soggy pizza and flavourless chips

The food was delicious, especially the turkey smash burger and the donner burger, 10/10!!

South Indian Garlic Chilli Chicken is really sweet with not much spice to it even though I asked them to max it out in fresh green chilli. The chicken was also cut up in to little tiny thin pieces, don’t know what the deal is with that. Donner meat, chips and cheese was massive, but a tiny amount of cheese that glued the chips together, I’d have preferred it if it wasn’t mozzarella, that for pizzas.

First time user and very pleased with quality of the food, will certainly use again.

Ordered my meal at 14:00 for 16:35 delivery and it was bang on time ! Guy was very pleasant too, food was amazing as usual and portion sizes was extremely generous (there will be a second sitting for all of us) Defo be back.

The Scraper burger was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Cannot rate it highly enough.

Ordered peri peri nachos, went to collect and was told that they are no longer doing any peri peri, waste of a journey and money. Would just avoid and go elsewhere from now on

kids loved a bit of everything in in which is handy since they all pick eaters saved ordering 5 different meals

ordered food at half past 12 and didn't even come after calling the place 3 times!

I ordered a munchy box online. It was still not ready when I went to collect by the time stated. Waited for another 20 minutes before order was finally ready to be collected. There was no donner meat included in the munchy box. But I still got charge

Ordered two munchie boxes and the gentleman noticed they were wrong, didn’t change the boxes but gave us extra of what we needed, couldn’t fault the man! 5 star and the food was amazing, 8 very satisfied adults and 3 extremely satisfied babies aswell!! Will defo be ordering again!!!

I’m really sorry but I gotta give the feedback the value for money I have to say was very good! The food was okay chicken pakora wasn’t the best. Pizza was actually really good and hot! The rest of the food was warm. Food was also 20 minutes after the delivery period took roughly an hour and 20 to get delivered I’ve ate from here years ago and it was nice but wasn’t great tonight. Sorry guys was expecting better especially with fvfg endorsing it

Tried the food a couple of times since I heard Ali was back but I'm sorry to say everything was awful. Cold, twice cooked, rock solid, tasteless and disappointed in the quality of Donner and chicken. Won't be back. I feel there are now too many kebab shops in the area and not one of them is any good.

I ordered a large chips cheese and Donner meat. Good portion but disgusted in the Greece. I know Donner meat is greasy but this takes the biscuit. The brown bag it came in was soaked thro, when I put my fork in to get some food and lifted it it was dripping. Couldn't eat it after 2 mouthfuls, went in bin. Plus there was a sprinkle of cheese on it!

Ordered a vegetarian curry and got a chicken contamination one returned curry nann rice and only got a refund for curry after we had to drive back down with food will be contacting food agency as this could have been an allergy never will be back here

Excellent food since Ali has took this shop over again the food is the best in Alloa by far only takeaway i use since Ali came back

Delivery was 35 minutes late, i called and the lady i spoke with was lovely and very apologetic about the delay, stating that they had been extremely busy. food was warm at most. We ordered 2 hoagies 1 donner that was huge and 1 pakora. I would be lucky if there was 2 pieces of pakora. I think this will be the last time we will use it

First meal was quite good but then it was new owners. Last meal was rank. Some parts cold and others burnt. Will not be trying again.

The munchy box wasn't very nice. everything was cold, overcooked and the Donner meat had weird black bits on it almost like from a grill that needed cleaned. won't be back for a while.

2.5hrs in total from ordering to delivery, phoned the restaurant to be told the driver was 2 minutes away then 45 mins later he turned up. food was piping hot and lovely but it was a long wait.

Food was ready when I arrived to pick it up. Generous portions. 1 deal was big enough to feed 2 people.

I ordered collection by mistake, called the restaurant to explain what I’d done, and they sent it delivery with absolutely no problem. Not only that, but was one of the best Hoaggies I’ve ever had. Absolutely top-notch takeaway with 5 star customer service.

The order was 1:30 to arrive - not even at peak tea time- in a tues @7pm ?? When I called the shop I was told will be there right now - 20 mins later still no order - called again to be told I’ll just have to wait - they then hung up - food arrived piping hot - but soo spicy that it was not even edible - poor service poor quality and terrible phone manner - and customer service total wast of time and money !

10/10 ordered 2 x 16" pizza (shawarma and chicken tikka) and they were outstanding, shawarma was made fresh and toppings on both pizzas were plentiful... Also had some chips which were great too, don't hesitate to pay them a visit, I highly recommend, that's the third time I've been here and every time the food has been excellent, they also do themed boxes and we had the gold box previously which comfortably fed 5

10/10 again - tried something new and loved it! Also they read the additional comments I requested and got it spot on.

Calzone and Tarka Daal were delicious

Had a calzone and my partner had the tarka daal, both were great. Very tasty.

Back to the way it used to be. Very good.

Got charged for a carrier bag but food didn’t come in a bag as it was a calzone comes in a pizza box but NO BAG charged 45p for a bag that when you don’t get a bag not happy not the first time it has happened food was not hot either

Excellent food and on time. They tried to contact me let me know they didn't have chicken shawarma but couldn't get through. This was replaced by a lovely chicken kebab and with a lovely note wishing a merry Christmas. Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered food at 1850 and informed food was out for delivery at 1950. By 2030 food had not arrived and they where not answering the phone

Hoagie and pakora delivered early. Pizza 30 mins later! Hoagie has little to no cheese and minimal chips. Very disappointing considering the quality of food we’ve had since the re opening

Pizza base seems to have changed, too doughy. Waited over an hour for our order, said delivered on app, but we hadn’t received our order. Very slow, eventually delivered 35 minutes late, had to put in oven to re heat.

Order took 2 hours to be delivered, arrived freezing cold. The delivery driver was apologetic, not his fault necessarily. Shop have switched off their phone so you can’t call to ask where the order is or to cancel the order.
