We both got a breakfast and every bit of the Food was cold even the beans so was rock hard. Tea was also cold and almost seeping through the cup so seems it had been sitting a while. Haven’t had food from here in a while but seems to have went downhill.

I used to crave the bungalow breakfasts at the end of my pregnancy. Since being back to work I don't get delivery's often, always arrives hot & tasty. Thanks again x

missing coleslaw that was paid extra for. instead had some lettuce wrapped in clingfilm and an attempted replacement. very poor.

not too happy it says gammon roll and it was just normal ham. jacket potatoes with coronation chicken had salad on last time no salad this time so not too happy about it I was looking forward to it

Great local shop with friendly staff

Food tasted nice and was cooked perfect, rolls were also nice and fresh.

Food was good cheese missing from the cheese burger and the 2 coffees missing from the 2 breakfasts that were ordered

Absolutely terrible. Soup was freezing cold and just a tub of yellow water. The prices are way over the top for the low quality of food you get. Won’t be back

This wee shop hides away in the middle of a street. I popped in for a bacon amd sausage doubler. The staff were quite.friendly. I was expecting the likes of greggs, cheap sausage and bacon but no, some quality meats went in my roll. Its a wee shop that does hot and cold rolls. Dont expect fine dining and you wont be disappointed. For what it is, it gets 5 stars from me.

Delivery time is excellent. Food quality is very below average. Cheap sausage bacon etc the dogs decided it wasny even for them. If the cost was half you would still be overcharged. Will not order ever again

Enjoying lunch regularly just now from the bungalow Shop, because I'm not well enough to cook. Kids love their selection of cakes and everything is always cooked to perfection and my son's very fussy with his tuna mayo and he loves their tuna mayo rolls so I'm very happy with this shop.

Was expecting links sausage’s but got good lourne sausage

Coleslaw was missing, toastie had hardly any cheese on it and I got salad that I didn't order. Definitely not worth £12

Selling out of date vapes that either last no more than 10 puffs or they just taste burnt out. Everything is extortionate and no one is ever happy in there.

thought id try here breakfast was not great all i cud taste was grease of the food cheep and nasty sausage and haggis and black pudding had a yulky taste to it wont be back and tea was cold

Absolute joke of a place. The lady with the black hair and glasses is the most rude person I’ve ever met in my life! I order off just eat every weekend and this was my first visit to the shop.. won’t be back and won’t be ordering off just eat again

Always great food the cakes are to die for

I love getting food from here. Always really tasty. The only criticism I have is when I order a breakfast, the beans are in the same box as everything else and it makes everything taste like bean juice, maybe an idea to get little pots to put the beans in or in a seperate coffee cup, just to make things less messy, but other than that I think everyone should get food from here.

Couldn't get order right even when it says on the receipt

Food is really quite good but 3 times in a row they've got the (simple) orders wrong in some inexplicable way. If unsure, they should ask. One mistake is understandable but so many in a row they're clearly not paying attention. Disappointing to be honest.

The food was fantastic and very well cooked. Great quality too. It was also refreshing to receive a coffee that hasn’t leaked everywhere as it was very well sealed. Will definitely use again.

Was freezing when it got here then items missing

Food was delicious (as always). The delivery was late so I can’t say otherwise BUT not the fault of the driver as the location is difficult to find, especially when GPS shows it a street away. He did call me and I directed him, he was very polite and professional.

Bought large breakfast. Flat black pudding is rank, bacon is dry, egg like rubber and no running yoke. The sausage was good and the tattie scone. Not worth £8 or so. Only half was edible. Standards fallen but not price. Shame I used to love this place.

the food can be good here but the customer service and overall mannerism of the women who work in here is appalling. i always feel intimidated and uncomfortable, despite me saying hello and goodbye without any acknowledgment or reply. they act like they’d rather be doing literally anything else, i’ve also been in a few times where the staff have been arguing and fighting loudly in front of customers over minor trivalties, the food may be good but not worth the circus that seems to go on inside.

If the food was over cooked it was undercooked. Ordered large breakfast and it was rammed in a small box with items missing also which made everything all mixed about and beans everywhere.

Worst breakfast I’ve had, was rotten big breakfast box comes in a tub you would get chips in even the cups of tea were rotten

What a lovely place, had a strange pregnancy craving and these guys made it happen for me. The food was lovely and the salad was incredibly fresh. Will definitely be ordering again. The little note made my day. Thank you so much.

Food was horrible. Breakfast was not cooked properly & the bacon was raw & old looking. The lentil soup tasted like it had been sat for weeks & any time I took a bite I thought to myself this will make me unwell so I threw it all away. for the amount I paid I'm shocked. massive health risk & my pregnant fiancé could have gotten sick. Needs someone to go inspect the place for health risks. Not to forget the women working in the shop is super rude & can tell she hates her job.

Food was amazing, only thing the hot chocolate wasn't hot when it came but I'm not going to let it effect my judgement definitely won't be the last time I order from here 😊

First time ordering, will order again!

Food arrived in a reasonable time frame but the coffee cup was half full. Given that it’s 2.69 for a cappuccino I wasn’t prepared to not let the shop know. Their reaction was that it was full and asked if there was spillage, which there wasn’t. The cup was fully sealed with clingfilm when it arrived. I offered them a photo to prove that it was half full and it was refused. Accepting the photo would have put the issue to bed. They initially advised me to contact just eat to obtain a refund but I refused. In my experience, Just Eat employees have a track record of passing the buck back to the seller which results in no compensation at all. The seller did process a refund straight to my card which I appreciate. Using Just Eat is now so stressful for consumers and sellers to use that it immediately causes tension between the two parties. Note to seller: The suggestion was that the foam had evaporated, If this was the case then I would suggest a new coffee machine or decanting the foam and refilling to ensure a decent amount of coffee.

Food was not edible and how it was packed for delivery was shocking. Phoned to complain but they obviously couldn't care less and just blamed the driver. Also 5.99 for a badly cooked egg bacon and sausage? Cost of living right enough

asked for cheese on my tuna roll and it was a cheese slice I got, not proper cheese. very strange. egg roll was nice, quick delivery.

I ordered two hot-filled double Decker roll with brown sauce. I received an uncooked fried egg on one of my rolls, and there wasn't a single drop of sauce on the rolls. The roll wasn't pleasant to eat. I do like ordering from this shop; however, after receiving my order today, I'm not so keen about reordering.

Food would have gotten 5 stars but the chips had a lot of charcoaled peices in them, not slightly burnt talking almost ash.

The food from The Bungalow shop was absolutely inedible even my dog wouldn't touch it and £4 delivery charge for just about a mile away is totally ridiculous will NOT be using this shop again !

Soup hot and tasty coronation chicken wraps filled with plenty chicken sauce was a little bit bland tho biscuits lovely
