just awful, cold terrible expensive food in my opinion. ordered mexican from dunfermline eats is barely mexican. just terrible edit: after i left this review the man from the shop phoned me and told me that he does not know how it was cold and asked me if i wanted more food sent tomorrow in return for me removing my review if i enjoy it. i politely declined but it's nice to see that they are at least trying to make things right.

Called taste of india on just eat and christ it's bad. Seems they have went to farmfoods and just chucked stuff in there oven and burnt it. Pizza was soggy and my donner had elbows.

Waited 1hour and 50 minutes for our order to be delivered. Food was warm at best. Never again

Only a 1 because I couldn’t give a 0!! Decided to order food from this place today. Order was accepted, due to arrive in an hour. After the hour went by getting ready to sit down to it we recieved a msg to say order was cancelled. Told us apparently couldn’t get a driver but still taking orders online for delivery, absolute joke min pissin folk about at tea time. Thanks.

I phoned up and the man on the phone was really dumb and he also lied I waited 2 hr for my order and it came colder than my freezer and that’s cold don’t recommend and the guy was very rude told me 21 mins but I took 1 he longer it’s not nice to lie to ur customers did u get told that my friend well was my friend until inured your food if that what u call it called back because chips were under cooked tried to phone nobody answered it’s no hard to cook chips I want a refund person who cooked that should get sentanced

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! Ordered from JustEat Worst takeaway we have ever had, horrible food and arrived cold. One item we ordered was a chicken kebab and what arrived certainly was not a chicken kebab, it can only be described as a garlic pizza base with butter chicken topping.

Absolutely atrocious. From order to food, everything was a complete disappointment - this includes the "Mexican" listed on Dunfermline eats...

Ordered at 17/50it came 19/15 cold and raw complained sent another order yet again cold and raw gave up after 4 hrs after ordering. Spoke to the manager who said reorder today so I did was a bit better today but won't be buying again

The delivery took over two hours and two phonecalls. The staff didn't seem very friendly when I called for an update.

Would give 0 stars if I could, one of the worst takeaways I've ever received. The order was completely wrong, wrong sauces, random toppings not ordered. The Nutella milkshake tasted like cucumber? Most of the food was stale and the bits that weren't were inedible anyway.

Oh my god, that is the best chicken kebab I've ever had in my life and I'm 54 and have been to Turkey. They are superb in Turkey but I'm sure I've just experienced the best balanced Indian favoured Kebab ever. The open bread filled with Indian spiced Chicken and peppers was absolutely melt in your mouth perfection. Flavoured sweetcorn and beautiful fresh salad. The best meal I've had in a long time. Thank you so much guys, absolutely awesome 👌 👏 👍 Kev.

been using this place for over a year and can’t believe the service today. I phoned up to complain that they’d got my kebab order wrong as it didn’t come with sauce, he said the sauce is in the bag which it isn’t. He then said that I didn’t order any sauces I stated i did The guy on the phone then laughed at me numerous times and said “well what do you want me to do” definitely won’t be ordering from here again I see why the reviews are so bad. If you want good service Stay clear!

Best pakora and pizza in toon. Chef sound as will meet your food requirements. Strongly recommend

I don't recommend at all, chicken smelt off and cold, chips were too dry and hard, Not again for me, me and my family didn't enjoy our dinner at all.

Food is lovely very flavourful and the staff members are lovely, absolutely excellent customer service. The staff members are very friendly and make conversation with you as your order is being prepared. The food was made fresh for me getting there and Got given extra food for nothing from the staff due to a complication on a different order which the staff didn’t have to do that but shows the excellent customer service. Portion sizes are very reasonable and definitely worth the money. Will definitely be using this place again. Very satisfied with the level of service. Would recommend.

what a joke been waiting over 2 hours for my food not came yet promised half an hour when its already been an hour over that plenty places in dunfermline for food that i would recommend and this is by far the least i would absalute joke of a place, call yourself a company? nothing but a joke!

After waiting 1hr 20mins I received my food cold, phoned and they were sending it bk out as soon as it was cooked again... never got it till 50mins later, veg pakora tasted off, pizza base tasted like cardboard only thing good about the whole thing was the chilli sauce! Never use this place again!

Absolutely dire. Took nearly 2 hours to arrive, then none of the food was anything like described. Twice cooked fluffy crispy chips? Try rubbery soggy flavourless chips. Italian stone baked pizza? More like bland lukewarm tough dough with equally flavourless toppings. Never had such a bad takeaway. If I could give no stars, I would.

I ordered 3 chicken burger for takeaway and then i come to my home and ready to eat that it was over cooked chicken piece inside of burger and burger burns also over cooked in oven as well it was disgusting at all .

absolutely rotten, please avoid there is far better places nearby. chicken pakora was like rubber ( and thats a compliment ) donner kebab had no bread or salad just a tray of cold stale meat, salt and pepper chicken filled half the dish and tasted like bleach , one spoon was enough to turn your stomach. Phoned to complain and got a right cheeky woman who couldnt be arsed as she said she was going home , as she had had enough of complaints for tonight and cut me off.Phoned back and guess what no answer. £23 for a small pile of disgusting, rotten stuff ( cant call it food )

Absolutely vile, we ordered Mac & Cheese with chips and a margarita pizza. Mac & Cheese tasted like burning rubber and had no cheese what so ever, the pizza was like cardboard, and the chips where clearly reheated in a microwave or something. Staff that have commented in the reviews are also incredibly rude and unprofessional. Definitely not ordering here again.

Cmon guys you seriously have to do better than this,???? Mixed calzone??? Chicken looked like it was from a different takeaway. Chips were actually frozen fries from farm foods and reeking of vinegar. The calzone when it arrived looked like a button mushroom??? What size is an 8.50 calzone meant to be. First time ordering new customer certainly won't be back disgusted at takeaway will not be back unless free food is offered 🤢🤢🤢

Had a great meal at a fantastic price!! I walked in and collected so cannot comment on delivery but the food, value and service was spot on!

We ordered salt and peppers chicken pizza and the chicken was very very dry. We were worried about food poisoning due to stale food. Would never order again. Really bad experience!

Order not full over an hour after initial delivery to receive horrible chips, tacos are really spicy like they have chilli sauce and parmo was rotten and cold
