McDonald's in Fife

Rubbish. 3rd time we've ordered from here, the order has been wrong every single time. They never answer the phone, so it's pointless trying to contact them. Really frustrating and nothing gets solved!

Basic is putting it nicely. IGNORE the clearly "paid for" reviews trying to praise this dumpsterfire of a company. Their burgers are standard, dry pre cooked and frozen nonsense. Their sauces are do basic Heinz does better options and tastes, and they think putting a extra slice of bread in a burger is "New and original" Oh and let's not forget the radio they pick plays ADULT SONGS. Such as Despacito (read the lyrics in English. It shouldn't be played in a Child Friendly area). Also you just became so boring and stale as a company. Anyone can literally cook better at home and save money. Plastic cheese, saturated fats, pre frozen, dry as heck, even your fries aren't even a healthy option because you soak them in beef fat. Let's not forget the constant child labour charges this company keeps trying to run away from worldwide. Also your building designs now look like a depressed adult instead of a fun happy place to enjoy food. You sold your own joy. Cheap doesn't mean it's good. It means you're too lazy to get better food from literally anywhere else.

Milkshakes tasted like wrong flavour, Fanta tasted like metal, McFlurry tasted out of date. would not recommend! 😡😡

Freezing cold aircon while 12 degrees and rain outside, yet it felt colder inside the premises than outside.

Just as expected from McDonalds. Not a lot of parking and I find it cold. They usually forget to put milk with the tea and I have to go up again. There is limited seating for families. But the staff are friendly and helpful. It's very clean

I ordered from the double burger deal tonight, two sets of chips turned up, but only one of my burgers. Not to be rude, but if the person packing sees two sets of chips go into a bag and one burger go into another, you'd think they'd put two and two together...

Literally NONE of the food delivered. Only drinks. Staff do nothing to arrange it to be delivered back out. Just tell you to go through justeat to cancel so out of pocket for the full value of the meal until they finally refund days later.

The place is always filthy, they never clean their tables. I got told off on 10/07/24 at 1545 for my cleaning my table before use by a very rude young lady with a hijab with the cloths when I was told it was fine by a younger lad. If you do not want me cleaning, then do your job love and clean the bloody tables instead of standing about doing sweet nothing. Be kind, costs nothing. Especially when I am doing you job sweetheart 😘 😘 👍👍.

I placed my order at 17:08 tonight and it did not turn up till 19:15pm tonight almost two hours for my order and it was cold! No acceptable and I only live a short distance from the restaurant.

Food was stone cold. Fries were inedible as was the burger as it was frozen. Driver collected food then disappeared off tracking for a good 10 minutes. A waste of money ordering as the cold food was no good to anybody.

Put note on order that condiments are constantly missing and to check food is hot. Once received, 7 sauces missing. Including 1 I've been charged for separately. Food was brick hard or soggy like It was microwaved. £10 straight in the bin.

2 x double cheeseburgers were Stone cold. Luke warm at best for the double quarter pounder and the fries were in edible .

If you are in the situation to have Anna bring your food out to your car (like we did today at around 1230) and you have any kind of problem then please brace yourself for a good amount of eye rolling and attitude. Ended up going inside to collect our order myself and got constant side eye from Anna aswell. Shocking customer service. Definitely in the wrong job or in need of a good bout of further customer service training. Will be following this up with an official complaint. Food was good when i did recieve the correct order. The manager i spoke with in the store was fantastic. Unfortunately didnt get his name.

Ok, I'm being honest here. I have bias towards Macdonald's. I don't think I've ever enjoyed the experience. It's a very branded company, very expensive and the quality is not great. The staff generally don't seem interested but that's because as a result we see fewer and fewer of them. Over the past 20 years experience on Mc D's, it was always too busy, now it is too basic. There is nothing to enjoy about McDonald's . I half the time can even get the one product I do enjoy from the company and the milkshake machine is mostly broken on rare visits. Bad Luck or not, it is a regular known occurrence. The only thing it allowed me to do was spend time with my family briefly, eating something and catching up. The people make the experience, I feel you only have convenience/dominant presence only available as an experience. Not the products you sell or how you deliver them to the people.

Delivery time was fine but my order was missing one of the main items - McMuffin. Once the bag was inside it was clear it had been opened , and the bag that usually contains the muffin had been opened , muffin missing and the bag had been screwed up and placed back inside the larger main bag. Pretty bad.

Waited 10 mins for a latte cup and a muffin! Folk who ordered after me were getting their bags of food. After complaining a lovely girl got me my things. It took her 2 seconds. Then o e coffe machine was being cleaned and the other ran out of milk! Another wait. I know it oa a bank holiday .....but.....

As usual, food was cold. However, main issue is, I'd ordered banana milkshake with the happy meal and got some random juice instead. Checked website and receipts which stated, milkshake. Unimpressed

I am very unhappy with my order. None of my meal came only my girlfriends and still we had no sauce. It’s terrible service and I don’t think I will be using this service again especially if I don’t get at least a full refund.

Called to say that we were missing items, lady on the phone tried to blame the delivery driver for food & drinks being missing however, having worked in McDonald’s myself and the bags being sealed, this would be staff that have missed putting items in the bag and not the delivery driver themselves. She was rude and food was cold. Won’t be ordering from this McDonald’s again!
