Pleased with food piping hot and delicious as usual highly recommended

Order took around 2 hours to come. Called multiple times and just told waiting on delivery driver and delivery time was changed on 2 occasions. Order finally came and food was soaked through making the food and box soggy and dripping. Everything was undercooked and mushy. Appreciate it was busy due to Mother’s Day and would have not been bothered by the late delivery due to them answering the phone and updates but good quality far from good enough

Delivery was late but tbh I don’t mind I phoned to check the order and the lassie on the phone was lovely. Food was piping hot, fish was lovely. Chips were great and my son enjoyed the nuggets. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you very much.

Food says it has arrived - it has not

Previously tried this place and had issues with very slow delivery. Gave it another try today after a while - delivery took 1hr 45min and missed the expected delivery time by a lot (thought the food wasn’t going to come). Pretty poor…

this is the first time I had to phone to complain, my fish was dry and batter was over cooked, got a new one very quickly

Food finally arrived 2 hours after the order was placed, when food did arrive it was all soggy as if it had been sitting for ages, won’t be ordering from here ever again

Couldn’t eat my sausage supper as it was tasteless curry sauce is like water and too sweet chips under cooked batter on the sausage was chewy need to up your game Debbie

Food is lovely but my curry sauce wasnt there and i orderd a full pizza supper but no chips came with meal

Debbie the owner is a class above the rest … Excellent service, most importantly so feckin delicious.. environmentally sensitive in cardboard boxes and not a whiff of nasty polystyrene.. and blumming reasonable.. I’m from south of the boarder … don’t hate on me…. my little grannie was Scottish …and we pay £9.00 for what Debs charges £6.00.. well worth our travel time en route to your awesome Kelpies … love Falkirk loved FryDs

Requested salt, vinegar and sauce on mains and also wrote in the comments politely asking for extra sauce on one of them, got 0 sauce, salt or vinegar on either of them. Pretty disappointed, had no sauce in house so it ruined it.

Listen, we love the food. Always do. But It was 2.5 hours for delivery. Or something mental like that!!! I think you need to sort that out…..

From placing order to the food being delivered it took 2 hours. Food was okay, but not good/great. Phoned up after an hour, and was told it was very busy - this wasn't reflected in the delivery time estimate on Just Eat.

Placed an order over 2 hours ago and still has not arrived! Queried where it was and told shop has been busier than usual, if not able to provide a sufficient time with lots of orders you shouldnt be taking them on to start with. I understand nights can be busy but over 2 hours wait is ridiculous

It's a brilliant chippy you just need to wait a long time for it to arrive. Always piping hot when it does eventually appear though.

Waiting for 2 hours fast food shouldn’t take this long and it’s still not arrived if it’s cold then I expect a full refund and won’t be happy to order online again at this rate to this restaurant/chip shop not happy what so ever if I ordered for my kids then they would be eating at this time before school the next day absolute joke!

Best Chipshop on falkirk always tastes amazing

Love this place. Food is out of this world. They forgot both my drinks though but mistakes happen. I just submitted a forgotten item thing through just eat. Would never order from anywhere else when they are open. People and food are amazing.

10/10 service, they didn't have something I asked for and they couldn't get a hold of me so sorted me out with extras, can't fault this place at all, customer service is amazing, the food is always fresh and piping hot, the chips cheese and curry from here is unbelievable 🤤 thanks again guys x

Food was nice and hot when it arrived however I didn't get my can of irn bru. From order placed to arrival was 1hour and 15 mins not the best wait time.

Our order was late, but we were informed by texts throughout . Will be ordering from here again in future. Portions were big, and very tasty. We had fish supper and & white pudding supper. Would definitely recommend to others.

Waited a while for the food but no longer than the advised time. Well worth the wait. Food arrived hot and freshly cooked. Chips excellent. Battered sausages excellent. Half pizza crunch excellent. Best chippy we've had in ages! Will definitely be back.
