Excellent food since Ali has took this shop over again the food is the best in Alloa by far only takeaway i use since Ali came back

Delivery was 35 minutes late, i called and the lady i spoke with was lovely and very apologetic about the delay, stating that they had been extremely busy. food was warm at most. We ordered 2 hoagies 1 donner that was huge and 1 pakora. I would be lucky if there was 2 pieces of pakora. I think this will be the last time we will use it

First meal was quite good but then it was new owners. Last meal was rank. Some parts cold and others burnt. Will not be trying again.

Ordered a box with 4 curry’s inedible sour curry sauce tasted horrible phone up to get a refund and got told to bring back the food the same way it was when it had been tossed in the bucket dont order from this place horrible

10/10 ordered 2 x 16" pizza (shawarma and chicken tikka) and they were outstanding, shawarma was made fresh and toppings on both pizzas were plentiful... Also had some chips which were great too, don't hesitate to pay them a visit, I highly recommend, that's the third time I've been here and every time the food has been excellent, they also do themed boxes and we had the gold box previously which comfortably fed 5

Had a calzone and my partner had the tarka daal, both were great. Very tasty.

This is my go to place in the wee county. Ali and the team always provide great fresh food with some unbelievable deals 👌 highly recommended

We had the yummy yummy box, 2x 10inch pizzas, sky scrapper burger meal, millennium King kebab. Absolutely amazing and loads of it!! Forgot to take picture of yummy yummy box bit was delicious and massive. Was also a great surprise to see it was Ali that was the owner again!! All his shops are unreal.

ALI IS BACK IN ALLOA!!!! Back in curry central as owner. Same household. Cannot fault anything we had right down to the dips and the garlic mayo is amazing and I'm not usually a big fan but there's 👌. Can't seem to post the pictures but my partner has already. Got a mama Mia burger was 10/10 glad to have original owner back ali been craving that burger for years

Since original owners took over food has been fantastic and hoagies were huge

£27 for basic munchy box and two tiny bits of chicken tikka? Not worth it at all

Donner hoagies from here are absolutely banging. Big enough to feed two people for the same price you would get one half the size from anywhere else. Pizza is maybe a 6/10 fairly cheap, but nothing to write home about. Pretty average honestly. Curries are amazing, and they have the best Peshwari naan bread you will ever eat.

Waited an hour and a half for delivery for it to turn up frozen cold will never order from them ever again their excuse was that they were busy

Got a munchy box. Wow was is crunchy. Really! Worst ever I've had. Nearly took a tooth out. Brick hard chicken. Reheated from yesterday maybe. Did complain. But couldn't put myself through that again. I told them not to bring another one. But to take my name.

If i can give this No stars i would MY Munchie box was cold and taste like it was off I WILL NOT BE ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN

Got kebab, nothing special to say about it.

Order "Cadbury cake" to receive a tub if ice cream.... phone to tell them and just keeps saying that's what the flake cake is.... ice cream. Well it says cake so false advertising and money I've now wasted. And food was only just OK . Now I remember why I don't use this place anymore.

Place is slowly going down hill. Food is getting worse. Delivery late as well

Ordered mixed calzone with extra tub of chilli sauce. No sauce, no spiced onions and a big hair in it. Wont be back. Rid rotten 🤢🤢🤢

Fantastic choice of food and whatever you decide to get, is of the highest quality. Some of the tastiest takeaway we've ever had, and the prices are more than reasonable. Highly recommend

We had a takeaway from here and food was quite good but everything except the rice was swimming in grease. Portion sizes were good but there are better takeaways out there.

Ordered phoned paid online never appeared no-one answering phone said they were busy 3 hours later no food shocking

Ordered a Munchie Box. The best thing was the can of juice that came with it. Half the box was filled with chips (awful chips.) The other half was Potato Wedgies & Batter chips. Should change the name to Potato Box. Veg paKora was small & burnt. Chicken paKora was chewy & dry. Mushroom pakora was OK. Even the salad was terrible. Pakora sauce looked and tasted like it had been watered down. DISGUSTAAANG. Actually shocked cos I ordered from Curry central over a year ago and remember it being actually good. How times have changed. I'm not one for writing reviews but my disappointment is immeasurable. 1/10 at best.

just had one of the worst kebabs ive ever had, the nan totally broke up . instead of chilli sauce they just poured fat on it really disgusting, as for the pakora, the small tub of sauce was half empty only done four pieces, definitely my last plenty of takeaways in the area!

Very poor munchy box, mainly chips and a very small amount of chicken which were tiny bits. Three half size portions of sauses, 1 extreamly small piece of chicken chatt which was as dry as a stick. Never had such a poor munchies box.

Last couple of timrs ordered tandoori mixed grill and had to do with different ingredients. Never had the tandoori breadwe asked for and very upset by the re heated greasy pakora.\we don.t have much choice now as A zad closed butrfeally went downhill.Makes me suspicious about money laundering as they change staff so often.

Couldn't give zero star but if it was a choice that's what I've picked wont be back sauce from jar or tin spices powder not fresh no veg chicken defrosted we had a jaipuri and Garam hot pot both dishes tasted same and watery sauces

We ordered a take away from here which consisted of a mixed kebab, garlic prawns and chicken tikka pasanda with rice. On walking in to the shop, I should have walked straight back out after seeing dirt, grime and cigarette ends on the floor. The food was really poor, kebab had hardly any meat and the meat it did have was dry. The chicken tikka pasanda was a new one for me, how could they make it taste like a cheese curry? If such a thing exists then this was it! We ate very little and mine passed through me within 10 mins. I am shocked that environmental health have not addressed this shop, especially since you don’t get the runs from spicy food, only from bacteria. Don’t waste your money here, go elsewhere............anywhere else to that matter.

Went to get a takeaway and passed several members of staff standing smoking at a side door in the High Street. Entered the shop and when looking at the menu a couple of the staff who had been outside smoking came back into the rear preparation area of the shop. They started packing an order and preparing another without washing their hands. Walked out and went elsewhere. The general appearance of this shop outside and in is one of uncleanliness. Won’t be back

Got a hot and spicy wrap last nite,worst bit of grub ever had,couple bit of meat in it and shreds of lettuce.pure mess won't be ordering from there again

Got a wrap tonight 26/5/2018 supposed to have been a vindaloo curry but it was the worst tasting ever there was about 2 bits of meat and the rest was made up with shreds of lettuce totally disgusting I would not order from here

Great food, friendly staff even with me forgetting my words half the time.

I regularly order from curry central. I often order the tea time special pakora, curry main and nann or rice. Good value for money, best korma I've tasted. Pizza ,burgers and hoagie wraps are also great and good value for money . I normally order through just eat so delivery time is normal within the hour.

Nothing wrong with the food from here but why has the website curry central. Com advertising 16"munchie boxes when they only have 14"

Ordered donner kebab and cheese, never saw them prepare it, took it home, no sauce or salad, tasted dry. Won’t be going back.

I purchased a 10” Munchie Box and it was dire - There was no salad or fritters - the battered chips were over cooked and I had paid for extra chicken pakora and I was lucky if I got two pieces - I won’t recommend anyone going there

Pizza was over cooked n cold when it finally arrived pakora sauce tasted funny chips where cold n like rubber waited a while on delivery first time ive ordered here and it shall be the last not good didnt enjoy it what so ever and was so hungry aswell so let down

not the same as its been taking over by new owners had a callzone it was horrid raw dough picked it up nad the grease just flowed out of it it was yuk

The best curries in the country - at Curry Central in Alloa! Since the new team took over the food has been spot on every time and the deliveries are always on time. From their chicken curries to their hoggies and pizzas, these guys go all out to ensure your food is spot on. Nice airy takeaway that is always clean and the staff are very friendly. Shout out to Mo and his team - especially young Danny who could possibly be the youngest but most hardworking manager in the business. It's all in the name, Curry Central - from Alloa to beyond.

Ordered a 14' meat munchie box tonight and when we opened it it was literally chips wedges and battered chips with a few bits of chicken and a small box of donner meat. When you pay £17 for a meat munchie box you expect a good amount of meat not a box full of chips. Disappointed is an understatement!!

Moved to the area and first place i tried for a curry was here and was blown away with their South Indian Garlic Chilli. Best ive had in a long time. Huge portions and really good value for money. Would take me a lot to try another curry house as they will take some beating.

I think the Curry Central is better than the others buy a good margin. Their Indian food is as good if not better than an actual Indian restaurant

Always ordered from them with just eat. Went in tonight and was chatting to the lads there. They knew me from my address! I thought that it was great of them to know me from my address. I got an apology from them because my food would take a bit longer while I was in. If I have to wait 5 mins more for the quality food I received then great. All food was cooked fresh and tasted fantastic. I was in just as they were closing down for the night. So while I was there they were cleaning. Watching the way they cleaned filled me with confidence. I work in the food industry myself and was very pleased with how they went about their duties. I will always order from here for good reason. Best takeaway in alloa by far. Well done lads.... keep up the good work and high standards

Love this place for both sitting in and take away. Chilli Chicken masala is the best in town. Not too expensive either.

We continue to search for a good Indian take-away, this is currently the best of a bad lot in Alloa. Food can be OK, portions are fair, delivery service tends to be on time but can slip occasionally.

Great food, competitive prices, good service and average waiting times. Owner definitely seems to make pride in the cooking and food, and it shows. We even got advice for picking a good Indian in Manchester which was a bonus.

this is our usual go to take away, can be a wee bit slow, ive called for picking up an order and when we go in, its just going on but apart from that food lovely, especially the pizzas, would definitely recommend to others

i made an order by phone . after 55minets i phoned back to see why i still had not got my food . was told that it had just left . 10 mine's later i called back 10 mines later it arrived and was sent back . It dus not tack 75 nines to cook and deliver a meal from alloa to tullibody so poor
