Delivery drivers attitude was disgusting all because he couldn't find my house. Began talking down to me saying I didn't make his life easy and that I should have a number on my house when in fact the house has a name instead of a number. Everyone else seems to find it no problem. Called to speak to a manager but no one interested, promise call back but never happened! Won't use ever again

Ordered from here for delivery for a large group. All pizzas turned up fast and hot. Everything was there nothing missing which was great. Driver was nice and friendly

We ordered meals on line on a Tuesday (2 for 1 night) for a treat for our grandchildren who were staying with us at the time! The delivery was okay and to be able to watch the preparation etc on-line was a novelty for us all but hey, the entire order was overpriced and not brilliant quality - i could have made better myself! It cost almost £27 for 2 medium pizzas at bogof, a few wedges and two cookies - all very poor quality and a lot of it thrown away! Never again!

30/9/18 I ordered a pizza from dominoes it took about 40 mins for the delivery and when we went to the door to pay for it we gave the man £15 and our pizza was only £13 and we never received any change and the pizza was very small for what was supposed to £13. Me personally will never get a delivery from there again. 😡

My first ever one star review, absolutely awful service from this particular branch of Dominos. Having recently moved from Glasgow to Dunfermline I very sadly miss the Great Western Road branch but sadly this is now our local one, and jeez it’s awful. The amount of times we have ordered and items have been missed, delivery has taken over 2hours and food less than sub par is countless. Nevertheless we have given this branch the benefit of the doubt numerous times to see if things would improve, but after last nights experience that’s it, I’m done. Order from here if you like paying over the odds for food poisoning, and waiting over two hours for the privilege. Management also don’t care about customer service so there’s no point in complaining. Just avoid. Dunfermline needs more local high quality pizza joints to encourage a bit of competition and raise standards. Praying a Paesano comes here...

Tgought id try here at night after a few pints. Delivery service nice and quick. Pizza way way to expensive for all it is.. £23 for 2 pizzas is obscence. Didnt even taste that good for the price paid. Next time if i want a pizz will go to my chedt freezer and stick on a pizza from there. Much cheaper and tadtes better.

Pushed for time tonight so ordered a 9.5 inch pizza with 3 toppings and a side of potato wedges. Food came in a reasonable time and was hot. Expected more in terms of quality and taste though and portion size of wedges was pretty stingy. Incredibly overpriced for what it was (£18.00). There're better choices for fast food provider in Dunfermline so won't be ordering from Domino's again in a hurry. Approach seems to be one of charge as much as we can for food because it's nowhere near good enough for repeat custom.

I compared this place to my favourite pizza takeaway (The New Serena) And there's a big difference the prices are worse and the pizzas are no where near as good. Delivery isn't that slow though. But the pizzas are pretty plain tasting. (No Flavour) But mainly please please please fix the prices!

Against my instincts we ordered pizza on Friday night. Actually it was ok and delivery driver was great. Large pizza and two sides and dips cheaper than a medium - go figure.Anyway pipping hot and better amount of toppings, so pleasantly surprised.

Ordered two large pizzas and two sides as part of their £24.99 deal which in my opinion is very expensive but thought we'd treat ourselves. Pizza arrived on time however, was very poor quality and missing ingredients on it. Customer service is a joke, got in touch to complain and they were slow to reply, took a string of emails to actually get any worth while compensation and when it was offered and we went to claim it, the branch had no idea what we were talking about and said nothing has been done so we cant use our discount. Went back to the Customer Service team at Dominos and have been ignored since. 6 days later still no reply. Terrible experience will never go to this overpriced franchise again.

The usual high standard of Domino's has been upheld by this restaurant. The food was tasty and the service efficient.

I've never had such an experience with any other food outlet; neither in Rudrapur nor anywhere else. But this time it was the domino's outlet in Rudrapur. Its just one outlet here in the city and may be because of that these people have become very stubborn in dealing with their customers. Today was the Rakhi day I visited the outlet with my family and the way they dealt was more than terrible. They were not well trained and were not even aware about the offers and schemes. Ideally its their responsibility to make the customers aware about the offers as the other food chains do. But here they were not bothered to and when asked for; they argued. I can even pen down the names of the employees, one was from the OT team but am not interested to do so. It was really the poorest experience. Guys please be aware of the offers and schemes as they will never take the initiative to tell you about it. But you do ask. Its not just about the money . Some pennies don't matter but what matters is the customer satisfaction and the employees responsibility towards the customer.The top management should dully take some strict action about the team and their training.

I've never had worse pizza that this one...the bottom was burnt so much so that it came off the pizza....was tasteless, cold and it should b inspected by the health department and what it costs £18.00.. is this possible for god sake do something about it,, i read so many terrible reviews what r you waiting for.

ive never had a bad pizza from this shop i order quite regularly and i love the food i get delivery boys are always nice and polite ......anytime i have to phone the shop i get great service too on the phone ....i will continue to use dominos pizza thanks to all the staff i think u are all a great team

In case you were labouring under the impression Dominos pizza bases are fresh, my husband and I have just had our order of two medium pizzas declined. Apparently they only have large bases left, at full price. My husband did point out that we wanted medium pizzas and it was hardly our fault they'd run out, but to no avail. The rude member of staff said 'not my problem, I just answer the phones' Do yourself a favour and order from Papa Johns.

the food was 2 hours late when we finally got the order the man was very rude and the food was cold and burnt i will never order there again they where so rude and the food was terrible and it was very pricey.

Ordered a pizza from Ballyclare branch, thin and crispy pepperoni passion. No, got a thick and wet crush. so much grease and oil on the top i was appalled. The whole pizza, if you can call that, was vile and just chucked it in the bin rather than give it to the kids who waited for it. Never again will I order from this horrible firm,

Totally overrated and appalling place. If you want pizza go anywhere but here.Service was diabolical and slow. Pizza wasn't well cooked (borderline burnt) and topping would have required Sherlock Holmes to find.Save your money and time and go to Pizza Hut, Shabab, pizza boy or Istanbul instead.

I ordered a family pizza at 6pm..... called New cross store to confirm it they said its in the oven at 6:30 ......... 7pm still not here called them they are busy...... i said fine...... called 7;20 on delivery....... 7:30 delivery did not came and called them and asked for a refund they laughed at me and shut the phone on my face called 5 times they did not speak to me. called again and different person answered the phone and replied I havent got your order in my store go check the website.... what a rubbish company they are saying we are UK leading pizza company yeah damn ur right absolutely rubbish speacially New Cross Store will never spend a single penny. called to head office customere service and now they are going to refund me ( I hope).

The following is an email I sent to Dominos explaining the terrible experience I had tonight and the reason for this poor review. Dear Dominos, To start with, this is the last time I will email/call/contact you/order from you ever in my life. I had my night ruined aimlessly waiting for my food to the point that I got so frustrated and walked to the nearest store where I got even worse customer service. It all started when I placed my order online automatically using my number. However, my phone just recently broke so I knew there was no way they could contact me that way. I was with a friend and she instantly phoned the Islington store to explain that we had given the wrong number and to inform them of the correct one so they could contact once they reach our place. We called about 10 times but the call was always ended midway in solving the problem. My friend eventually got through to a lady who took down the right number and put her on hold while she checked the status of the order. She was held for 20 minutes only to be hung up on. We then called another 15 times and not once did the Islington store pick up again. It had been 2 hours by this point. We got so frustrated that we decided to walk to the Islington store and see what is going on. We explained what happened to the guys at the till and their response was to blame us for giving them the wrong phone number that kept the driver waiting and subsequently left. Furthermore, they told us we have not paid for anything so we shouldn't be complaining. Also, we witnessed one of the employees pick up the phone even though they claimed they were too busy to answer our calls before or to change our number and fix the order. It looks to me as if they realised they messed up our order and purposely ignored my friend's calls. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour, unacceptable customer service, unacceptable system that no longer lets you correct your details once the order was placed and a night completely wasted for food that never arrived as well as employees that did nothing to fix the situation and blamed us instead. I am extremely disappointed as I've been a recurring customer of Dominos many many times and never complained even though my order was messed up quite a few times in terms of ingredients. I will never order from you again and will share my bad experience across all social media as well as my friends to avoid the possibility of them suffering the same horrible experience that me and my friend went through tonight. Ordered a pizza for me and my boyfriend while watching the rugby. To be fair the delivery man was polite. but the pizza itself was the worst pizza we've had in a long time. After the first bite the whole of the pizza was in the bin no hesitation. Very disappointed in the quality of the pizza and wont be ordering from here again.

We ordered a cheese and tomato pizza- thin crust, and a meat feast on regular crust. When we got home after collecting it we opened the box to the cheese and tomato pizza and it was extremely burnt however the meat feast was fine. We then called Dominos in Arnold, Nottingham to get another one delivered and when that was delivered we also found another burnt cheese and tomato pizza. When I called Dominos up again a woman said thats how pizzas come. Pizzas do not come dry and burnt. We have been to many pizza places; Papa Johns, Dominos several times and Pizza hut. Never have they come this dry or burnt where its extremely hard to bite through. Dont know how Dominos is still open after reading some reviews on websites. Not impressed at all!

The pizzas are always ok/good in taste, but they have dramatically changed in size; much, much smaller. The sides, however, are overpriced and nothing like advertised. The nachos are a lump of mess thrown in a box, and when you try to lift out a single nacho the entire thing lifts in one piece. The portions are quite small, too. The wings are a floppy mess, regardless of how many times you tell them you want them well-done. Domino's is an established name, they shouldn't be serving up such mediocre food.

Ordered two pizza's but I must say they were horrible. Base is as thin as one can get and the taste was horrible. Felt like vomiting. Never expected that the quality will be so bad. I think they are short staff and under pressure. Seen their staff members wearing Domino's badges and standing on almost all the traffic lights in west Bridgford Nottingham . They should concentrate more on the quality than the advertisement. There are other pizza shops which are far better than them. Will not recommend them at all. Never eaten a pizza like that before in my life. Base was as worst as one can get. Not even happy to even gave them one star.

Been a customer of Dominos for a while. They often forget to deliver items. Last time it happened the driver promised he would bring it back. Never saw the pizza he said he would bring back. Been dealing with head office who promised a refund in a few days. Been over a month now and several emails and still nothing. Won't ever use the Banbury (or any other store) store ever again!

This is a domino's, they do pizza - had better, had worse. Sometimes you will get a leaflet with specials through your door.Sometimes you will get it delivered or you can pick up in the shop...

I ordered a pizza and a couple of sides. Everything was delivered promptly and the delivery driver was very friendly. It wasn't until he had gone that I realised they had not delivered one of the sides I had payed for so I phoned up and was told they would send some more out. I've now been waiting an hour and a half and I doubt my cookies are going to be delivered. Very disappointing as I usually have very good service and everything is delivered all at once. This issue puts me off ordering from them again as I feel that I've been done and my money has just been taken!

Ordered two medium pizzas and a side of wedges. Pizzas good Well topped but Wedges weren't great, under cooked and smaller portion than normal. Staff seemed friendly and kitchen clean, you can see right into kitchen and watch pizza making but seeing a driver cashing out in open office while 2 deliverys on hotlamps seemed strange

I've never felt the need to write a review before I ordered a 13 inch pizza from Dominoes last night,I have to say I shall never order from here before,I asked for extra cheese and pepperoni,s which we never got,pizza took over an hour to be delivered and when we received it,it cost a shocking £15.69 ,it was nonothing to look at and tasted even worse,in future I will either go to Pizza boy or get one from Asda.

The First few experiences I had here were amazing but on my fifth return new people were working there and the standards have dropped now the crust and base of the pizza are always very chewy and the toppings are not evenly laid out. To the franchise owner I hope you fix these mistakes so I can return and be satisfied and not have to go to the competition (Pizza Hut )

Saw an advert for any sized pizza £9.99 with delivery - sounded good so ordered online only to find that you have to spend £12.49 minimum before they will deliver!Phoned and queried it - was told that there is a £12.49 minimum spend. You can apparently order other things and the price of the pizza will be £9.99 - that's not what the advert says.Why not tell your customers as it is rather than making out you are offering something that you are not by hiding behind the 'T&Cs apply' tagline in order to attract customers and squeeze a bit more profit from them.Care to comment Dominos?

Normally twice a month I use this place never disappoint from here lovely chicken wings great Piza compre to edinburgh bit expensive but no issue until and unless there quality is good first doesn't matter

The worst pizza delivery service ever and probably the most expensive. I hadn't a clue what the guy was saying on the phone, and when it did arrive 1 and a half hours later it was cold. Don't go near this place.

The most rudest person ever on the phone when I called back an hour later he doubted when I ordered it even though I had a log on my phone. Will never order again

I moved from Aberdeen to Dunfermline last year and LOVED Dominos from all Aberdeen branches. The Dunfermline one - having now given it 4 chances - is awful. Chewy, not enough sauce or topping, slow service .... disappointing!

I have ordered a delivery on 23/03/2014 at 14.20 & I am still waiting for my delivery at 15 .40 hrs. I rang them more than 3 time & the answer was Its on its way. I am totally disappointing

I ordered pizza from Domino's Dunfermline at number of different occasions but always disappointed. Very poor quality, toppings were not properly spread which makes pizza very un-balanced. I ordered 20 pizza for a get together but through them in bin as it was very terrible and not properly baked, not liked by my friends . I recently order veg pizza and it was again same experience , poor quality and un-balanced as it looks like the entire sweet corn packed placed in the centre of pizza. I am sorry to say but staff is also very unprofessional and they don't have customer services skills at all. I have decided to give up from Domino's as I spoiled my pizza taste just because to them. It absolutely waste of money.

Sounds stupid I know, but this is not the best Doninos pizza I've ever had!!! For some reason they don't seem to out enough sauce or cheese on and as a result the pizza tastes a bit bland!!! Not sure il be using this store any time soon.

I love pizza and dominos is usually my favourite takeaway but the staff in this particular one are so rude and ignorant that it has put me off returning.

First things first - this is more a review of the particular franchise in Dunfermline rather than Domino's overall. If you order from their menu it's supposed to be the same as at any other branch, and in this respect Dunfermline is fine. I've not had any problems with the food description or taste.The difficulty has been with the staff. I've ordered the American Hot on many occasions, and twice (once in store, once home delivery) it has been wrong. I have been given a pizza with a name quite close to this, but different toppings - still, this is their business, I expect them to know the difference. This has meant waiting more than half an hour for them to correct their mistake. I've also gone in around half an hour before closing time to find no-one in the front of the shop (all in the little office, and no-one coming out despite the cameras etc showing someone in the front of the shop). Seem to enjoy chatting a lot, but not serving customers. On one other occasion the pizza was burnt in the oven and it took approximately 40 minutes to get a single pizza (although, to be fair, this was when they first opened so I am prepared to put this down to 'teething problems'.)My advice - if you're going to go, make sure they repeat your order back to you so you can be sure you're getting what you asked for!

I have had a few Pizza"s from Domino's now but I must remember not to order the thin crust, it is like eating cardboard, but apart from that their pizza' are good with the various choice of toppings. Delivery service is great.

Their voice was so loud coming out from thr kitchen and even some of the staff was working with no gloves And i guy came with a pot of flowers put it on the casheir desk talking with staff loudly and they were responding loudly as well is this dominos world wide.

Stopped here while touring the Kingdom of Fife - Dunfermline being the hometown of Andrew Carnegie. Wouldn't usually write about a simple pizza; but the service was so very friendly and the pizza and side orders faultless. A credit to the brand.
