The best restaurants in Lower Braes Falkirk Central Scotland

We ordered a mixed Special Hummus Shawarma Chicken Hummus Shawarma Lamb ( £31.99 ) platter fir two people and added the Beirut Garlic Sauce and Chicken Wings. It took about an hour for the order to arrive. We had ordered the wings as an extra because we were really hungry. The mixed hummus Sharwarma chicken platter was enough to be honest. We didn’t even get to eat the rice and had to leave the chicken wings for the following day. The whole platter was well put together. The hummus was tasty and all the meat also tasted fresh. We will definitely order from here again.

Nice roll,I feel it's really set up for school kids (secondary),for snacks and a quick lunch.But I would go again for a morning roll.💪🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💙🤠

The batter on the fish is the best I've tasted n the guy is so friendly. The prices are really good. The rest of the staff are really friendly it's just a small place but we travel from whitnurn to get a fish supper coz it's made fresh no reheated like some places. We'll definitely be back

Never been disappointed when I visit the Bakehouse. Service is always friendly, quick and the quality of food excellent. Would recommend the homemade soup

Very disappointing- don’t believe these Google reviews! Not AT ALL as described on website- the menu was completely different. Service was the SLOWEST I have ever experienced. Waiters were setting up tables for tomorrow meanwhile we were waiting 45mins+ for 2 coffees. No apology or compensation for this at all. We were a group of 6 and out for the birthday boy. We told them it was his birthday and they completely forgot. Meanwhile 2 other people got birthday shots + cake. It was someone’s anniversary when we were there and they had live music. Not exactly our cup of tea but we ended up really enjoying it in the end- talked to the bloke whose anniversary it was and he was lovely. Only thing is when we booked restaurant didn’t mention this at all and we were just surprised by loud music and atmosphere that’s all. Food was really decent- nice Italian pizzas and pasta was pretty good too. Bill was £200 between us 6.

Absolutely crap. No chef for breakfast. No receipt for cash at the bar. Don't go there,.. STAY AWAY

Came across this restaurant online seeing it had mostly positive reviews. Menu looked really nice so decided to give it a try. Had a reservation for 12:00. Upon arrival there were only 3 other small tables sitting. We waited 20 minutes before they took our drinks order. Due to the time waited we requested to order our food at the same time. It was explained this was not possible as they did not want to overwhelm the chef so would come back in a couple of minutes for our food order. Another 15 minutes passed without the server returning so we decided to leave the restaurant. The server said he can go get our drinks now. We explained we’ve sat for 35 minutes without a drink or our food order being taken. The server apologised as we left. This was a pre-booked reservation. The restaurant was not busy and should not be taking that long to serve customers. This visit fell short of our expectations, I would not recommend to others.

Food very poor. Came out cold only thing that was warm was the eggs so it’s been sat on the pass. Things missing from menu. Staff seem unhappy you pay £ 1.79 and get half a pot of peppered sauce.

Went with family all had different tastes ages from 8 to 85 all enjoyed it staff fantastic very attentive couldn't recommend highly enough

Enjoyed a lovely evening in Benny ts restaurant. Great food. Good atmosphere. Fish and chips were great. Service was excellent. Kayley did a great job serving us. She was pleasant and well mannered and had a good knowledge of the menu. All the staff were pleasant. We will go back.
