Poor bar staff always on there phone and when it was buys just one on the bar had to wait ages on a drink

It's a shame as the food here is superb. But I refuse to wait 2hrs for an order. I could learn Mandarin in that time.

Food was cold and rotten, def not worth the hour wait!!! Burger was tiny, nit impressed and wont be getting a delivery again!!

Wow so disappointing. Ordered special fish supper on a Friday. Called an order in for collection was told 5 - 10 mins. Arrived over estimated time and it wasn't ready. Had to wait a futher 10 minutes which okay they were busy. To be served cold chips and oily fish that was so thin the breadcrumbs held it together! Won't be visiting again. It really was like a breadcrumb supper because there was no fish

went to try the Philly Cheese stack. The staff were obviously off the day training took place for this. Everything was missing, no pickles etc no cheese between the patties. It was effectively two patties in a bun with some cheese sauce squirted on it.

Hygiene is abysmal ask 4 times if they can clean the table, they looked at you like you had horns coming out of your head, food was crap too a waste of £25 we never be back

Horrible is a compliment for this place. Actually nasty food. Even the dogs turned their nose up at it. Chips like rubber, Donner meat you could re tread a tyre with and what think might have been chicken pakora that was 99.9% batter, and so chewy that I wasn't sure if it was chicken or chewing gum. Arrived cold, and said it was delivered ages before it actually was. Tried calling, but rang out.... Last time I ever buy from that place. Actually surprised it's still open with food standards. Avoid this place Not worth it Even the flies wouldn't land on this spot! 12hrs later, having spent the night with an upset stomach..I'm not impressed!. Disgusting food. Stay away!

If I could give them a 0 star I would, we ordered from them recently the food was either over cooked or under cook, a grey overcooked omelette and rubbery boiled and egg fried rice neither cooked properly, when we phone to complain, it was we got offered a small discount off next order, and when we said we would like our food, they only sent another dark grey omelette, we will never order from them again, don't waste your money, £30 of food wasted

Very small portions...asked where my order was and heard shouting at me in background..guy delivered apologising and thanking me for ordering but looked apologetic at the same time...very disappointed..(,except for delivery guy from shop) felt bad for him

Went to the kirkcaldy branch for 2 steak bridies as I've not had one for spit 8 years,it was shocking!! All pastry and tasteless!! No gravy,and lumps of fat in it.was hoping they would show Greg's up but sadly, the steak bake is light years ahead of it,I won't be back,owners should be ashamed

Slow service, cold burger, lattice fries soggy and luke warm, obviously not made to order as claimed. Expensive compared to peers with lower quality.
