Was at the alloa shop today stay 3 miles away food was cold chips only half cooked not good enough

Still blood in the burger so I phoned MC n the manager says to me am not dealing with that then hung up so spend an hour getting passed about for nothing bad kidz bossing kidz in their honestly done even know if they know what they are doing but BLOOD wow

Ordered through McDonalds app half food was missing so called them they where not interested and basically said can't do anything absolute joke

Ordered two breakfast wraps and a flatbread and coke zero , seen the two wraps were ready and heard the server call out for flatbread about five to ten minutes later heard her call out again for it, when it was finally ready she apologised for my weight so I said it was bad that the wraps had been waiting under the heat lamp she then said they forgot to put the flatbread in , I don't usually complain but this was really a poor experience, I did tell her I was going to put a complaint in but I didn't want to stress her by saying it then

Terrible like all McDonald's in the world

Just no longer gives that same taste or quality, too many mistakes.

Everything was as could be expected although, there's nothing much fast about 'fast food' anymore. Young chap wearing a tie who was pacing the floor constantly was a bit unnerving .....

Food getting a bit tasteless now and slow service ,also car park is far to small and terrible to get back on to main road

Food was the usual mediocre fast food, staff seemed to be kept busy, pity customers don't know how to park or negotiate a clearly marked one way system.

Can’t seem to find an email to make a complaint about this, was in Alloa McDonald’s tonight when one of the men from just eat came in, this man was trying to gain attention from staff members to get food he needed to deliver and was rudely ignored (from a manager I think I caught her name was Ellie). Manager told him no I’m on my break then continued to go and help other staff out in the kitchen while continuing to ignore this man waiting to do his job, while the food sat cold for ages, man from just eat left standing unable to do a job! I honestly felt so sorry for him! No wonder the delivery is always stone cold! Staff obviously need some training, horrible!!!!

Always have missing items when using the drive thru. The burgers look nothing like what's advertised and chips were barely warm.

Very slow at drive through. Had to park up for 10-15 minutes for food while mcflurry melted, this was second time this happened. Last visit ordered and paid for mozzarella bites but did not receive them. Service and food preparation has gone seriously downhill since deliveries started. Deliveries appear to be prioritised. Seems no longer fast food.

My daughter bought online a macdonalds take away from alloa, the delivery driver came out with the order and left. When we opened the bag up it was the total wrong order we tried phoning them at least 3 times after being hung up on, eventually got through and their attitude was disgusting. We could get any sorted out. So my daughter started to eat what she never asked for and found a really big hair in the nuggets. She actually had to pull the hair through her teeth it was that long. The service was disgusting the food was rotten and there was no help from any member or staff whatever way we tried. Food hygiene and health and safety standards would have a field day with what she found. Think twice a out ordering from alloa they get your order wrong and service is shocking

Even though the manager's tie was tied too short, the rest were 6 stars. very warm food served quickly, friendly service and a clean room despite the lack of free tables. I RECOMMEND

Staff always helpful on arrival.

Ordered a drive through, only to find out the order was incorrect, cheese melts in a Chicken Select box. Had to return to pick up the Chicken, food was cold by the time I returned home. If staff don't know the difference between Chicken and cheese melts what chance have we got. Shocking there's no proper supervision in this place. I hate giving negative comments, but this place deserves it, and no reply from the management says it all.

Poor service from staff, I had to shout to place my order not a single member over counter asked if I need to place an order. The food and a price same all over country free 2 hour parking other than that I’m disappointed.

Wrong food delivered, order on the sticker was correct but nothing in the bag was correct, when we took it in the woman was very unhelpful, told us she couldn't fix this as it had nothing to do with them since it was ordered on Just Eat. Can't possibly see how them packing the food wrong was Just Eats fault.

Order via Just Eat. Delivered minus 1 burger. Went to try and get it at the restaurant only to be told I have to get a refund. Just eat were not responsible for the missing item, the staff at the restaurant were. This is the second time I have something missing from an order from Alloa. The other burgers were not as advertised as there was no onions or sauce. A very poor service all round apart from Just eat they delivered ok. Not acceptable from McDonalds. Whoever has the franchise should have a close look at this establishment.

This is the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in. The service was great fast and very polite staff.

Ordered on line and short of Big Mac. Told by duty manager to call UBER eats. Now have to wait 15 days for a refund?Told by management that they don’t have the technology to call back the drivers? Don’t understand why the driver would be making up the order? Muppets! Do yourself a favour and avoid this excuse of a fast food outlet in Alloa. Couldn’t care less attitude and blame everyone else for their lack of oversight when fulfilling order.

Terrible management. Drive-thru prioritised over everything else so wait times are ridiculous and food often gets cold. OK if you drive thru else go to KFC

Philly stack comes with crispy and grilled onions according to tv ad, someone needs to tell the staff in alloa, been twice, no onions on either occasion and burger was cold latest visit 🤷‍♂️

Very disappointed with the service provided last weekend. I made a purchase to bring home for over £40 and to my surprise, 2 of the cheeseburgers didn't have the burger inside. In addition to the remaining burgers coming from the war, everything was very poorly done without any kind of respect for the food.

The counter was unavailable to serve people who actually came to the restaurant. There were a lot of delivery staff that feeled like you were on the street . Just now, it is the game when you have the game stickers on the food, but unfortunately, only on 2 items it was sticked ( in different restaurants, I had it on each food)

If I could a 0 stars I would. So many times placed orders via their app and got either the wrong order or missing items or wrong items. Refused refund or replacement both from McDonald's and Uber Eat. Never again. Avoid at all costs. Spend your money somewhere else and save yourself from a very frustrating complaint procedure that will leave you upset and with no solution.

If I could I'd genuinely give the -10, there 100% useless... Not very often I order from them anymore but been a busy day and couldn't be bothered cooking so thought I'd treat me and my wife to a McDonald's so ordered myself a burger and don't eat cheese or anything else on them, and when it gets here and it has everything on it but this isn't the first time this has happened to me, it actually happens 9/10, they either mess up the burger or forget half the order... Plus there customer service is extremely poor

Fries were really under cooked, asked for the chicken burger they advertised, with bacon and tomatoe, only had lettuce and sauce in it. Bananna milkshake tasted weird too.

Great meal what u expect from McDonald's

I ordered 20 minutes ago, food to go. Got to it and that's how large fries looks like. It was manager who completed my order young guy with longish hair white shirt and tie. Not what expected.

Didn't go in! Just never as good as Stirling Edit: I went back and they got everything right on my order apart from giving me my double big Mac. I was very hungover and all I wanted to do was hide away in the house, so I didn't go back - my other food would have gone cold.

You always know exactly what you're going to get. It never changes. It's not too dear.

Delivery’s seemed to be more important than sit in customers.

Took about 20 minutes to get a latte, which was Luke warm when I finally got it. Stood watching my order sitting at 'Preparing...' for 15 minutes, then stood at the counter for another 5 while staff awkwardly gave me side glances until someone realised my coffee was sitting on a counter the whole time. Not even a 'sorry'.

I used the drive through and ordered a large bacon mc tasty meal. The assistant then asked me if it was a meal or on its own, what size and if it was plain or not. Evidently that assistant in particular had better things to do that day other than listen to the order the first time around. The burger itself was an absolute joke, saturated in sauce, less dripping everywhere, not even hot. As for the hot chocolate it was simply hot water. Perhaps a fault with the machine, who knows. There are most definitely other McDonalds restaurants that are run far better with competent staff who have standards. Clearly nobody could be bothered with work today. No point going back to ask for a replacement because if they’re not capable of doing it the first time why would I have confidence in them doing it right a second time? At the payment window I was asked if my order was correct on screen, obviously the screen is placed behind where the wing mirror is so you can’t see it. No idea which genius came up with that, perhaps move the screen to the other side of the window would be a better idea if anyone actually cares. Anyway in this case the screen was blank anyway, perhaps more a reflection of the absent minds of the staff rather than the order.

Never buy their Hot Chocolate its like drinking hot water and Milk

States open 24/7. Rocked up to the door at 4am and it wouldn’t open. Drive Thru seemed to be open but I was hardly going to get a 15m artic through that now was I? Should state drive thru only to avoid confusion.

Joyce is an absolute star employee for this McDonald's. She was really helpful and friendly. Got me tomato ketchup for my fries so my food wouldn't get cold and really knowledgeable about the menu. Give this lady an award xx

Mcdonalds serves burgers to lazy sods like me who don't cook in our own kitchens...we just just visit them to get to the wine in the fridge

My wife and I took our granddaughter to Allia McDonald's. The staff were exceptional, especially Jodie, who was very very helpful and a credit to McDonald's Alloa. My granddaughter had the chicken nuggets meal, and I had the McCrispy with salad. This was OK but too crispy for my liking. Overall, a great experience. Well done.

Joke of a place, run by children with no clue what they’re doing, had juice delivered and a dip but no food whatsoever, tried to call multiple times to report this but the line was busy the full time so nothing can be done and my mums having to go to bed hungry, great work x

All the paper bags were damp I think from sitting too long. I asked for a wrap with no bacon and no tomato and I got both.

I was given the wrong order at the drive through. Luckily I noticed and it was sorted at the window.

Food can be slow and cold but most of the time it's enjoyable and the kids like it.

Ordered via just eat. Sat for over an hour saying “assigning driver”… phoned them to be told there’s a driver away it might be that then told oh it’s here but all the drivers away home. Why accept it? No apology, nothing. Just told just eat would cancel it shortly.

Ordered 2 big tastes they were cold got replacement burgers 🍔 and they were cold I opted for 2 double cheese burgers they were a bit hotter I was sitting in to have our food imagine if you were taking the food home you would definitely have to reheat them in your microwave no refund was offered

Drive through got what I wanted

Order machines half of them out of order- Friday lunch time when many children going after school which is across the road. Waiting for order 20 minutes, no receipt so you had to remember order number but screen displaying orders for collection out of order as well. Generally total mess and chaos.

I understand that McDonald's is not fine dining but I do expect some degree of sanitation standards be upheld in any restaurant.

This place seems to be getting busier by the day so highly recommend you make a reservation if you donot like waiting.
