I ordered a cheese burger and chips when I hot home there were chicken nuggets in the bag , I complained but didn't even get an apology, never been back since , I used to go at least twice a week , uve lost a good customer mcdonald, thanks for no reply,

Delivery was good. Food was good but half couldn’t be eaten as my dietary note wasn’t read.

This restaurant is appalling. i went here with my family of 6 and was hurried out the door after we got told to wait after we already booked it the night before! my 4 year old son was in tears after he was hit by the door on the way out while we were being hurried out the door. i would not ever come here again after my experience, mr singh im ashamed.

My order says delivered but nothing has arrived, i have tried to call and message but not getting a reply

The food was prepared and cooked fresh and was hot. The service was a little slower than anticipated, however this is likely to my order and it not being so busy that they had masses of food ready. The restaurant was clean everywhere, which is rare in these kind of places. The staff were busy but still managed well.

Absolutely shocking what they have done, cancelled 2 days before Xmas. It’s a disgrace, there’s no point in opening back up after this you are all the talk of the town no one will return to coopers after this shamble what a mess. Not even just that my friend had a baby shower a few weeks ago they had no heating on and the bar next door is covered in mould roofs falling apart no one should be in there for health and safety you can get shut down for having staff and customers walk through there.They must have not had heating on for a while every time I drive past on my way to work staff and customers are in jackets. They will be lucky if anyone returns after this not a good look on them what so ever. So sad because they owners have ran it too the ground nothing like this happened when worren owned it. DISGRACEFUL and SICK what are people meant to do for Christmas now

Ordered a takeaway from here first time ordering from here and it’s was very poor! Hubby had chicken Maryland and was dry and banana fritter etc was in same bag as the chips! Chips were awful! My meal was king prawn curry / fried rice and curry tasted like was full of sugar! Never order again from here!

The driver was Early and polite and the chicken bakes and fudge Doughnuts were amazing Thank you

If this could be a zero it would be shocking customer service. We used Foodhub to preorder for 16:30 and waited just over an hour to receive a notification that it was on the way 20 minutes later we phoned to ask because it still hadn’t shown the lady then told us it would be next out this was coming up to 6 o’clock. After asking Foodhub for a refund for a very late delivery the takeaway denied, we then personally phoned to ask for a refund as advised by Foodhub, she then lied to us saying the order was only 20 minutes late and we got no response when reminding her that we received the order at 6pm instead of 16:30 as expected. The lady stated she was running the shop on her own and put us on hold to go ask the kitchen which we heard the discussion with her coworkers, she kept denying us a refund and instead offered a discount disregarding the fact we made her aware on numerous occasions that we would not be returning, we reminded her that if she knew it was so busy that she should have notified us as per courtesy, we made her aware that this is basic customer service. This is truly shocking as nothing to that extent happened, we are very let down as we used to order all the time from this takeaway has and recently it has went very downhill both food wise and customer service. Please make people aware of the false pretence of this takeaway as even when confronting them, they are very dismissive and lied despite us trying to be understanding.

I ordered a special chow mien..was as dry as a bone...the banana fritter was good...an delivered quickly...but a waste of £18. .

Really nice food. Bit of a mix up with things but they were amazing at sorting it out for us. Really appreciate it! Lovely driver also. Thanks again.
