Last night I was in to buy a Fish Supper to be served by the Most Ignorant young girl who was about seventeen years old. Her manner was disgusting !!! I asked her... Don't you like to say Please or Thank You ?? She Totally Blanked me !! Her Boss could do well without that little Ignoramus behind the Counter !!! I won't go back !!

Popped in tonight for a fish supper & was happy to see I was getting the fish straight out the fryer. I noticed the chef placing the fish when ready & also noticed he separated a piece from the rest. I received that piece. On opening the box when home I noticed the fish on top had fell to bits & the fish underneath was very, very small. It's a miracle it didn't escape the net. I'm sure I wasn't single out for the substandard stuff & I wish these guys all the best. It tasted alright - maybe the smaller & more fragmented the better.

Rang and ordered. Very fast service. Fish was delicious with light crispy batter. The chips were delicious 😋. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very busy place, and everyone was pleasant. I would definitely recommend and return. I am returning for Valentine 💝 supper

Staying overnight in Falkirk we came across this restaurant by chance and it proved to be a First Class choice. The service was impeccable, the portions mountainous, the fish and chips delicious. Hugely recommended

Stoped on the way back to Kirkcaldy for a supper and the wife said why not sit in the restaurant instead of the car, we were escorted to a table by a nice young lady then a few minutes later we were ready to order I had the haddock and chips and the wife had white pudding , and we had tea and coffee the food was hot and plenty of it and the service was absolutely great from all the young ladies, we will definitely be back the next time we are in Falkirk

A few years back i gave this chippy a 5 star review, I've had to come on and change it though. Where to start.. everything is over priced, 15-20% more than other chippie in Falkirk and not only that the.portions are now TINY. A.portion of chips is hardly enough to fill a toddler never mind a grown man and the ain't cheap. The sausage is half the size of other Falkirk chippies and the fish is so small all you can taste is batter. I reckon this place will continually lose customers over the next few years if they don't pull their fingers out. Most of the staff are really young not very polite and so slow. It hurts me to watch how inefficient they are. I won't be back from now on that's for sure. It's a shame as it used to be a great chippyie

Very long wait and expensive for what it is. £2.75 for a can size glass of cola. The pizza wasn't bad but not worth the price

Fantastic Gluten Free Fish & Chips

Popped in here for the first time in ages, and they've definitely upped their game big time. We did arrive, Kate, but the young girl serving us was great and asked the kitchen if it was ok to let us take a seat and get served,so big thanks to kitchen staff too. I ordered the steak pie,chips,small side salad, and a tub of gravy.. I didn't notice that on the menu and also ordered a tub of coleslaw. My wife chose large haddock,chips, side salad and coleslaw, and tartar sauce and shared with our granddaughter. The meal was fantastic and very tasty...massive improvement from our last visit a few years ago. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant, and I'll certainly be returning ASAP. Great stuff, guys, and this is now our go-to chippy!

We're from England, on holiday in Scotland, and after having a great day in Falkirk,at The Wheel,The Kelpies, and watching Falkirk win 4.0, there was only one more thing to do....find a good chippy.....so we arrived at Benny Ts, liked the look, and got a table.The staff were all great....very friendly and accomodating, and soon , we were tucking in to top quality Haddock and chips....oh, and great mushy peas...there is a lovely atmosphere in Bennys, and me and my wife and son REALLY enjoyed our evening.....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...and , next time we're up we will definitely re visit.

My favourite Chippy in Falkirk. I always phone ahead to order takeaway, but there is a nice restaurant too. The food is fresh and hot. Staff are great too, especially Lawson. He always asks how your day has been.

1st time good. Ample parking, spacious, Argos-style ticket system in place which is clever and didn't wait long as a result. Plenty choice and useful fliers to get used to menu and prices. Would defo use again

I recently ordered a takeaway from Benny T's for my wife and parents. We all had fish and chips. The portion sizes are extremely generous and the prices are more than fair for the amount received. The quality of the fish was excellent and the batter remained crispy despite a drive home. The chips were fresh and generously seasoned as requested. I ordered over the phone and was able to pick it up 15 minutes later without delay in service. The queuing was a little confusing but a friendly customer pointed me in the right direction. The staff were courteous and professional. The restaurant itself is clean, well staffed, and welcoming. There is plenty of parking outside for pick up of orders as well. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Benny-T's.

Disappointing vegan menu, you can basically only have a pizza as even the chips are fried with fish! Not great for vegans 😢

Always been pleased with everything bought over many years. However yesterday bought a fish supper at lunchtime which had soggy batter and hardly any fish inside. Chips were substandard too. Will think twice about coming back. Really disappointing given Benny T’s always our first choice over long time.

Hi I go to benny chip shop when am Falkirk when today 12 June and to be honest it wasn't great the fish was very nice but the chips were not great they were not hot and not fresh I think I got lunch time leftover and they are not cheap sorry benny fish shop just being honest paul c

I got sausage supper, The sausages were quite small compared with what you usually get from most chip shops. But don't let that put you they were much better quality than most chip shop sausages. They were freshly cooked to order. The chips were freshly t made as well. Everything was really delicious and I would definitely go back to this place if I'm in the area.

Second to none best fish and chips ever, regardless you eat in or take away, we as a family have to travel from Edinburgh and Livingston at least twice a month and enjoy every bit.

Your food is made to order. They take your order at the till then when paid issue you a que ticket, which is handy when it is busy as there is no confusion regarding order and who is due to be served next. Food comes in take away boxes. I have noticed that chip portions have reduced while prices are high. There is ample off road parking for customers but it can be a little crammed during busy periods. Some parking spaces are on a sloping hill so if you are a new driver, you may find parking difficult. Back to portions, the smoked sausage I feel is not value for money as you only get a single small sausage in the supper. There are other shops serving two larger sausage portions with their supper. Lastly, benny Ts have a sit in restaurant, service is OK, surroundings are pleasant. There is wheelchair access. Some vegetarian dishes are available, ask staff and they will take you through menu. What else can I say, give it a try and see what you think.

Fish and chips is hard to get wrong, this place gets them right! Although I'd never 'sat in' I'd had a delivery and found it good. This place was packed, even on a Sunday and had a good vibe. If you like 'old school' Fish and Chips, this is the spot. Nice Ice Cream, too! Justifiably busy.

Food was great although , for sausage supper, small portion of chips and portion of curry sauce was £16. The sausages was like chipolatas (very small). Absolutely gobsmacked.

I'm glad I chose this place to have two of Scotland's signature dishes. The Haggis was excellent and the chips with gravy was phenomenal in taste as well as in portion, additionally, the customer service was exceptional.

Sorry might be a bit harsh but I do think the quality has dipped in recent times

Visited Benny t’s after a trip to Edinburgh. The staff member who served us (young gentleman, sorry I didn’t check his name) was very polite and greeted us warmly, he asked the staff to change gloves incase of cross contamination. The lady who gave me my order was also extremely polite. The food was delicious, fresh and piping hot! The tartar sauce was creamy and light.

We always go to Benny T's, the fish and chips is lovely. It comes in 2 sizes, which is great because I couldn't eat the bigger size. Mind you I'm quite partial to chips and coleslaw.

We called in here for our evening meal one night after a day out. Great experience. Good parking with marked out bays. Nice reception area with seating for waiting for takeout, and a display bar with some desserts on show. Seating is on three different levels for dining inside. There’s a good atmosphere and the decor is nice. Food portions are a good size and everything was served well by the attentive staff. (The cup of tea was served with the food instead of before the food.)👍. There are toilets inside the building. I would highly recommend a visit, we will definitely call again when in the area.

Everything is good here, from fish to pizza. Lots of choice. They also have ice cream to takeaway.

I totally recommend this fish and chip shop. I've only tried their chips (take away) but they are really good. I've been back a few times can't help it. Also they sell Wallys aka Gerkins. The service is quick,efficient and friendly. Take away prices not bad at all. 👍.

Only used the takeaway so can't comment on the restaurant, but this is easily the best chippy in Falkirk. And they sponsor The Bairns, so what's not like. Fish suppers are generous portions.

Asked for a fishcake supper I got a scampi supper it still tasted good and the curry sauce is the best I've had in falkirk.
