missing 2x small fries from the 2 happy meals I ordered

Requested plain food and was delivered with sauce and pickles and salad.

ordered this at 13.06 and arrive at 14 .40 ish food has label of time made which was 13.55 so has sat there for 1 hour and is now cold

its ordered my food at 5pm and it gets delivered at 7pm and stone cold

Big Mac was pathetically small and had cheese despite the order clearly stating "no cheese". Absolutely disgusted.

food was good but eould have preferred some melted butter on the toasted muffin but there was no option for that x

No chips with any of our meals. How do you manage that when you’re doing the order? The mistakes McDonalds make are baffling.

Delivery time was pushed back twice and then items missing.

Delivery time constantly changing. So started off at 30mins and ended up waiting 1hr 35mins. Tasted warmer food out my fridge!!! Chips were frozen, burger cold and ice cream actually melting!!! Shocking meal. Very disappointed in both food and delivery. When deciding to order waiting time was 25-35mins. No a clue how it can change within 3 mins to 1.35 hrs. Shocking service

what i ordered was a large dbl ¼ pounder with cheese meal and a dbl ¼ pounder what i recieved was half a coke as t had apult half a portion of stale warm fries and 2 substandard "heated" burgers absolutely brutal!!

My order was NOT RECEIVED. There is no one to talk to on just eat. The delivery driver should have needed a code to enter so that I could receive my food so how have they marked it delivered and I have nothing?

Order not what was asked for but to be fair although same order number printed receipt had different drinks to what was asked for

Order never arrived, delivery driver phoned and asked for code before food was delivered then asked me to meet him at a different location, food never arrived - no refund given and says order was delivered. 😵‍💫🤷🏻‍♀️

The couriers transport failed and the order was cold when it arrived. We will have to reorder and collect it ourselves. I expect a full refund for this delayed and inedible food.

Could have been a quicker turnaround - delivery fee was over £4! Had to order more to get it over £15 to get free delivery.

Food was fine but when I originally ordered the food (at 11.35) it said delivery time of around 12.15-12.45. The expected delivery time kept getting later and later until we eventually got the food at 1.30pm! I wanted to cancel the delivery and order from somewhere else as my kids were waiting for their lunch but there’s no option to cancel and I couldn’t find any way to contact JustEat about it. Shocking service.

Was told this order was cancelled by notification which, then i had order from another outlet, then 15 minutes later says order has left from this outlet This has cost me double the expense, as I could not cancel any orders shocking service regarding this matter

Food felt like it had been sitting for an hour waiting on the delivery driver and when food actually arrived it was stone cold and inedible so was binned! But never mind I got £5 back for my inconvenience by just eat! Guess I threw the rest of my money in the bin with the food!

My order included a chicken BBQ wrap GRILLED, what I received was a Chilli CRISPY wrap!! A waste of money as I cannot eat anything spicy. I am fed up with the shop getting my orders wrong or mixed up with others.

Sometimes the staff make careless mistakes, E.g milky coffee instead of black coffee, no straw for milkshake, forget to give you ketchup… otherwise fab place

Don't waste your time with their delivery service - absolute shambles and not even able to find an address - you'll be much better to order from the McDonalds at Tescos, they actually find the address and deliver the food. Also had a chuckle when the review ask me 'what did I get?' - nothing GoogleReviews...I got absolutely nothing...Happy new year!

ordered a triple cheeseburger, got given only a normal cheeseburger. seems to be a common theme where they miss certain details of orders that causes an item to be etirely wrong.

All the cheesburgers had pickles they were cold and the large chip box was only half full

spent 30 pounds on 2 meal deals plus delivery,food was cold as in no heat whatsoever I only live 5 minutes away by car.they gave me 2 diet cokes instead of the 2 milkshakes as ordered,£5.89 refund does not make this better.reall poor english from delivery person.customer lost.

McDonald's have changed the taste and size of there hashbrowns. they have no taste other than water and look like fish fingers and your price has gone up

Did originally contact restaurant, as on map, driver was going opposite direction. Finally did show, and he could not be more apologetic. Explained traffic was terrible.

Never arrived - said delivered on the JustEat App - in dispute now. McDs is the least reliable delivery service of all the fast food places I have used on Just Eat. If its delivered at all, there are items missing. I won't be ordering McDs again that's for sure. Can't give zero stars or I would.
