This place is horrendous for pizza Apart from the 3 hour delivery it took for a house 10 mins away as the driver could not find our house despite saying it was delivered twice on the app Avoid our 3 pizzas went in the bin disgusting even my dog turned its nose up at a slice and it eats anything How you are still in business is beyond me Customer service is woeful as well

Usually good, but popped in yesterday and the woman on the counter was really rude. My order was made incorrectly, I ordered a footlong and was given a six inch sub, so I asked for it to be remedied and she barked back "IT SAYS SIX INCH HERE" and scowled when I showed my receipt saying otherwise. Then instead of getting a whole new sandwich, she just made another six inch and put it in a footlong package with the original one, meaning one side was considerably colder than the other when I ate it. I also wasn't given a cup for a refillable drink, when I asked for this I was again shouted at "JUST TAKE A BOTTLE". To top off my wonderful experience, there was no lid put on the chipotle mayo dip so it leaked all over the box and made a mess of my car. It's a shame the experience was so unpleasant because the food was actually really good.

Served by 2 girls - Sophie and Faye who were just fab! Great service will definitely be back.

Ordered on the app and picked up. No issues at all. Love the subs. Ordered the cheese bites and weren’t for me but personal taste. Staff were lovely!!

terrible pizza , how could you get a pizza so wrong …bland , tasteless , actually disgusting . had the same order many times from dunfermline and been good but this was so bad most went in the bin . will not return to this one

Usually a good choice of breads and fillings. Staff here are friendly and helpful. Best to avoid high school lunch times as does get exceptionally busy though

The carton of cream I had bought had turned to butter by the time I got served and I was 2nd in the queue! Food was great.

Simple as, no queue when I visited but served politely and a good sub.

Pretty good service with refillable drinks it sits inside greens of kirkcaldy so it's a good location for doing shopping then grabing a bite to eat

The service is really nice. The people are very polite and helpful. that makes me really go into that subway specifically even more whether it's to order in the place or even home delivery

3 staff members had a total age of 40. Didn't know how to work the till, couldn't take card payments. But the food was good.

Had the steak salad. The stake was so and the salad was very lacking.

Bad points first. Very few bread options available? Out of stock or just didn't want to bake more, I don't know, either way, it's a key part of a sandwich shop so bread should be available. Ordered a veg patty, also not available Wanted grated cheese also not available They used to cut footlong subs in half before they wrapped them, not now. Wanted to pay with my card, and of course the card machine was out of order. Personally if I had this much going wrong in my business, I would lock the door. On the upside. The sandwiches we did get were nice

I had to open myself for new flavours as they are always out of meatballs. You should make an extra portion next time 😅

Best of the local subways. Staff always treat you as a customer and ensure they give you what you ordered. Food consistently excellent.

I go every Wednesday to get my school meal deal and I enjoy it a lot will still be going at least once a week

I go in every Saturday, if a mistake is made (which is rarer than hens teeth) they will rectify it immediately. Hygiene is top notch and the staff are always friendly. They deserve better pay and conditions as it is a thankless job.
