Where do I begin. Restaurant freezing - I mean so cold the waiting staff were wearing parkas! I kid you not. Service was appalling. After 50 minutes we had drinks and no food. Tables were sending back food and there were obvious arguments between waiting staff and kitchen staff. When we asked how long our food would be we got a shrug in place of an answer. Hungry grandchildren and fear that we would never actually get food we left and went to Pizza Express. A warm restaurant with excellent staff... and more importantly food! What a disgrace of a restaurant Toni Macaroni is. A word of apology and explanation would have helped but the staff could obviously not be bothered. To sum up my experience - disinterested staff, freezing cold (seriously you need to take a blanket!), a truly awful experience. My advice DO NOT GO HERE ... EVER! 1 star is too much but I can't give zero.

Overpriced, under taste and seemingly under cooked bacon roll (for decorum I'll just say 'unsettled' digestive track followed). Stale cinnamon bun. At least the coffees and hot chocolate was ok.

Went for pre theatre dinner and had the deal for 2 courses and a glass of wine each . Had quite a while to wait on our wine arriving but when it did , the red and white was worth the wait . Wife had the trio of pork to start and i had the tiger prawns .. both the starters were superb and had us looking forward with anticipation to the main course . Wife had cod and chips and i had Bolognese linguine . We were quickly brought back down to earth . Wife found a large bone in the fish which as you know leads to every mouthful being chewed slowly and carefully .. just incase . My Bolognese , oh dear ! It was the most tasteless and unappetizing plate of food i have had in a long time . There was zero seasoning in the pasta or the Bolognese . I asked the waitress for salt as there was none on our table , i put some salt on it and mixed it together and it was still tasteless. I ate a little more and was going to send it back when my wife said she would give it a try and i could try her fish as she was terrified of finding another bone . I managed to finish the fish without finding another bone however my wife could not manage to finish the pasta and agreed with me that it was probably the worst pasta dish that either of us have ever had . The waitress did ask if she could get us something else , but by then we both had lost our appetite. Lovely place but dont know whats going on in the kitchen !

Un grupo de seis de nosotros nos dieron una cálida bienvenida en el concurrido restaurante un domingo por la noche y tuvimos una gran comida, muy bien presentado, bien cocinada. Amplio menú hambriento, no demasiado tiempo, apropiado para los vegetarianos, así como la carne/pescado caprichosos. Unas ensaladas y platos principales.

Realmente gran lugar! Bonito y amable y cuidan al preparar la comida. ¡Asegúrate de que esté fresco! Recomendaría cualquiera de los platos de pollo picante con un poco de arroz frito aquí.

I made a booking on Saturday for 3 people at 1.30pm. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door to say they close at 2pm every day. I went in and asked why they hadn't pointed that out when I made the booking that day. The male staff member said he had me down for 1pm and they've been closing at 2pm for months. I said I hadn't been there for months so how was I supposed to know that. His response was to make an angry noise then storm off through to the kitchen, leaving the lady to apologise for any misunderstanding. Very bad customer service. I won't be going in again.

No lo hagas. No ordenes a estos tipos. Pedido el domingo pasado y tardó casi dos horas en llegar. Cuando finalmente apareció frío de piedra abrí la caja para descubrir que me habían dado lo equivocado. Llamé para quejarme y me dijeron que tomaría demasiado tiempo para arreglar el pedido y que un reembolso no era posible, así que solo conseguiría una pizza gratis la próxima vez. Llamo una semana después para conseguir mi pizza gratis y me informan que solo es gratis si vengo a recogerla. No vivo cerca del lugar, por eso lo pedí. Dicen que la única manera de conseguir una pizza gratis es si pido una y luego llamo por teléfono y les pido que agreguen una gratis. Ya odio la idea de esto, pero es lo que es. Puse una orden y luego telefoneé. Dicen que lanzarán mi libre. Mi pedido llega y no hay pizza gratis. El repartidor parecía completamente confundido acerca de lo que estaba hablando y dijo que no habría sido una pizza gratis en absoluto, sino probablemente un pan de ajo gratis o algo así. ¡Yo tampoco lo entendí! Así que sí, no te molestes. Hará frío, será incorrecto y no estarán dispuestos a solucionar los problemas que causen.

Nos encanta Bubbleology, pero esta fue nuestra peor experiencia por una milla. El servicio era lento, algo de boba no estaba disponible. Nuestro té tenía poco sabor y el té de mi hija era en polvo. No volveremos a este outlet en particular de nuevo.

Absolutely terrible service. Tried to serve someone else that was in before me and then my item was £6.50 asked where my change was and she had put the change from £10 in the tip box!!! Was serving lots of people at once not concentrating at all. Definitely will not be back.

Soy un cliente habitual desde que me mudé al área hace muchos años y decidí probar la aplicación en línea por primera vez.Algunos puntos que debo plantear son, en su mayoría, críticas constructivas* la aplicación es engorrosa y difícil de navegar. El proceso de registro no es fácil de usar. Quizás la gerencia debería contratar a un especialista en TI para hacer algo de optimización* aparentemente se ofrece un descuento cuando "tocas la aplicación". No pude averiguar cómo reclamar esto* la aplicación dice que puede pagar con PayPal, pero cuando llega a la página de pago, esta opción no se ofrece* un plazo de entrega de 7. Se indicaron las 04 pm después de realizar el pedido, pero el pedido no llegó hasta las 7. 50 pm (Entiendo que están ocupados con autoaisladores, pero al menos intentan gestionar las expectativas del cliente)* las patatas fritas estaban frías. . . bueno, ni siquiera eran chips, solo restos que claramente habían sido raspados del fondo de la freidoraComo dije, la mayoría de los puntos se ofrecen simplemente como una crítica constructiva, pero no como excusa para los "chips".Ordenalo, Aldo
