The batter on the fish is the best I've tasted n the guy is so friendly. The prices are really good. The rest of the staff are really friendly it's just a small place but we travel from whitnurn to get a fish supper coz it's made fresh no reheated like some places. We'll definitely be back

Alway go here when I get a chippy. Food is always hot and fresh. Sometimes a bit of a wait but that’s only because it’s really popular and delicious so can’t really complain about that. Never had a bad meal here.

Foods is always fresh cooked and good quality. The fish supper is very tasty and I really enjoy the haggis.

Over cooked two very thin fish, which looked poor in the shop but in daylight very well done, unfortunately it was not a steak. At £7.40 for this, the person who fried this dosn't understand how to use a deep fat fryer. The owner is very amiable, but quality is very poor and expensive.

This chippy is the best in Falkirk. The food is fantastic, the service brilliant, not forgetting the staff, you get good banter with them nothing is a bother for them. Keep up the good work.

Great hosts and great food! A great selection on the menu but went with my first Fish Supper in Scotland and it was excellent.

Love the Colorado. The staff are the nicest & the banter as you wait is first rate. The food is freshly cooked and not over priced. If you’re in the market for a chippy then the Colorado far surpasses the others in the area.

We are regulars at this chip shop and are never disappointed, owner very helpful and friendly, great food, well cooked, and good portions, staff very able, and helpful.

This place is without a doubt the best chippy in Falkirk. Food quality is great and customer service is just as good. Jeff (the owner) is such a down to earth person and makes sure you’re never bored when waiting on your food, would definitely recommend.

Took almost an hour and a half from ordering to delivery, too long in my opinion. Food was ok but probably wouldn’t return.

Very, very late delivery, should have called to tell us of delay and we could have gone elsewhere, don't expect a chippy delivery to take 2 hours! Very disappointed :(

Ordered the Sunday Roast Taster for the first time and it was really tasty. I ordered it with the steak pie and everything was cooked to perfection. The hot dog was one of the best I've tasted. I ordered this plain online but when I collected my order I noticed in the chip shop that they have lots of toppings so I added nacho cheese and caramelised onions (toppings weren't shown on just eat). My kids loved them. Will definitely be ordering again. 10/10

The restaurant added 15 mins to the time then was an extra 10 mins late, a bit disappointing but all can be forgiven with a good meal. In good points, it was still hot when it got here, the mince pie went down well, the chips are nice big chunky flat things which I like. Downsides, the sausage batter was particularly chewy and I wasn't as keen on the sausage although I'm normally not overly fussy. I've ordered from here again with better results so I wouldn't hold a chippy-grudge.

Will be ordering again! Kids loved the chicken nuggets and the sauces BBQ especially (so many great sauces to choose from.) Nacho cheese sauce over chips was a hit too! Fish supper was really tasty. 👍

Jalapeno poppers were brilliant. nachos so much better than at the movies. I could tell the nacho cheese sauce was freshly made.. Nacho cheese sauce over the chips was the best chips and cheese I have ever had, something different and fresh. Fish was outstanding. Spicy chx bites were amazing. The chips are out of this world. Has to be the best chippy in all of scotland and I have tried most of them. keep up the prideful work colorado team!! Love the new look in the shop.

**RANT ALERT! ** Extremely disappointed. First the drivers partner calls to ask I have the exact change as the shop hasn't supplied them with any change. I explained that I did not, I had either £4 more or 85p less depending on what notes I handed over. She said she would call the shop and see. They then arrived outside and sat for 5 mins chatting even though the driver seen my husband at the window and even had the cheek to wave knowing we were waiting and still sat there.. I was waiting outside. I called to see what they were doing to be told her partner had to bring it up as she "can't do flats" we don't care which one brings it to the door! The driver came up and asked for the correct amount, I asked if he managed to get change to which he said no and just looked at me as if I was stupid. I asked what did the shop say as to what we were to do about the situation and he said that the owner said it wasn't fair on the driver to be underpaid and insinuated that I should pay £4 extra for my order. He also stated that I was to phone the shop if I had an issue with that. I refused to pay the extra and handing him the notes and change that I had meaning he was 85p short, I said go back to the shop then come back to me with change and I will pay the extra that I owe. He didn't say a word and just walked away! He didn't come back. Then we move on to the food... The pizza crunch was freshly made, and although the nuggets and onion rings were also they were completely overcooked and had became very dark and rock hard! (unedible..) the haggis, sausage and fish had all been lying for a long time clearly with the batter becoming dry,rubbery and hard. The chips were also completely dried out. Was very disappointed as I was about to start a 12 hour nightshift so didn't have time to order anything else to eat or prepare another meal before work! Will definitely not order again after the whole experience. First and last time for us.

Never shopping again. This email said welcome to the just eat family. The email before offered me 25% off my order. Everytime I tried the voucher code it said not recognised or something to that effect. So after trying for 30 minutes I gave up.as was now hungry so ordered the food anyway. I ccould have cooked something in the microwave quicker.

Got 2 single fish on Friday night it was disgusting it was full of grease batter was halfed cooked my hubby and I could eat them horrible.

Can't complain with the quality of the food but there was no chips in the steak pie supper

When I ordered requested a delivery time of 5.15, when confirmation email was sent it stated delivery would be 5.45, but the guy chapped my door at 5.00!!! So think that needs reviewed!! What if I hadn't been in yet?!

My wide, daughter and I called here after driving from Wales for a late dinner. The owner was incredibly friendly, very polite and chatted as our food was being done. The meal itself was lovely. We all had different things, and all tried each others. Food was done to perfection. Highly recommended to locals and weary travellers! Free parking opposite, easy to find off the A9. Worth a visit

This is small chip shop that consistently serves great food. Our orders are always cooked fresh and the quality of the food is good and at fair prices. The staff are normally very friendly too. On this occasion we ordered a delivery through Just Eat and the food arrived promptly and was still hot. Great service!

Food came cold and under cooked and very soggy. The poor old man who delivered it struggled to count the money I handed over and was very slow but may I add he was lovely just not up to the job at his old age poor guy. Food was very disappointing and was not eaten, waist of money.

Visité este buen establecimiento con mi novia de 2 meses y nos pareció que el personal era de lo más agradable. La comida y la cena cowboy steakette estaban fuera de este mundo. Una comida suculenta! El personal era amable, y realmente no podía hacer lo suficiente para nosotros y la música House era fantástico. Mi única apremiante preocupación era la falta de seguridad. Esto me alarma como mi esposa interrumpió nuestra comida suculenta y era bastante ruidoso y hacía un horrible gente. Ella irrumpía en el sombrero de paja que llevando yo adquirir para su cumpleaños en TK Maxx y causado una escabechina absoluta! Elegí para comer en este establecimiento bien como pensé que iba a ser bastante alejado de la carretera y no me caigas con mi novia por mi esposa! En la parte superior de causar gran vergüenza, ella procedió a decir el otro respetable diners por que tengo bastante por desgracia acabaron de calcetines. Habría clasificado 5 estrellas ha tenido una presencia de seguridad.

We recently ordered for 4 people and can say we won't be back. Food arrived 45 minutes after the stated delivery time and given it was a Wednesday night I can't imagine it was too busy. No apology from the driver and food arrived luke warm. Not even a 10 minute drive away from the shop yet food took forever to come. Won't order from this chippy again

whilst visiting friends we all decided to have a chippy tea we went to the Colorado And placed our order the staff were very friendly and quick at serving I like my white pudding halved and it wasn't a bother the pudding and chips were excellent lovely tasted all my friends enjoyed there meal too highly recommend

Fast delivery, quicker than time estimated. Two decent sized pieces of fish in the supper. Pizza and sausage good too. Cheeseburger was ok, been better if it came in roll. An option for salt, vinegar and sauce would be good, however staff did put salt and vinegar on food as requested in additional info message section. First time tried here in years and preferred to other local alternatives, especially others on this site.

Ordered a sausage chip roll x2 cheeseburger and chips on cheese firstly sausage chip roll I didn't get any rolls no explanation by dilivery driver or a call from chip shop chips and cheese chips didn't have much cheese on them and cheeseburger was burnt to a crisp has to be the worded take away in the area also order total came to 13.40 yet delivery driver asked for 13.80 and upon being asked why extra cost deliver driver couldn't answer it STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHIP SHOP POOR FOOD EXTRA CHARGE AND MISSING ITEMS

The Fish and Chips had no taste whatsoever, no salt on the chips and dry, tasteless, soggy fish..

Need 2 smoked sausage or a full smoked sausage option in ur menu, 1 just isnt enough

The place seemed clean and staff friendly. Prices are good and all the food is cooked fresh. This means you have to wait a bit longer on it but that's not a bad thing when your getting fresh all the time.

On holiday from England and in search of the perfect fish supper....and Colorado Fish Bar will take some beating! The fish (two pieces) was juicy, batter was tasty, and there were plenty of chips. All very good quality. The staff were super-friendly, thank you! We'll definitely visit Colorado's again.

Just take my word and don't eat from this dump.....dreadfully cheap produce and expensive one star because I couldn't put 1!!

Good food was still hot when it got here but got wrong juice got cans instead of bottles and the delivery guy forgot it so had to go back for it other than that was all good

Delivery was quick however driver left my juice in his car and had to run back for it. Food was barely warm but tasted good. Never got correct order and when phoned was told it wasn't there problem, it was my fault. Very arrogant. Probably will not use again. Shame as food was pretty decent.

The other takeaways in Falkirk should all send their staff here for training in customer service and cooking and highest quality food mmmmh!!! Keep it up guys, We love it
