Spice Fusion in Clackmannanshire

My wife ordered a mushroom pakora and cheese naan, I ordered a king prawn jalfrezi that comes with a plain naan. Ordered at 5.50 through just eat. order confirmed at 6.10. delivery to be 18.30 to 18.50. out for delivery confirmed at 18.25. called me at 18.30 to say they didn’t have mushroom Pakora in stock, do I want veggie Pakora instead? Delivered at 7.15, with plain naan missing. Called to report this and was told it’ll be along in 2 mins. Having little confidence in this I walked around to my local shop, bought a packet naan, walked home, warmed up the oven and cooked it. Still no naan delivered. I wish I had checked the other part of my meal first and I wouldnt have bothered. The king prawn jalfrezi was oily mush – there was so much oil it was floating in it – I had to drain the oil into 300ml cup which was 2/3 full by this time. Could just about identify three sticks of pepper and 5 of the tiniest prawns I’ve ever seen. The rest was a greyish oozing oily mince looking stuff that was entirely in-edible and unrecognisable. My wife’s cheese naan was more like a block of oily cheese with a naan on it. The veggie Pakora was ok. This used to be a great takeaway, though I haven’t used them for some time. Would not recommend. Written review at 19.50 – still no naan been delivered. Just eat would not let me write more than a few line for a review so I'm posting here.

Had a takeaway from here arrived late wrong order and food was the worst curry I have ever tasted. I binned the lot

Food was terrible couldn't bite into the pakora as the batter was so hard.They also gave us the wrong drinks.we were told the delivery would be 50 minutes but ended up 1hour and 40 minutes later.shocking food and service will definitely not be using them again

2 hours for a kids meal and an adults kebab to be delivered 3 miles away. Disgraceful. Called the restaurant and they kept telling me it was on its way... must have been coming on a skateboard.

Spice fusion has been our go to takeaway for the last 4 years but the past month it has been terrible. Got a delivery a few weeks ago.. missing items, wrong items and food mediocre at best. Chicken pakora overcooked and tiny bits, spiced onions which was a tub of chilli sauce with a few bits of diced onion in it. Complained and fair play it was rectified so decided to order again, next time food was ok not anything to rave about. Decided to get another delivery tonight, we live 5 minutes along the road and when food arrived it was freezing cold, the cheese hadnt even melted in the mixed hoagie. Called to complain and told that the whole hoagie is cold because we asked for extra cheese, if the donner meat, chips and chicken tikka was cooked fresh i doubt the cheese would make it stone cold. Had enough of wasting money on wrong orders and mediocre food, wont be ordering again.

Ordered 7.30pm rang at 9 she said yeah it’s on way rang again at 9.30 to be told give us 10 minutes it got to 10.10pm and then a man answered and sounded confused and drunk and didn’t even know about order I asked for a refund but haven’t received it’s a mobile number also I will never order here again, disgusting

I don't know if the owner has changed or have employed new staff but in the past month or so but the food has went completely downhill I've ordered food twice in the past two weeks and everything is no longer fresh and absolutely drenched in grease along with chicken pakora I received which is way overcooked reminded me of the consistency of sand very disappointing as this was my favourite takeaway for consistency , freshness , and flavour

I visited ones and now in love with this place food taste is superb and the guys are so nice i suggest this place for nice food in alloa

Used to order regularly from Spice Fusion but the last few times the food hasn't been good. Thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and tried again tonight. Not only was it 2 hours late, the food was cold and it was horrible. It went in the bin. Sadly, won't be ordering again 😪

Food is always consistently good , I only use spice fusion as every other fast food takeaway has the consistency of a 16 year old working their first job 😆

Used this place twicw since the owners have changed. Must say the Asian person in the front is champ to speak to and the food was amazing. I got myself a donner Calzone (I'm very picky about the taste and how it's made) it was perfect. My wife got the tikka masala with boiled rise and she loved it as well so we will definitely be back for sure. 10/10 for service aswel we were in the car and the champ brought it out to us.

Looks like these guys have improved from reading these past reviews. Delivery was great I called in placed order - they sent me a text and I Kai’s by card . Once food was ready they called me to say driver was leaving and confirmed my address. Delivery was prompt and time and my food was still hot Now the food pizza was boom - I ordered vegetarian spicy (Apnaa style) and a margarita People complaining about cheese being weird irs a cheese blend I think they use not just your standard 70/30 cheese people get from cash n carry I had a portion of donner - thinly sliced and cooked well I will be going again Reading reviews from before obviously new manger or something as the games changed or they’ve levelled up Very polite and good customer service

Luv this place for pizza and a big munchy box u get plenty grub and tasty ..

Worst take out I've ever had. My food was frozen when arrived, the cheese on the pizza tastes weird. The pakora was far too small pieces. The only good thing was my delivery driver, with manners.

Great place for a take away. Good door and large portions My only gripe is it is cash only as they no longer take card payment.

Disappointing. Paid extra for king prawns and instead received tiny overcooked shrimps. Shame because until now we have had lovely meals

Absolute piss pot poor...foned at the back of 8...called 3 times between 9 and 10.30...told several times, food was on route and was next delivery...nothing showed up...guy was an simpleton on fone...dont blame driver...absolutely the place that's got the issue, no one else!

We had a fantastic meal last night. Chicken tikka meal and a chicken biryani. Both were cooked perfectly. Will definitely be back. Delicious.

Rice was awful as was the curry. I ordered chicken and was lucky to get 4 pieces. Nan bread was cold and dry and chips were black. Never again.

Absolutely shocking, ordered at 18.20 through card, couldn't get them on phone to either phone another takeaway, eventually went in at 8.05 and it wasn't even made yet, never got offered anything no even an apology, had to say about my delivery money so were giving that back and then handed a tenner, shocking and won't be back
