Sorry to say but Morrisons Cafe Alloas standards have dropped drastically. They are constantly understaffed, under trained, untidy and the food is nothing like it was only a matter of 6 months ago. Will be giving it a miss from now on! Shame as we used to enjoy our weekly fish and chips 🤦🏻‍♀️ 4 more customers lost!

This restaurant is appalling. i went here with my family of 6 and was hurried out the door after we got told to wait after we already booked it the night before! my 4 year old son was in tears after he was hit by the door on the way out while we were being hurried out the door. i would not ever come here again after my experience, mr singh im ashamed.

Absolutely shocking what they have done, cancelled 2 days before Xmas. It’s a disgrace, there’s no point in opening back up after this you are all the talk of the town no one will return to coopers after this shamble what a mess. Not even just that my friend had a baby shower a few weeks ago they had no heating on and the bar next door is covered in mould roofs falling apart no one should be in there for health and safety you can get shut down for having staff and customers walk through there.They must have not had heating on for a while every time I drive past on my way to work staff and customers are in jackets. They will be lucky if anyone returns after this not a good look on them what so ever. So sad because they owners have ran it too the ground nothing like this happened when worren owned it. DISGRACEFUL and SICK what are people meant to do for Christmas now

Ordered a takeaway from here first time ordering from here and it’s was very poor! Hubby had chicken Maryland and was dry and banana fritter etc was in same bag as the chips! Chips were awful! My meal was king prawn curry / fried rice and curry tasted like was full of sugar! Never order again from here!

If this is the best Chinese Alloa can do, not impressed. Lovely reception and friendly service but: Szechuan king prawns was bland, mushy, generic MSG defrosted puree, nothing spicy or authentic about it. Chicken balls were just battered chunks. Dull, tasteless. This ain't Chinatown. Not going back. Sorry.

I don't understand how something can be so dry it's inedible, while swimming in 2 inches of soy sauce. This is probably the worst Chow Mein I've ever had. The chicken was grey and so dry I'm sure it has just been boiled. The noodles were bland, rather than being cooked in soy sauce it's like everything was boiled in water and then they poured soy sauce into the container. I only realised half way through that there were mushrooms in it because they were clearly also boiled and basically blended in with the chicken, except for being like little balls of rubber when you try to eat them. TL;DR - This is the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten and I can not recommend it.

Polite staff pleseant atmosphere but we should mention We stopped using this chop shop as the fish had a lot of bones through them and it seams they still have the same issue. Pizza very nice just a shame the fish got wasted due to the amount of bones in them.

I got a delivery the night it was a steak pie supper with a king rib and the king rib was not cooked it was raw inside it went in the bin, the steak pie supper was good sorry about that
