Tartan Tikka Tikka Takeaway in Clackmannanshire

Staying in dollar for a week and ordered a takeout for delivery from here. I ordered a 12" munchy box and it was MASSIVE. More than enough for 2 people. Food was hot and tasty and the service was fast. Excellent value for money :)

I've not ordered from here in a long time so maybe I can't comment on how the service is most nights but the night I ordered food from here I certainly wasn't expecting food to arrive in the state it did. Chips were very much undercooked and rotted. Had to put in the bin as soon as I saw this I'm glad I looked through it first before eating as the chips were off putting enough down to the fact they looked uncooked. Will certainly not be back. Don't order many takeaways but I have a couple places I trust that delivery top quality food and this place sadly isn't one I trust to deliver at least adequate food that's edible. For some reason the images on some of my reviews have been removed...I very much wonder why it's a pity they don't put that much effort into their customer service that they do with deleting reviews and images that will harm their business but others deserve to know so they can avoid going there

received food freezing cold 30 minutes after being told by app it was on its way. I had the same problem with delish 3 times with food turning up Stone cold and will not be ordering from them again I will try ordering from tartan 1 more time if its cold when I receive it a second time I will not be ordering again from their either. if it continues with other restaurants through this app I will be deleting the app and picking my food up myself.

Missing fritters and pakora is cold and the kebab is rubbery and only a small portion along with small nan bread although ordered a king nan

2 of the chips and cheese didnt have the plastic bit on top so the cheese was all stuck to the paper. 2 pound extra for cheese to hardly get any! Burger was soggy and no taste to the pizza crunch.

Food was delivered late so by the time I was able to sit down and enjoy my meal it was cold. And to add on top the delivery driver was rude when I opened the door basically slamming the box into my hand then walking away without saying a word. First bad experience I’ve had with TartanTika hopefully dosent happen again.

Really really wish you would remember to put the salt and vinegar on the food. You even have options for it and time and time again you forget.

spent £30 got a single smoked sausage and it's not even 2 parts 1 part of a smoked sausage cut even smaller than half and it's was £6.10 pizza crunch supper was cold £11.40 phoned up and all the guy says was ( you would have been cheaper going to the shops ) and hung up on me absolutely disgusted will never be back again and hope no one else goes through the same I did best thing about the place is the delivery service

I get it was probably a busy night but how can someone miss a munchie box that cost £20 and be late if it was something small I wouldn’t have bothered the food didn’t taste that great and the donner meat that was in the calzone was dry and just not great at all wouldn’t recommend as this used to be a good place to order from but I can see it’s not what it used to be very unsatisfied and disappointing

I ordered a bottle of coke and only go a can an the food was only warm, the delivery driver was great and went to the shop and got a bottle of coke, the shop recorded that I got my food when I hadn’t and then stated they don’t start delivery unil 5pm

Two dips missing at £1.80 each. Ordered large chippy chips at £5.80 and got small bag of regular chips. Kids meal was supposed to come with chips and juice and didn’t. I’m £30 down & wasn’t worth it. Hoping it was an off night as usually everything is really good.

fritters were hard and cold no vinegar or salt. kebab was like cardboard and had no taste and none of it could be eaten after 1 bite of both. absolutely the worst food yet from here

Stood for a good 5 mins and was completely ignored by staff while the sat and watched videos on there phones and took no interest in me standing waiting to order abysmal service

Ordered a lamb jalfrezi and got this…. Cream splitting in the sauce, not tomato based and no spice. Response when advised got the wrong food was ‘thats how they make it’ goodbye.

No issues with the time, issue was receiving the wrong pizza, what was supposed to be a stuffed crust chunky chicken pizza turned out to be a pizza with mushrooms which my wife is highly allergic

Tell you what . Placed an order for collection when I arrived the guys were cleaning under the grills and were wiping down surfaces constantly . Place is spotless. Food was so tasty and great sized portions . Best in the area in my opinion

my order was over 2hrs late, sent message and called the restraunt, had to give them my order number they said they didn't have it, called back after 39 mins to say they have it, food arrived 2hrs late.

Very helpfully I had a miss hap and they sorted it out straight away .very happy to reorder any time

Good portions size. Mixed grill would feed 2 easily. Donner Calzone was also enjoyable

Worst mixed kebab I've had,donner meat and chicken that was dry as a bone and they forgot the salad and the sauce definitely won't be back

10/10 once again. The vindaloo was exceptional, with loads of lamb, proper big chunks and tender. Best curry going.

I was very disappointed at the quality of the mixed pakora, the chicken pakora pieces were tiny and overcooked while the veg pakora was hard and cooked too long as well, almost to the point it hurt to try to chew, the food took longer than I expected to be delivered. Unfortunately I won't be back in a hurry.

I ordered a lamb biryani for myself and a tikka masala for my husband as well as some chips. I then realised I forgot rice, so called the shop who sorted that for me right away! I was then happily surprised to hear a knock at the door - friendly driver dropping off the food! Great customer service. The food was delicious and you could tell it was all fresh!! First time I have used Tartan Tikka and is definitely now my preferred place for take out!! 10/10 from us! Thank you.

food is usually very good but was cold on arrival today

Roll wasn't fresh and Karahi was bland, bordering on pretty tastelessness. I order it a few weeks ago and it was delicious. Tender lamb? Chewy with quite a bit of gristle. Paratha seemed to be a chapathi, not how a nice layered and flakey like it should be.

The pizza was cold by the time it arrived. It was also very dry. The spicy mince wasn’t proper spicy mince it was bland and not enough of it either.

Food was great but massively let down by rude delivery driver so much so that I would not order again

Soggy chips, poorly cooked burger and waited well over an hour for my food. Forgot to put juice in that I'd ordered but thankfully the delivery driver had spare. Not good service at all.

This is the first time in a long time that I have to say that I am disappointed with my order, normally it is faultlessly but last night's food was quite cold and hard I can only put it down to a busy time but nonetheless disappointed overall.

Late night treat good quality and very prompt delivery.
