they need to learn to check orders, missing 1 meal for a family of 5 that was delivered. no direct contact number so had to drive to pick up missing food. defeats the point of ordering a delivery

Delivery was good. Food was good but half couldn’t be eaten as my dietary note wasn’t read.

I had the misfortune to go to the cafe with my wife and we ordered full breakfast. When it arrived the bacon was stone cold and rest was just about Luke warm. Whilst there 2 other customers return their meals. I didn't complain as I had eaten a bit but both my wife were very disappointed. We won't return but pre covid the meals were good. Would not recommend eating at the cafe.

This restaurant is appalling. i went here with my family of 6 and was hurried out the door after we got told to wait after we already booked it the night before! my 4 year old son was in tears after he was hit by the door on the way out while we were being hurried out the door. i would not ever come here again after my experience, mr singh im ashamed.

Absolutely shocking what they have done, cancelled 2 days before Xmas. It’s a disgrace, there’s no point in opening back up after this you are all the talk of the town no one will return to coopers after this shamble what a mess. Not even just that my friend had a baby shower a few weeks ago they had no heating on and the bar next door is covered in mould roofs falling apart no one should be in there for health and safety you can get shut down for having staff and customers walk through there.They must have not had heating on for a while every time I drive past on my way to work staff and customers are in jackets. They will be lucky if anyone returns after this not a good look on them what so ever. So sad because they owners have ran it too the ground nothing like this happened when worren owned it. DISGRACEFUL and SICK what are people meant to do for Christmas now

Ordered a takeaway from here first time ordering from here and it’s was very poor! Hubby had chicken Maryland and was dry and banana fritter etc was in same bag as the chips! Chips were awful! My meal was king prawn curry / fried rice and curry tasted like was full of sugar! Never order again from here!

Great value tasty breakfast with free refills on hot beverages. Staff are nice. Place is looking a bit dated and toilets are upstairs

I put in a large order here for Boxing Day for 18 of us and the service was amazing. I took in a list of what I was needing and Allan gave me the best customer service I’ve ever received. After looking over my list he worked it out and made sure I wasn’t over ordering and wasting lots of food (I nearly did) and got it a lot cheaper than I had expected. I asked for food to be delivered around 5pm and received it for 16:55. Food was piping hot and tasted amazing such a fantastic experience. Everyone was impressed with their food. Definitely recommended
