Hatley's Fish & Chips in Clackmannanshire

Got the wee deal well 2 of them and was amazing and I put on notes not to put spicy sauce inside calzone and they didn’t so thank you for that. My son loved his one with the spicy sauce to great food tonight.

Terrible! Greasy half pizza crunch that wasn't crunchy and 2 steak pie suppers that had obviously been sitting aw day, burnt and dry, chips were rank rotten, c as t wouldn't even eat the steak out the pie. Getting like this constantly with this place

Ordered fish and chips and pizza crunch supper. Food was cold and the batter was soft/undercooked. We won’t be ordering again!

it took 1 hour and 40 minutes from order to delivery, food was cold and steak pie was cooked way too long, it was brick hard

Delivered earlier than the hour given which was great . The chippy box was lovely with loads of chips and the curry sauce was delicious . More food than we could eat .. will definitely order again

Unfortunately, the food arrived late, cold, and was largely inedible. This was surprising, as their food is usually quite good. It seems the delay in delivery caused it to lose its quality. I’ll definitely think twice before ordering from here again and will likely choose another option in the future.

Was late ,cold amd ketchup was nippy certainly not worth almost £50

normally come in to buy this and get a much larger one than the one i received when i ordered online.

Haven't been in this chipshop for years...really gone down hill.. It was the only one open tonight...had a chipsteak supper..it was disgusting...the batter was like rubber an the chips were a lump...never be back

Food was cold when we got it and it but had to eat it as by time we would have re ordered it would have been too late to get somewhere else

Food is soggy and cold more luke warm the delivery driver phoned said she was trying to get in and pressing my buzzer when infact she was in her car up the street and my son was sent down. Terrible service 2 hours waiting

I love this place, great for when I forgot to take out ingredients to defrost to cook. no brainer to know where I'm getting food from.

ordered a donner calazone and couldn't eat it as it was full of spicy sauce that was through it all and had to send it back

Worst pizza ever had. I hadn’t used this takeaway for a while as I had the worst mince pie ever last time but I decided to give another try. Mistake, pizza overcooked to the nth degree, absolutely inedible.

Order from Hatleys often. Usually on time but this time I was waiting 1 hour and 45mins and I only like 5mins down the road. The food was good but not as hot as I would have liked. The driver was apologetic and did hand me a free 2L bottle of juice.

We have a chippy every Sunday from hatelys and it's always good.

Half an hour late, cold, and missing the dip.

I got a delivery the night it was a steak pie supper with a king rib and the king rib was not cooked it was raw inside it went in the bin, the steak pie supper was good sorry about that

Hatleys is really good I order regularly and all the workers are nice

took nearly 2 hrs to arrive and pizza was look warm and was like it had been left lien for a while the cheese was all hard won't be ordering again was a waist of time ans money

Very confused to why I opened my meals to 5 burnt to a crisp chips and potato fritters if your not able to provide your customer with the full meal they asked for atleast have the decently to phone and say! Absolutely frozen yet again for a meal that come before due time. Rotten

Got a muchie box from. Here and the chicken was not cooked and they told me they could give me a discount on next order and could not give me my money back

Pizza was lovely as always. Don’t know what was up with the cheese bites tonight. Dunno if you’ve changed brands or if it was due to being overcooked but you bit into them and it was an empty shell inside. Never had them like that from here before.

Pizza and sausage was hard but chips were really soggy

Chips were all mushed together and overcooked.

Food was cold, was that cold cheese hadn’t even melted inside the calazon was also cover to the point it was dripping out in chilli sauce

order arrived cold incomplete one wraps was without the sauces I wanted. 2 sauces were not there which I ordered separately and paid for

I had stuff missing from order as it was ment to be chichen pakora with chips but only got the pakora

Chips and gravy, disgusting. Gravy was like hot brown water, was tasteless and watery, chips were either soggy or hard in the middle, they were disgusting after waiting an hour for the delivery I had to bin it and order from somewhere else, was wary about using Hateley’s after reading reviews. It was worse than I imagined I will never ever buy from this place again, absolutely awful

I had to wait 1hr and 45 minutes for a food order. Bit of a joke if u ask me.

Burger was plain no sauce or salad

We tried here because our usual was shut. The prices are very fair and my Husband says the haggis is lovely, chips are great but it isn't the best pizza I've had. Too much cheese and not enough sauce. I'd use here again though, the service is great and collection was very smooth. It's good value for money

charged £2.50 for a 2ltr bottle of barrs cola when it's clearly on lable £1.50 been using hatleys for years not anymore that is daylight robbery........

order was due to arrive 7.00 - 7.20 it actually arrived 7.50, which meant the meal was not up to the usual standard

Don’t even know where to start. Prob the worst customer service in the county. Not only once did they get it wrong but THREE!! Times. Don’t know the difference from chilli sauce and pakora? Even better at that juice? You have to recall them several times after they answer and hang up until you speak to incompetence that doesn’t even sent out all of the missing items??Again. Ignoring calls. Food is now stone after being told 5 minutes, well take a guess.. incompetence at its best. Waste of money

Ordered mince pie supper, mince pie inedible. Seems to have been in warm cabinet for hours. Pastry was so dry and hard it couldn’t be bitten or chewed.

this is the second time it's took over 2 hours without letting me know called the shop said be here soon still waiting 10 years later won't be using again could have caught the fish myself 2 hours plus for a place it's a 2 minute drive shocking

ordered at half 6pm and had to call 3 times to finally get my order, after 2 and a half hours I got my order finally, DW tho I got free fritters, (sarcasm), would not recommend ordering at all

Was just hot enough to eat after a hour late for delivery food tasty enough but they need to get there deliverys better organised if i was to order again it would be pick up only

the fish was so fishy it may as will have been alive. in fact would have been better give me a bag with a live one in it, all I can say at least my cats were happy! it's the worse fish supper I've had from them in ages. do better !

Normally have no issues at all. Got a pizza tonight and it is without doubt the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Burnt to a crisp, and literally half the pizza doesn’t even have cheese, it is bread and sauce.

Hardly any fish batter soggy & cold& my so sons sausage supper the same. Wouldn’t buy again

First time ordering from here as I work in the area and I’ve gotta say I’ll definitely be ordering again! Fish was absolutely amazing tasty and just melted away in my mouth! Definitely get your moneys worth on portions. Only bad thing is wasn’t a lot of vinegar on chips but other than that was so tasty!!

Sausage battered in same batter as fish could taste the fish on the sausage- cross contamination and food safety not great, good job no one has allergies here but could have been a very dangerous situation.

Got a fish supper full off bones batter on fish not cooked properly chips were mixed old and new very disappointing as got special fish weeks ago and was really nice but the taste from both fish was very different fish tonight seems cheap and tasless won't be back again.

I'd love if you'd bag the salad separately so it stays cool :)

Delivery estimate was v.long but arrived 20 mins before the estimated time (nice) and worth the wait - the food was fantastic. Best chippy I've had in ages. Pizza crunch from other chippies recently have gone straight in the bin but was spot-on here - totally yummy. Only quibble is I ordered sweet chilli sauce on a burger but got a different (much spicier) sauce; not a problem for me as I'm a spicy food lover (was yummy) but might have been an issue for others who aren't (and not as ordered).

I called to query the time of delivery and was met with rudeness. When the food was finally delivered at 9.47pm the food was of a very poor standard. My wife who has just finished cancer treatment bit into her Chicken Kebab to be met with inedible chicken due to the over spiced unpalatable meat in the kebab. My son ordered a pizza and I have photographic evidence of how over cooked it was.

Sauce not been given. Fish full of bones and both meals covered in salt - to salty to actually eat. Phoned to ask where food was n said making fresh sauce- never included it. Chips stale and cold.

Just to let you know the food was late and I could not wait any longer for it I had to go to work and am not happy and not paying

First of all you making a bad repetition for yourself. Secondly, the fish wasn’t properly cooked and the rock celine because it was a special fish was like rock. Chips were cooled salt and vinegar applied without asking if we wanted it or not. And the fish was very small compared to the rock Celine. Cash only. The customer service experience was planned and abrupt also had to wait long time to get the food. Almost 30 minutes.

Sausage was dripping with oil and wasn't cooked properly, wraps were an absolute mess.

I had a mushroom pakora supper which was horrible! Thick greasy batter, pakora had no taste and chips were dry.

fish was full off bones, ended up in bin. 😔
