It’s sometime since I have had food from Flames and sorry to say feel quality of food has gone downhill. The pakora was soft, stodgy and stringy, the Korma was tasteless and the nan was burnt on one side. I was so disappointed.

Cheese pizza with chicken tikka… they put actual tomatoes on the pizza. It was rotten wouldn’t get from here again. Place used to be alright went down hill massively

Our food was delivered to a completely wrong address

Order didn’t arrive, phoned numerous times then got an answer who states ‘the just eat machine was turned off’ told me to cancel it online but it’s marked as delivered

Ordered for delivery at 18:30 - didn’t arrive until just before 19:30. Called the shop at 19:00 to be told food wasn’t even in the oven yet. Nonchalant staff on phone - food lukewarm on arrival.

Never brought any cans of juice to go with it, no dips or popadoms or sides we ordered. Tried to phone the shop multiple times goes straight to answer machine. Very poor service considering how much we spent on the order. Won’t be back!

Food was greasier than expected. Recipe change and quality down from previous orders. Used to love flames but will not order again sadly.

Good to see they have now corrected their ridiculous delivery fee and allowing you to order for collection. However, we ordered chicken korma pizza. It was very poor and had next to no korma on the pizza. Flames used to be outstanding for this but its went right downhill. Very poor, lacking in sauce, lacking in flavour. Binned more than half of it.

Ordered mince pizza which came half cooked and far too much cheese it was greasy & oily from the cheese. Nan bread was thick and doughy some parts were u cooked , definitely not worth the wait or price . Won’t be ordering from there again

Hadn't used Flames for a few years, but recently tried them again after doing some work in the place, and glad l did as the food is really good, plenty of flavour and good portions. Order was prompt in being ready and we've tried currys, calzones, chicken pakora and all worth a try. If you live locally give it a try definitely one of the better takeaways in the area.

Not sure we got the correct pizza, couldn’t find any pepperoni or mushroom but the pizza was tasty nonetheless. Everything else was of good quality.

Ordered chips, cheese and curry sauce, a 9inch margarita pizza and a large chicken kebab. The order arrived as if it had been chucked about the back on a car, oil everywhere in the bag. The pizza was horrible, half the cheese stuck to the box as if it had been microwaved, the chips, cheese and curry sauce was disgusting, opening the box and it just looked like a box of cheese, which was all melted into the box. We couldn’t eat the meal! Disappointed to say the least!

Ordered the chicken tikka meal,nan bread and donor kebab.Chicken was very dry as was the rice.No idea what "curry sauce" was given but I couldn't eat any of it except the nan.Sauce was not what I expected and I couldn't eat the chicken and rice without it.Donor kebab was very bland.My salad with my chicken tikka was given in a poly bag not even a tub.Wont be using again.

kebab was massive could have fed the three of us . however the chips and cheese was very soggy but over all would buy again because of the amount of meat you get

Arrived at 8.20pm, food cold, wrong pizza!!! Total shambles ordered at 6.38pm . Better walking to a local shop for food , least it would be hot

Have used Flames many times in the past but Quality of food this time was very poor. Half cooked soggy garlic Nan bread, was so doughy and drowned in garlic that we couldn’t eat it. Plain Nan also doughy, horrible so went in bin. Sauce was very bland, didn’t actually taste of anything! Would put me off ever going back.

Calzone was so undercooked. This restaurant is so inconsistent. Some times really good other times it’s shocking. Won’t be back

Seemingly "mild" dishes on the menu are pretty hot these days. This is the second time I have ordered what was advertised to be "mild", dishes I have had in the past that were fine, that are now pretty spicy. Don't get me wrong they are tasty, but the kitchen staff are being a tad heavy handed with the spices.

Food was steaming hot, mixed hoagie was good value for money! Although Mixed Biryani was disappointing as there were no prawns in it as specified on site. Loses a star because of it. Quick delivery though & lovely polite delivery driver!

honestly these guys/girls do a good job, i have never had a bad meal from them, you can tell a resteraunts quality by their salad.. the salad on my kebab last night was fresh and tasty the meat was delicious and the chips and cheese went down a treat.. keep up the good work and the good quality Thank you for another great meal :)

Never received my order after waiting over an hour and 30 minutes. Couldn’t get through to shop to resolve the issue. Would avoid at all costs!

Food is awesome not a bad word to say about the food. Only problem is it's the 3rd time I have ordered poppadoms and spiced onion with my order and only received the spiced onion.

The x2 pizzas and mushrooms I ordered were very doughy like the bread hadnt been left in the oven for long,the mushrooms were a bit overdone.

Banging! Enough said! My new favorite takeaway!
