Visited here on the 5th August with my wife, normally we would go to The Lomond Tavern Falkland, but left it to late to book a table. We have not been here for ages, the last time a few years ago was Crap, cold food, over priced, poor service. So has it improved,Yes,still not as good as The Lomond though. We had the two courses for £9.00,had better, had worse.Service was good, nice surroundings,we both had the Roast Chicken, not big portions, but enough for what you pay for.So would we go back, mmm,if the Lomond was fully booked and we wanted something last minute, maybe!

Great place to sit and watch the world go by. I cycled here (around 7 miles) because it is better than the local pub 🍻 where I live. I like that you can order from the App, and get stuff brought to your table. Beats queuing at the bar. Food is good, and there is something to suit everyone.

Great atmosphere, plenty of choice on the menu, competitive prices and we never waited too long for our meal with great choice of beverages.

Food was very good and probably cooked from scratch to order. The wait however detracted from this. We waited about 25 minutes which would be fine if we were having a lazy day but not really expected when needing a quick meal while doing your shopping on a busy day

Popped in for a coffee. It's a small ish cafe and there were 3 staff members, 2 behind the counter and another out front. There was only another 2 customers in the place but I wasn't acknowledged at all, even after wandering about, unsure where to sit. The coffee was very disappointing unfortunately. It tasted like sickly hot milk, even after an extra shot, and was very unpleasant. Considering it costs the same as the big named cafes, it's something that needs to be looked at. Yuck. On the plus side, the cakes looked great, just stick to tea.
