Burger King in Fife

Food was cold and rotten, def not worth the hour wait!!! Burger was tiny, nit impressed and wont be getting a delivery again!!

i’ve not been to burger king many times but this particular experience was just chefs kiss. the restaurant was the cleanest i’ve seen from the chain, and trust me i’ve seen some things, the food was great and ready in a timely manner and the staff was amazing, particularly a young lad named fraser that made some great jokes (at least from what i could understand since he had quite a strong scottish accent). i definitely hope fraser gets the recognition he deserves!

Had a lovely experience here. I went last night with my beautiful wife, Maureen. We had a very helpful lovely short man called Fraser help us order as we didn't know how to use the kiosk. He recommended we got the double beessechurger whopper and it did not disappoint. I was a little skeptical at first because I saw burger king foot lettuce online but this was delicious and the short man was absolutely right and reassured us there was no foot lettuce in our whopper. I was ecstatic with the service, when Fraser found out I didn't like any of the drinks on the menu he went to Costa to buy me a double mocha choca latte frappicino as I don't have any legs from the war. 5 stars here would come back

Last week, I walked into Burger King expecting a quick bite, but what I got was an absolutely stunning and beautiful experience that I’ll never forget. The place was buzzing with a warm, welcoming vibe, but it was Fraser Wallace, the star employee, who truly made it unforgettable. staff were very welcoming and food was up to a good standard and one staff member I think his name was Luke helped me clean up the table when I accidently knocked over my drink trying to put the lid on and was very understanding and kind about it. will definitely be going back!.

went into burger king in halbeath the other night for the first time since the establishment opened and i was met with friendly faces and good food! i must give a special thank you to the young man Fraser who gave me and my wife Edna advice on how to eat a burger as it was our first time, we were both convinced we would need a knife and fork but the crafty gentleman informed us they were to be eaten with our HANDS! it’s amazing what we can learn from the younger generation if we just open our minds and hearts, i’ve since used the hand eating practice for many other meals this week including pasta and soup :)

Where do I start? Never have I ever experienced such a clean and fresh fast food restaurant. From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed by a fabulous young chap, I think he said his name was Fraser Wallace. I had never been to a burger king before but this young man was an absolute delight and has shaped my opinion of this chain forever. So much so that I am going to name my first born child "Fraser Whopperson" in his honour. I don't usually leave reviews but this mans gumption and passion for the craft swayed me. Reading some of the other reviews here I have learned he is also responsible for saving 7 orphans from a burning building? Truly an exemplary chap and he should be given a raise immediately. Or at the very least a good old fashioned pat on the back. Well done Fraser!!!

I recently visited Burger King, and I had a great experience thanks to the service provided by Fraser. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. My meal came out quickly, and the food was hot and fresh. Fraser’s upbeat attitude really made the visit enjoyable. Overall, it was a solid experience, and I'd definitely come back for both the food and the excellent service!

Food was really good and was quick a worker named Luke was very helpful aswell

Was served by a wee guy called Fraser, what a guy, really made my day. He cooked my burger and then afterwards went above and beyond, helping me to balance my finances and submit my tax return. I heard he also saved 7 orphans from a burning building too which is pretty cool I guess. He might be quite short but definitely an asset to this company. I will be back because of Fraser.

I would like to thank burger king for their recent service as I was there with little disabled brother and he gave us easy access, great service and made it a good experience. Only for lunch but if we got service like that from i believe his name was Mukhtar, all the time, our experiences would be so much more enjoyable everwhere.

i ordered a double bacon cheeseburger meal and they forgot to bacon on my fries! I went up to the counter and luke efficiently had this fixed for me and took my experince to the next level! thank you luke.

I got a meal delivered and I waited 40 minutes for ir, when I finally got it it was stone cold freezing, couldn't eat it, it was too hard £32 it cost me i was offered the measly amount of £8 back only good items I ordered that were decent was the juice which was meant to be cold

Fast and friendly service, the shop wasn’t overly busy so got served right away by a lovely member of staff. Food was nice and fresh, will definitely be back. Always a nice clean environment when I visit, highly recommend.

Staff all very friendly and helpful. Ordered chicken royale meal and a kids meal for granddaughter. Every came hot and was very tasty. Shop floor is very clean and staff are always out cleaning tables and emptying bins. Will definitely be back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to the Dunfermline branch. Will defo be visiting again soon.

Food was barely warm, everyone felt ill after, wouldn't recommend and won't be back.

Two people in the restaurant when we arrived. Burgers had things missing from them. Burgers weren’t hot enough to melt the cheese, onion rings were tasteless. The rolls were frozen rolls , defrosted they broke up as soon as you lifted them up. The soft drinks were all flat and tasted really disgusting. The only drink that was ok was my Granddaughters which was a carton of juice. Between me.my husband ,my daughter, + two kids we spent over £60. Plenty of staff standing behind the counter all chatting the whole time we were in. Customer service was zero . Take my advise and avoid this Burger King , save your money !

Take a look at the pile of over priced bland undercooked you get at burger king. Makes you think twice doesn't it. Just threw this away as who know what bloody 'meat' they source.

Management in this place is awful, truly dreadful food, nothing like the ads, almost inedible, I used the drive thru and got back on the motorway, opened the bag to discover something that looked like seagulls had had a go at it, £11 wasted, diet coke instead regular coke, I was furious.

Every single time we get a delivery the chicken royale is missing, tried phoning and get ignored on the phone, last time we will be ordering from Burger King and will be putting in a complaint to higher as it’s been more than once this has happened now needing to phone somewhere else so I can get food.

Been going here for few months on and off while at college and never had any issues food is great and order always correct. Poor not system way better than McDonald's too can get full meal with points rather than single items

I have been here a handful of times. Every time I have been my order has been wrong. Most recently ordered a plain cheeseburger, got a plain burger, no cheese. Also asked for full fat coke, was given diet. When I went back in to get this changed, they told me the machines were out of full fat coke and to use the self serve ones, which were also out. Clearly they've known there was no full fat coke and decided to just give me diet without asking. So annoying. The place was empty as well so not like they have the argument of being busy or inundated. The girl who I spoke to about changing the order looked like she couldn't be bothered. Total shambles of a place. I will not be back.

Staff were great really nice mannered. But the food was diabolical. The chips were covered heavily with salt. Couldn't give them to my granddaughter 🤮 our meals were cold the plastic cheese slice hadn't melted at all and the juice was like drinking chemicals. I did complain about it and how salty the chips were and was told "the way the chips come out they automatically are salted" So you cant ever have chips with no salt 🤷🏻‍♀️Not a nice experience.

Ropey AF. Had some chicken chimichurri burgers, and they were tony and rank, apparently these are 'gourmet'??? Disgusting. This place reeks of somewhere that has the classic combo of: 1. Poor staff 2. Poor business process 3. Zero quality control 4. Poor management Never again, ever. I'll be surprised if this outlet lasts another year, anyone ordering from here would never go here again in a million years. Go.to smashburger instead, it's 2 minutes away, or even McDonalds, as McDonald's is significantly superior to this in every way.

Napkins dispenser out of napkins, regular coke in both machines empty so only 0 sugar available. Charged for extra milk 2 quid when kids meal with milk is 4. Ow and no toy in kids bix neither hats.

No napkins, no toys, no hat in the kids meal box. No coke. Super slow staff. Little milk for a child £1.99. not happy at all.

Went into order food at 9pm and was told that I couldn’t order food in the restaurant and that it was drive through only. Now there was no signs up saying that it was drive through only and the young team were not interested when questioned. Won’t be back here again

Average food, very long service time despite no queue, food tasteless, but what else can you expect from fast food chains? It is okay for a fast detour when you have two hungry kids in the car. Otherwise just avoid. Also very poor coffee

Sorry to say had a terrible experience at your restaurant was shopping in dunfermline and decided to pop in ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and large fries and 2 portions of onion rings when the order came it was warm but not hot not fresh had been sitting cheese was melted from when it had been cooked but because it sat a while was dry no lettuce tomatoes chips were cold had played extra for sauces but never used as chips were cold and never got onion rings went up to get them lad said he forgot but gave them they were warm to and to top it the cold drinks no ice and drinks were room temperature while we were sitting there was a family with a lot of kids and when they left one of the kids must have been sick when the young lad came to wipe the table he made a song a dance about it telling his colleagues what he had to clean up sorry wont be back when I tried to complain both telephone numbers on website need updated

Hot food, clean restaurant, friendly staff

Ordered a classic chicken melt and a double BBQ melt. We can expected melted cheese as the name and the picture on the menu would suggest. There was a glimpse of cheese on each. When I asked the server if there was meant to be cheese on the sandwich he said "no there is cheese sauce on it, it's just dried in to the bun". That doesn't suggest "melt" when you are told the little sniff of cheese sauce has dried in. It wasn't just the sauce that was dry. The burgers were dry and chewy as was the chicken.

Ordered online for the meal deal. What a shock that was. The burger us smaller than the mcdonalds saver burger. Dry and cold. The sides were disappointing and cold. The fries well the few you get cold. Waited over an hour when the app said 30 mins. Never again. Mcdonalds here I come because I'm still hungry.

Burger King please close this one down. The franchisee has obviously no interest in this place at all. Foods cold, chips seemingly cooked hours ago still being sold, bland tasteless onion rings, bun so dry it’s falling apart. Cola flat with no taste. Do Dunfermline a favour and close.

Drive through order here, unfortunately this burger king is continuing its trend of missing items, those provided being smaller and managing to make all the items cold. Best of all was not providing a receipt so you can't claim back the missing items.

Went to this Burger King on 21st of February around 4.30pm, ordered some takeaway, I waited there over 30 mins for my food, the cashier makes me feel like I own him money, he didn't use any "thank you" this kind of word when I pick up my food. Also, does Burger King staff wear gloves when they make hamburgers?? I clearly saw the guy who made hamburgers just bare his hand after touching his nose...

Overpriced and not worth it. Almost £23 for 2 "large" meals. Loaded fries a rip off, just a small portion in a box with a drizzle of cheese, maybe enough to cover a fry and not even 1 rasher of bacon chopped. Won't be back. No wonder we were the only ones in sorry to say

Basically to cut it short - I was served by a young “ lady” at drive through and as she went to handle my food and wait she put her right hand down to scratch her bare backside, hygiene at its best keep it up!

Took my daughter in for dinner. Staff were friendly and placed my order at the counter. Food was ready quite quickly. We sat in and ate. Food was delicious. Restaurant wasn't too busy so was quite quiet and plenty of tables available.

Parked easily enough, got food quickly, place was clean.
