, food very average, sent my calamari back very rubbery, quite pricey as well.

Couldn't have been better. This was a family lunch. The children were well catered for. The food was amazing. In our party there were vegetarians and a vegan. There was a good choice for all, as well as for the omnivores. Staff were great and we felt really comfortable there. There was a question on Google maps about where the entrance is. We came upstairs from the car park. From the road, Fountain ridge, just go into the complex and walk towards the canal.Its on the right.

Over cooked salmon, overworked staff trying their very best. Not a gourmet experience, but acceptable.

The pasta was poorly cooked, hard and tasteless. There are gluten free options available for both pasta and pizza. Unfortunately, our experience in terms of taste was not the best, hence the review. Friendly service.

The definition of a great restaurant: great service, simple and yet exquisite food (that pulled pork pizza is the best pizza I've had for years) and a very cozy but lively place... Nothing else to say, it was perfect!

Typische italienische Gerichte auf der Karte. Wir mit einer Gruppe von 6 Personen da und bekamen ohne Reservierung einen Tisch. Speisen waren sehr gut, es gab auch eine Karte mit detailliert ausgewiesen Inhaltsstoffen. Ich hatte Spaghetti Carbonara mit Bacon, sehr lecker und sättigend. Danach einen schönen Latte.

Really good food. Excellent service. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and welcoming. If you like Courgette then the corgette fritti will be amazing.

Pizzas are really good also ravioli was lovely. Staff really nice. Picked Zizzi as it was close to the guest house I was staying in and have been to Zizzi Zizzis before.

It was mediocre, food was passable but nothing special - margherita pizza wasnt great, calzone was nice enough - a means to an end more than a special occasion. With Unidays it worked out to be £30 for a starter, main and drinks for two of us which isn't too bad. We went at lunch, mid week so it was understandably quiet.

This is mine and my partners go too place for a cheeky wee date night meal. The lunch is good also, the staff are always lovely and really accommodating. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a wee chilled out relaxed environment meal. Great for families also and I have seen many there and as a new parent myself when my son is old enough to eat we will be heading here.

Literally the best pizza I have eaten. Try the Rustica Pulled pork Roma, the best pizza I have ever eaten. Going to be my new favourite Italian restaurant

Service was excellent, however the gluten free pizza was rather disappointing.

The food was great. The waitress was friendly and helpful, but service was slow, probably due to a party of almost 30 people that were seated near us. We were seated on a weird table under the stairs where you have to be super careful when standing up to avoid lobotomizing yourself. My wife found that someone had thrown up in the restroom and the toilet she used wouldn't flush. I think we just got unlucky on a night when the staff struggled to cope with a raucous party; the restaurant is probably usually deserving of 5 stars.

Good food at good price, the lady serving us was quick and helpfull and very attentive even though she was covering quite a few tables.

Great food they have a good discount with unidays and where very helpful when one of my guests was running late, overall lovely with nice view do note that the kitchen is closed at 1030 so not good for late night dining

Good place to visit with children. Really delicious pizza. Loved the Pinato rustica with caramelised onions and pine nuts. Tiramisu is a must! Would recommend.

Good thin crust pizzas and very good thin calamari

4 of us had a lovely evening meal at Ziizzi's this weekend. The starter of Vegan Garlic Bread was very nicely cooked. My choice of a main course was Risotto Pesce, a delicious blend of king prawns, mussels & squid rings in a tomato, chilli & white wine risotto. I can say it's almost 40 years since I've had squid cooked this carefully. My daughter requires a special menu and that was well catered for. The staff are always friendly and efficient. An excellent night out!

Good service and tasty italian food

Booked a table for four people at 7.00pm. asked to move tables as it was so cold. Ordered drinks which took at least 45 minutes to come and the good arrived 15 mins after drinks. Not impressed. Disappointed as was recommended. The majority of the customers kept their coats on. Staff were pleasant but could not cope with demand of customers.

Staff were fantastic. I love Zizzis anyway but the food here was extra tasty.

Food is pretty decent, but my goodness the pasta and risotto portions are just tiny. Especially when compared with the pizza.

Great time with family, wonderful waiters and you do not have to be afraid that your kids damage things :) Do not forget to order a dessert - try Chocolate melt, it's the best.

The best of all is the service and staff, next one is pizza and desserts. Maybe interior is a bit odd, but clean and modern looking. I can fully recommend.

My boyfriend and I fell in love with this place. The view of the quay is lovely, the atmosphere is relaxed and quite beautiful, and the staff were warm and inviting. And of course, the food was just superb. Our starters and entrees were full of flavour and cooked with care, and our dessert was just as yummy. The best food find we have found in ages.

It was OK. Tho when sitting on the top floor by the window during the sunset it was so bright you could not see or focus on a conversation. They should install blinds or something as not everyone want to leave the place blinded. Other than that great service and good food!

We were pushed for time before seeing a show, but wanted a quick snack. The vegetarian antipasto platter (listed as an option on the menu), consisted of cherry tomatoes, marinated peppers and olives out of a bottle and a small cup of hummus with a few carrot sticks and celery. It cost £16. We requested some bread which was initially charged as an additional cost, until we questioned it as we paid the bill. The staff were lovely throughout, but it was incredibly expensive and disappointing for such a basic platter.

Ganske god mat og hyggelig besetning. Restauranten var kjempe fin, men enkelte plasser litt "ikke helt topp". Delvis ett synkende "hull" i ene sofaen, og flekkete med ene veggen.

Great food and pizza. We were so impressed we came back the next night. Very kid friendly, with an additional tiny mouths menu for toddlers. Well worth the visit.

Nice place - exellent service and damn good pizza

Food good but problems with service. Waitress took our order but then had to come back two more times to check it but never wrote it down and when the food arrived one of the guests was presented with a chicken skewer instead of the pizza they ordered. A similar mix up with the drinks. This might be understandable with a large party but there were only four of us.

Very impressed by Zizzi's improvements. Haven't been there for a few years, when I was quite disappointed by the menu. This time I was blown away by their plentiful choice of vegetarian and vegan food. Such a treat to be spoiled for choice! And the delicious vegan/veggie pizzas etc were hearty and filling (rather than doubling up as the "diet" option). I wish more places catered for non-meat-eaters as well as this.
